Ridiculously delicious!! First time visiting and we were very impressed. Fantastic seasoning….large portions….and amazing customer service. Friendly atmosphere with lots of smiling faces. We do not visit Atlanta often but when we come back this will definitely be our stop for food. Thank you Juicy Crab for giving my daughter and I a great experience to end our mother-daughter date. Tiffany was our server and she was perfect!

Came here tonight on a Saturday evening. It wasn’t very busy it was also January 1st and a lot of places were closed for the holiday. We had a taste for seafood and decided to come here. We ordered the Green mussels+Shrimp combo which came with a potato and corn. Also ordered fried catfish, sweet potato fries and regular fries. Everything was really good. The only thing I would make a slight complaint about is the sauce/flavor for the combo. It was a little too salty. Dee was my server. She was so great, attentive, knowledgeable of the items on the menu, made great suggestions, kind and just a dope server. I will be back because of her. I don’t know if your other servers are like her but she said be a lead and train others. She would be the reason the establishment gets a top rating from the Secret Shoppers. She did what she was supposed to do. She’s awesome. Thanks Dee!

Never Consistent. Ever. My first experience was eating here was 18months ago and it was awesome. The second time, there was too much salt in the juice for the shrimp bag. The third time was a week ago and it was great. And this time , it was enough garlic pieces in my bag to raise the dead. I actually thought it was rice that’s how much it was! The Camp Creek location sucks as do all the restaurants in the Marketplace besides fast food. Why is it always the south side of Atlanta’s restaurants that suffer. The money is more than present. It’s as if because we’re black or minorities we aren’t worthy of any better service or higher standards. I’ll just go elsewhere!

Visited twice in a week on our trip to ATL. Food was bomb. Service was excellent. Our server Tony was amazing and made us feel like we've been here our whole lives!! We'll definitely be back thru on our next trip to the A. Try the Lemon Pepper seasoning with Juicy Sauce!! Booooomb!

The Juicy Crab is a great place if you want to get some Southern style crab boil. They have 4 different types of crab meat available as well as oysters and other seafood. Try not wear any light clothes and get ready to get your hands dirty— getting the meat out of these crabs Can get messy!

It’s a very unique experience if you haven’t had food like this before. It was something new for me. The seafood comes with limbs attached even in the shrimp so once you get over that (if you are not used to it, like me), food is actually pretty tasty. Bring clothes you don’t mind dirtying- it will be a messy time- but that’s part of the fun. My server was great. She checked up on me many times and didn’t make any mistakes. 4/5 because the overall decor and cleanliness could be improved.

First time ever I was able to walk into Juicy Crab and be seated without a wait 👏 but rest assured the crowd was coming in when we left! The drinks were good. The catfish was a little too greasy for my liking but it was seasoned well and had a good taste. Our waiter was very helpful when choosing drinks so thumbs up 👍 for that. Today’s experience wasn’t bad at all. No complaints from me but the group that I was with didn’t like the sausage. They said it was very salty and tasted like rubber 🤢 personally I decided to get the Catfish this time because lately the butter/sauce has been a little salty as well. Nevertheless I’m sure we all will return

Great ambiance; calm and relaxed, friendly atmosphere and not very busy with plenty of seating. Excellent food! I had the Alaskan whiting with rice and peas and sweet potato soufflé. The server was great. The service needs some attention as no one was at the door to greet the guests so there was a little bit of ambiguity as to whether or not we were to seat ourselves. The food took a good bit but it was well worth the wait because it was so so good. Very well and appropriately seasoned. I always feel some kind of way when the tip is always included in the total cost. That's just me. But, it is included regardless of party size. Just a heads up. All in all, definitely going back.

Wow ... LOVE this place! Didn't realize they would serve a good ol' shrimp-n-crab boil. Super fantastic. GREAT service by Jenica; I really enjoyed talking with her and followed all her recommendations. Be ready. It's messy. Wear the bib! But dig in; you'll love it.

Juicy crab is a staple seafood place for my wife and I. The only thing I’d say is that I know she typically doesn’t want spicy anything so she’ll get lemon pepper. It’s never really JUST lemon pepper. There’s always a little kick. I would like to see a time where the lemon pepper is heavy! Other than that I’ve never had an issue!

