We picked up take out and loved it - from order to ready, maybe 15 minutes. The large fries fed four of us. I adored the Royal Mountie burger, which is a patty topped with gravy, cheese curds, and fries, aka a poutine burger. Also enjoyed: Clark Burger, Charmer Burger, and original burger. Recommended! They have outdoor seating if you’re dining in.

So many fry options! I liked the fries, especially the crabby fries! I added grilled onions to the crabby fries and they were so good. The garlic fries were kind of bland and the garlic was too overpowering. I was just eating chunks of garlic at some points. If there was a bit more cheese and salt on the garlic fries then I think they would've been better.

Visited for lunch on Sunday. Unfortunately Google map directions had me looking for Mix Ct. which is basically an unmarked alley. The shop is easy to spot on York Rd., so why google says to turn on Mix Ct. is a mystery. Now, I must admit that the parking lot is in fact on Mix Ct., so in that respect it is good to find the alley, but just be aware it is immediately adjacent on the north side of the restaurant. Enough about getting there. Once inside, small, but comfortable place. We ordered standard Clark Burgers, with some edits to the toppings. All the burgers were quite large, very fresh & cooked perfectly. Bun was also very fresh and had a good flavor. We also ordered a poutine to share. It was good, but I prefer the cheese curds to be a little melty and these curds were literally refrigerator cold, on top of the hot gravy & fries. The fries were good quality and the gravy had a nice rich flavor. The bar area offers beers & cocktails, so seems like a fun place to hangout. Overall a very good experience.

Great spot for burgers and the poutine is a delicious twist on your standard side of fries. I got the Clark burger and classique poutine- both were amazing. You order at the counter and they bring your food is it’s casual. I enjoyed sitting outside and I’d say at least half of the seating is outdoor so it’s great on a nice day. Cold beer, pizza, and poutine on a nice afternoon- it doesn’t get much better than that.

Party of 3 went for dinner on a Wednesday evening in December. We ordered a Clark burger each, with a couple of Poutine to share. The burgers were really good. The Poutine was a bit oily and soggy, but I guess that's just how it is. I had the chocolate milk shake and really liked it too.

I have died and gone to Putine heaven! My husband, daughter, m-i-l and me drove almost two hours to try phenomenal discovery. 1 day, hubby was searching for eateries that serve Putine. He came across this one a few months ago. So to continue celebrating his moms birthday (October) he suggests taking her here. So, so glad we did! We got the Clark burger and original Putine (gravy and cheese curds on boardwalk like FF). The burger was cooked perfectly on a brioche roll. It had lettuce and red onions with a special sauce (thousand island?). And the gravy, uh, so good. It was well flavored (did I taste old bay?) over top amazing fries and Ccccheeeeese curds! Delicious! Hubby said his grilled cheese on Texas toast and plain fries were GOOD! And he’s an aficionado of fries! To conclude, we will be coming back in the spring! Maybe sooner ;-)😜

I come back here often. Love their burgers. I think they changed their bun and it seems like a downgrade. It's a little too big and bready now. Prefer the regular fries over the poutine But their brisket is melt in your mouth. here is a pic.

Arrived right at opening (12 noon) on a Sunday. The place was open and ready to take orders. I wish I could remember the man’s name who took our order as he was very nice and answered questions thoroughly. The burger had a great taste to it. The only thing I would say about it is the bread to patty ration ratio seemed a bit off to me as the patty is pretty thin and the bread it thick (tasty though)! There is an option to get two patties for around $3. The turkey burger patty was much thicker and also had great flavor. Had a boozy shake (caramel) which was also good. There is at least one TV so you can catch a game too. p.s. I heard someone say the rode an hour to get there by motorcycle because they love them so much!

Clark Burger has been a staple for our business and family for years! The food is delicious and the service is continually amazing. Every Year, we host an annual event that Clark burger caters at the theatre next door.... And let me tell you it is ALWAYS a hit! You should definitely try the Poutin fries, they are out of this world!

I'm not much of a foodie but Clark Burger has the best burgers I've eaten in North Baltimore. They're in my regular rotation of restaurants to order from. They're also a great option when catching a movie at The Senator next door. Parking can be a challenge at peak times but the food is so worth it.

Best burgers we've had in Baltimore in a long time- fast service even though it was packed, and very reasonably priced. update: still the best!! They've added sidewalk diningand while it has a steady flow of customers, we always find parking and seats at the bar. Our favs are Charm, Expo, Wake&Bake, and whatever the special is!

Clark Burger is a great place for a world class burger in a have it your way style and the poutine is a must have appetizer. A great meal before a movie or out on the town between bars. Hope they get a second location in Towson and become more featured on Baltimore's best restaurants.

They do it right! Love the fries! They have a good vegetarian burger! Also a turkey burger. The meat eater in my family loves the double beef burger. So, happy family! Some of us love the garlic parmesan fries, but I found the garlic flavor to be a little strong and it lingered on my palate long after I wanted it to be gone (like during my dessert later) so I will stick happily to fries with gravy. The location closer to the harbor has large seating area... great modern restaurant. The location next to the movie theater and nearer to JHU has a limited seating area, and yet we found a table near the door on a busy Friday night. It was impressive how fast the service is and how they keep the line moving. Kudos, Clark Burger! The movie theater had a sign that said you can take your Clark Burger food into the movie! We just might do that next time!

