We had an amazing time with great service! The food was great! The atmosphere was amazing with music from a live DJ! The tables were spaced out and comfortable to enjoy privacy and a good time! Rocko was our waiter. He was amazing and made sure we had everything to make our visit special!

Ashley was our waitress and she was incredible. It was my first time here and she guided me through the menu not only did she help me get the biggest bang for my buck she also was so helpful in building a spice and flavor profile that was perfectly catered to me. 10/10 would request her and come back again.

I ordered the snow crab and sausage combo, served with one potato and one half corn on the cob. The crab was perfectly cooked and came out in meaty chunks with ease. The mild crab boil sauce was so rich, with the right amount of salt and acid. I dipped my potato, fries and calamari into the sauce (it was that good). Popcorn shrimp had a light crispy batter but need a more salt. Lots of room at each table for up to 6 ppl to spread out and chow down. The ambiance is fun, kitschy, and perfect for hanging out and having a good time. Our waiter Eli was attentive and friendly and so were the hostesses. Restrooms need better lighting (too dim) and more frequent replenishment of paper products. Worth the money to eat here (approx. $180 for 5 ppl for apps, combos, and drinks). I'm definitely coming back next time I'm in the ATL.

Excellent service! Our waiter was outstanding and friendly. The food was delicious 😋. I got the seafood boil combo with shrimp and lobster tail. The Juicy sauce is yummy! My husband is now obsessed with their wings. They were HUGE, delicious, seasoned well, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is fun, although the music was a little too loud for me but that's no big deal. Will definitely eat here again.

The service here is unmatched. My food came out so fast man. A few other locations had almost took me out of the JC gang but the new howell mill location had my the sht seasoned to perfection and the food was hot. My server Sharon was amazing. She suggested I try the Cajun green beans so I’m looking forward to that too. I gotta take the rest home tho.

Big beautiful restaurant, friendly staff the food was pretty good. Restroom was very dirty one stall out of order. Keeping the restrooms just as clean as you keep the restaurant is so important to me as a customer. You have to do better.

It was good. My first time having a seafood bag and I couldn’t even finish the bag it was so much. I got the special with shrimp snow crab leg potatoes and lobster tail. Also had 3 fishbowls….and the alcohol was definitely noticeable.

Juicy ain't the word. I fell in love with their seasoning and sauce. And they ain't shy on providing either. Prices are reasonable. And the drinks were on point too. Atmosphere for friendly and staff was courteous.

Mykiesha was our server and she was great and attentive. They had $7 margarita specials, but there was only 1 bartender who was also acting as a waitress so the service for drinks was slow. The food came out at a reasonable pace. There were 3 managers working in the restaurant at the time and they were not helpful at all. One of the managers, Tony, came by our table and asked how he could help. When I asked for him to remove the empty plates, he refused and said “that’s why I hire servers.” Why even offer to help then?? Also, you’re a manager and you’re responsible for every job at a restaurant. Serving isn’t beneath you. Lastly, the air also wasn’t on during mid July.

The atmosphere was nice and the server was great. We were in the group room for an event and had difficulty hearing as the music was piping in so loudly. They had no way of turning it down or off for this room. There was only one server assigned to us and we had about 30 people which was a bit overwhelming for the server. The majority of the food was seasoned perfectly. This was not the case with the cajun fried green beans. Out of 4 of us that ordered them and many we let taste them, we all agreed that we'd not waste money ordering them, again. Most returned or threw them away. Also, they cook all food in the same oil, so the members of our party with seafood allergies could not order any food. Otherwise, it was a nice experience and we were well accommodated. Although each had their own ticket to pay, the group leaders were paying a portion of several of the tickets. There was no confusion. The server handled it like a pro.

Myself and my best friend went here to start off her bday trip. Let me start by saying Destini was the most beautiful soul that could ever welcome you at the door. I loved the positive affirmations tip jar she had and her whole energy was just so vibrant! We were so excited to eat her just off the fact we were greeted so pleasantly!! Our server Jasmin was so sweet and attentive! The manager also came by to check in and see how the meal was going. Overall their service was a 10/10. It’s one thing when the food is good, but great food and an amazing staff?? I’d definitely recommend others to come here, they are very dope. Next time I’m in Atlanta I’ll definitely try to stop by and eat here again.

I want to give them 5 stars so bad, but it's so weird that no one thinks it's a good idea to give napkins with takeout orders. I've ordered on Doordash/Caviar from this location over 10 times and never received napkins or any type of utensils. Don't get me wrong, the food is amazing, but it's like . . . NOT ONE PERSON stopped to think maybe we should add utensils and napkins?