Love this place. Came for the poutine, and fell in love with the Burgers. Fresh bread, fresh beef and fresh cut fries... 1/3rd pound Chuck blend patties are delicious, wish I could get them medium rare. ;)

As a Canadian myself, this poutine is better than much of what we have back home. Well done! Good sized probs and flavorful! I would only recommend a little more gravy, and the Chesapeake Crab poutine needs some sort of heavy or something too. I look forward to trying the burgers I've heard so much about on my next visit. I would recommend the Philly Cheesesteak poutine, but if you're just trying poutine for the first time then do the Classique.

Best burger, period. Way better than Shake Shack, better than BurgerFi. Puts Five Guys to shame. Clark Burger was delicious. The Philly Cheese steak Poutine had a little too much going on, but was definitely worth trying and as advertised. Would probably just get regular poutine next time. Great experience and if you're not drinking a cold beer with your burger, I enjoyed the unsweetened iced tea. Definitely will stop by again, and wish they had a location further south.

Great burgers and poutine. I had the turkey burger and the kids had the Clark burger. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. They currently operate as a walk-up (order at the window). Customer service was good and the wait time was quite reasonable. Will be going back.

I like this place a lot. My son and I always go for Clark burger and it is our favorite burger joint around Baltimore area. Classique poutine tastes great though it makes us little thirsty later at night. My son likes french fries with garlic, but, honestly, it is too much garlic to my palate. Tried once, and no more for me. I usually order poutine or regular fries. Most of the people who work there are nice and seem to know what they are doing.

Classic poutine and burgers. Fries. Shakes. Solid bar, boozy shakes. Good variety of different types of burgers and poutine. Can swap out beef burger to desired burger (veggie burger, turkey burger are their regulars in addition to the beef) if needed. Specials are where they truly sing. Street parking, and from 6 pm on, you can use the M&T lot next door. Great and friendly staff they put up with nutty locals like me and humor my requests for variety and random items

The burgers aren't as good at this location as they are in Belvedere Square but the poutine was great. We were the only patrons in the restaurant and the server never offered to refill our drinks. A little disappointing but we will be back at Belvedere Square soon!

Best bet in North Baltimore area for a good ol' burger, fries and shake. Burgers are usually cooked with some pink in the middle. The place can get crowded at peak hours. They also serve alcohol here and you can buy your food to take into the Senator Theatre next door.

Went in for the burgers ended up loving their fries, specifically their garlic fries. It's such a simple thing to add to such a common side but it makes a huge difference. Overall good experience, just wish the parking situation was a little better. Oh and 100% no dogs allowed.

My burger was WAY too sloppy. The hamburger kept sliding off the bun because of too much mayonnaise and mustard. This was my first visit. I was very excited to see the fresh ground beef on the grill. Don't know if I'll return. May stick with Five Guys or be sure to tell them light on the condiments.

I had never had poutine before and was really excited to try it. Since were in a pandemic there was no eating in but they had a walk up window. I placed my order on my way there and was pleasantly surprised that it was ready upon arrival. The small poutine had the cheese atop the seasoned fries with gravy on the side. I appreciated that because it keeps the fries from getting soggy and you can control the amount of gravy per bite by dipping. The burgers come in well done and medium well only. Wasn’t happy about that. While I’d suggest going for a poutine, skip the burger as there are better and cheaper walking distance.

Tonight I ordered dinner through doordash app. The app was not working and unresponsive after my order was placed. I called Clark burger towson to check on my order. The employee was extremely helpful. She told me the issues they were having with the app, offered to cancel my order and place it over the phone, and have it avaliable for pick up and contact doordash to refund me. I was able to pick up the food after closing as she had the staff make the food ordered 10 minutes prior to closing and allow me to pick up after they closed. The food and service was excellent.

Happened to pass by on the way north on York road and caught our attention. Glad it did! Next to theater, easy to find, parking all around, easy to get to, good selection of drafts.

First time here but wont be the last. The burger was really good and the disco fries were to die for. Those fries I could eat every day they were soooooo good. The craft drinks were pretty decent as well, wouldn't mind trying any of there drink offerings. And to top it off, it was relatively inexpensive. I have driven past this place many times without giving it a second thought. It has very little curb appeal, but what it lacks in looks it's makes up for with amazing burgers and drinks. I get the wake and bacon on a GLUTEN FREE bun it was incredible. The burger was large and juicy and the bun was soft and moist. I also had a boozy milk shake which I can still taste it and I want another.