I've been meaning to put my review on here from about 3 weeks ago! Our food was great and our server Femi was awesome!! She was young but mature. She had a great attitude, she was nice and she was professional!! She kept a smile and it made me keep one! We were her first real table during her shift and it seemed like she was a pro! My fiancé and I spoke with the manager too and he was funny and happy to hear that he had a great staff member a part of his team! Yall keep up the great work and providing great service because it gives you referrals and return guests. We will be back Femi!! Remember sky is the limit and keep doing your thing in college too!! First off I will admit I expected to be disappointed, but that is because I am from the Miami area and seafood inland off is a let down. This place however was awesome right from the front door. The hostess understood that we had a special needs child with us and was more than happy to help make us comfortable Sharon our sever was on it as soon as we sat down making solid suggestions and never leaving us hanging Lastly I love it when the manager touches tables Tony was obviously a top notch manager by the way he touched tables and spoke with me about chefs we had worked with in Miami. We were so impressed with the quality of service and food at this location. Front of house staff is enthusiastic and welcoming. Our sever was Naiomi (sp? Niome?). She was professional, knowledgeable about menu items, and showed exceptional attention to detail. Our crab boil was the best we’ve had in Atlanta. Portions were generous, temperature was hot but crab legs weren’t over cooked, seasoning was balanced without being too salty. I’d also like to note how clean this location was for our visit. No weird cleaning solution smells or dirty tables/booths. Lighting is pleasant and general ambiance is upbeat. My only criticism = the music was very loud and much of it, while we were there, included profanity. Not a big deal for us, but if you have little ones—and if this is a deal breaker for you—maybe consider a Juicy Crab in a different location or a different spot altogether.

I got the fried, shrimp, fried catfish and onion rings to go. The service was pretty good. The fish and shrimp were delicious! I tried them with Boom Boom sauce and cocktail sauce. I loved it. The onion rings are fried in some type of flour coating that was bland. The onions were hard. I wouldn’t recommend them. The packaging was nice but doesn’t close back well after being opened. Their food reheats well in the oven. I’m going to try their crab legs next time and let you guys know.

Absolutely delicious. The staff was great. They’re also taking precautions with Covid, such as temp scans and providing sanitizer upon entry. We had 4lbs of king crab legs, lobster tails, gator bites, 1lb clams, & hush puppies. Every last bit of it was beyond tasty and could be tailored to your own spice preference. I usually don’t over do juicy crab due to too much butter and salt.. but this place know what they’re doing. They Don’t over season or over butter your food so you can still taste the product . Now I come here every other Friday for shrimp and mussels .

The wings were good and the steamed oysters with the juicy special was the best I’ve had. I went today and my waitress was Myisha, she gave great service, the best I’ve ever received honestly. Definitely recommend this waitress she was really kind and made sure we were good and got our drinks and food fast. The crab legs we ordered had little to no meat in most of them they looked like the crab legs you get in the frozen section on sale at the grocery store. It was not up to Juicy crab standards. I have visited other locations and have had juicy meat filled crab legs. This was a disappointment.

The problem is my car got broken into…stole my pocketbook and my shopping bags I just purchased 😓 I prefer a to go order…btw it wasn’t only my car that got bipped, 3 cars total in a matter of 10-15 mins. The customer service was amazing! Moe was my Guest Service Specialist (I believe that is the corporate title), she was kind, efficient and the consummate professional. I like to provide positive feedback to management because so much of what is communicated is negative. I spoke with Greg, one of the managers, and he was very friendly and receptive to my feedback. I have two cons: 1. I ordered the shrimp, crab cluster boil with the Cajun butter sauce and it was extremely salty. 2. This is not the environment for a more professional and/or middle age crowd. The music and atmosphere is similar to a lounge or night club. Based on this I will probably not patronize this location again.

The food was delicious but the wait times to receive the food were horrendous. Drinks took 30 minutes, food 40+ minutes. We ordered a combo and ordered more food before we finished it and the waiter said it'd be out in 10 minutes but it took another 40+ minutes. The waiter only passed by once at the 40 minute mark We spent 3 hours total and weren't hungry anymore by the time the other food came out. I get that Saturdays can be busy but it shouldn't be this slow.

Came here for lunch and food was good. We were greeted upon entrance and seated at a table quickly. The cook and waitress had some communication issues with our order but she quickly addressed the concerns and our order was corrected. I didn’t really like the fried catfish and fries basket that I ordered. It was more of the breading used for the catfish that I didn’t prefer. But the boil was good we ordered and the steamed oysters were good as well. Wouldn’t mind visiting here again and trying a different boil and staying clear of the fried foods they offer.

So much fun and delicious food. Lobster tail was a little small but clams, corn, egg, cole slaw, and unsweet iced tea were delicious. My husband loved his large portion of fried catfish. I can’t wait to come again and try the snow crab legs!

Food is Awesome! Be careful though of what you order because it states on the menu, even if your order gets messed up you still have to pay. Just make sure you know what you order. They do proportion their food above what you'd normally expect. Highly recommend.

This place was great. It's in a great location and the food was excellent. It's a large location with lots of indoor seating. Service was fast and friendly. It was our first time and our server Brandon took the time to fully explain the menu and made some really good recommendations. They implemented social distance seating arrangements so we felt safe and comfortable during our dining experience. Definitely recommend this place as long as you don't mind a little messy eating. But even so, they provide gloves and bibs so there was no problem with the food juices, which there was a lot of.

I’m a devoted customer who has been to several Juicy Crabs across the country, and THIS Juicy Crab is better than the rest for 2 reasons; Qua (our server) and Tangela (the manager). By far, they displayed the BEST customer service you could ask for. I took my mother here for our annual Mother’s Day dinner, and what could have been just another bite to eat, was an incredibly enjoyable experience, solely because of the extra effort they both made (at the END of their already day-long shifts, no less). It’s hard to have a bad meal at any Juicy Crab, but it’s easy to have a bad experience. Luckily, this location employs two of the BEST. If you want to have a good meal, come here. If you want to have a wonderful experience, ask for them!