What a wonderful little spot! The food is really, really good. The burgers are amazing. The ingredients are well thought out and work well together. The burger patty was very flavorful. The dill pickles I had on my burger (which was the brisket one) were really good, and I miss them. We got the regular poutine, and it was perfect. The fries are boardwalk style, the gravy was very tasty, and the cheese curds were cold and melted with the gravy. The prices are really fantastic for the amount of food you get, and the quality. Plus, the coke comes from the spout or whatever it's called at the bar and it is AMAZING! There is alcohol, which I did not have, but I will one day! Plus there's boozy milkshakes! I can't wait to return and try something new. Inside the place is a little small, and probably fills up when it's a super busy time. It wasn't terribly busy when I visited, but it also wasn't slow. We didn't wait long to order or to get our food, and we easily found a table. I believe this place is large fat friendly, as we were able to move our table to adjust. However, I'm not sure how it would be at a very busy time. The decor is nice and interesting, with burger related art and movie posters. And don't worry people with anxiety! There is a chalkboard sign that specifically says to leave your dishes on the table! This meant a lot to me. The location is nice, too. It's situated right next to Senator theater, which makes for a great date night! I'm not sure how parking is during the day or busy times, sadly. My fiance and I randomly went here after it popped up in a google search for food nearby, even though we were about 30 mins away, but it was an easy drive and I was able to see a little bit of Baltimore I haven't seen much of before, and I'm happy for that AND for the amazing food. I can't wait to go back!

I love the location of this place. It has an old school diner feel, but modern. The burgers were great. I definitely have to go back to try the various flavors. I had the burger with guacamole on it. Can't remember the name. I also ordered poutine fries for the first time ever. They were good. Not something I can eat large amount of, but still good. You get a large serving of fries. I couldve gotten full off of fries if I only ordered fries. My friend goes here frequently and doesn't like the regular fries, but loves the burgers. They had unique shake options as well.

If you need a good burger this is your place. Nothing fancy or complicated just good burgers. You can do fun stuff with your fries like make them poutine. But the regular ones are plenty good on their own. My kid likes their shakes too.

My favorite burger in Maryland and the pouting is amazing! The Boozy Shakes are outstanding too. The atmosphere is nice and you can take the food into the Senator Theater. I do like the front bar height table that runs along the front so you can see the street. When the weather is right the windows are fully opened making it an ever better indoor/outdoor experience.

The food was good and the prices are fair. I got the original burger and the meat they use is quality. I also tried the strawberry milkshake which was nice and thick as well. The only areas for improvement are the fresh cut fries and dressing the sandwich itself. The fries were bland, I would try the garlic fries next time around. The burger itself ended up continuously falling apart which became annoying. Overall, it is a good place to grab a bite especially since the movies next door allow customers to bring the food inside.

Burgers are really great, everything on them is fresh too, definitely will taste a difference between these burgers and a random frozen patty. Fries and shakes are pretty good too but the burgers don't come with fries or a drink so buying them both separately you will be paying more - still pretty good food though.

Burgers are small and pricey but are fresh and taste great. Fries are very tasty also. Every time I go the sodas are flat which is discouraging for a drink that costs 2.50. Some of the extra expense is due to the hipstery atmosphere. But I liked it.

The burgers are pretty good but nothing to go crazy over. We enjoyed it but probably not something we will be desiring to come back to. We ordered the garlic fries which were a little soggy and didnt have as much flavor as I hoped for $5.50. All in all if you really want a burger this place will satisfy that desire but dont go in expecting a great burger and fries.

They have great burgers! They have different types of sauces you can put on your burgers. Also their menu has different varieties of burgers. I haven’t had one bad thing from there yet. Plus there is a movie theater next to it and you can take your food in there.

Great food. The burgers are some of the best I've had in the Baltimore area. I've never tried the new one in fells point but the York rd one is worth it. Kinda small inside and prices are ok, it's not dollar menu but it's not burger palace. I like the poutine too, not many places that serve that. Totally worth it here! Go get a burger, poutine and a beer then go right next door to the classic Senator and see a movie.

The specials are always interesting and rotate enough so you can always try something new. The poutine is also great and they basically have a monopoly on that in this area.

Great burger. The CLARK BURGER specifically is one of the best I've had in Baltimore. Ok fries. When visiting off peak hours (5pm it earlier) the service is super fast and wonderful. Don't know how the service is once it gets busy, but it does feel somewhat clostrophobic when busy (we left around 6pm). Totally will go back.

Best burger I’ve ever had. They make their own sauces, you have to try the truffle garlic mayo. Their service is really fast too. I got my burger within 5 minutes of ordering despite the place having a line out the door.

Delicious burgers served with a variety of toppings. Poutine (tasty gravy fries with pieces of fresh white cheese on top) may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The Wake 'N Bacon burger was magnificent. Try parking in the small parking lot next door, and don't expect to find a lot of room in the restaurant as this place is usually full almost all the time. With good reason, I might add.

I took my boyfriend here for a cheap dinner after seeing a movie at Towson Cinemark. It is only about 10 minutes from the theater and it sits right next to the Senator Theater! The food is AWESOME! We ordered a “Clark Burger” which has bacon, cheese, “CB” sauce, pickles, onion, tomato. The meat itself was done medium and it was juicy and delicious! Everything Else on it tasted fresh and was amazing. We also ordered “The Classique” poutine With just cheese curds and gravy and that was the most satisfying and yummy side dish ever! Very good place and the prices are so inexpensive. The portions are also really large so my boyfriend and I just shared everything and it was plenty.