Food was ok. Sauce was great! I had the #4 combo with garlic butter and Cajun medium sauce. The shrimp was just ok. My mom had the fried catfish with sweet potato fries. They ran out of lemons and cold slaw so that made her sad. The waiter was GREAT!!!!

The food is good but if you order crab legs they don't have crackers to open it. Just making things harder to eat. Also ordering drinks takes a while. Your food will be ready before you get your first drink.

This place was amazing! We stopped in after work and I ordered a feast with hot juicy seasoning and it was perfectly flavored and wonderfully messy. I had a blast eating here. The young lady who had our table was fun, efficient, friendly and kind. Definitely worth the wait, even sitting at the little table is fun. The pictures of the food in the bag don't do it justice. My favorite place for seafood!

It was very crowded. The wait time was 2 hours to dine in. I had to wait in line just to ask where was the To Go ordering, signage for that would have been appreciated. The wait staff was great at explaining the menu choices for the selection of how you want your food flavored and that bag of 2 selection. Although I still think I could have ordered 2 sausage in 1 bag instead of being made to order sausage and something else, so I ordered the crab legs. They did not have enough sitting for To Go ordering and did have a sign that told you the bat sits where not for To Go orders. I walked the entire floor and still left wondering where was the bathrooms? If you want to have a party they do have a party room Monday through Friday but if you just show up on weekend as a party you can also sit in there just not reserved. Bang for your Buck, the pricing was good for what you got. The atmosphere was very noisy and if there was music I couldn't hear it, or the TV's. I ask for a pen to right on the wall which was a thing but is going away. The manager said because of gang affliction signs. Hmmm just paint over them and let the signing continue. I did find out this location is a Corporate Store but they do have franchises. Last but definitely not least every last employee in store on this shift was black and I counted at least 25 and the general manager was the only white person in the crew. You mean to tell me you found a person of color for every position but that one?

The food is pretty good here. Most of the time there is a wait for seating tho. The to go orders come up pretty fast. Overall my experience was good. I went on Mother's Day and there was about a forty five minute wait to be seated and after we were seated there was a almost an hour wait for my food. But it was good so I guess it was worth the wait. The seating is tight as well. It is not a very spacious place.

My family and I went here to celebrate my daughter leaving for college. There were 13 of us. It wasn't very busy and we were seated shortly after all of us were there. The food was pretty good but I wasn't crazy about the service. I put my name down for a table and when I had later checked with the greeter on the wait time, they tried to tell me my name wasn't on the list. They were rude and short with me when I had asked them questions. The wait was so long that some of my friends decided to wait in their cars. FYI Your whole party needs to be present before being seated. The food service was friendly but slow. She wrote our order down on the paper table cloth but came by twice to check in and put it in. I'll give the service some grace since we're still in the age of COVID but had it been a better experience I would have given it at least 4 stars.

Once again the service was exceptionally great. The young lady assisted us in ordering our food. She stated,"that the restaurant was out of Fried Oysters but would have some coming in soon. I went to this restaurant yesterday for take out. I was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes for my food, but it was actually 37. I ordered the shrimp combo & fries. It was good. The staff seemed ok, but not the most friendly. The restaurant seemed clean from what I saw while I waited. The food is reasonably priced. I'd recommend this place.

This time I ordered the crab legs and shrimp in the juicy special sauce hot. Prefect amount of heat and flavor. Our server was informative and polite. You'll know who has their food and who doesn't by their facial expressions. No tray...puppy dog faces. Tray...instant delight. I visited 2 juicy crab establishments within 4 days. Be care. It's addictive. I even took my sauce home with the intent to add more shrimp. Don't judge. Fyi they dont accommodate large parties.

First I want to say I been to this location several time and didn’t like the sauce but today I said I would try it again with a different kind of sauce so I went in to the take out side and there was there young ladies BRITTANY, JENICA, TIONNA standing there great smile nice attitude so I figured they knew the right sauce.. I love seafood and good customer service. Today I got a 2 for 1 deal! Cornesha waited on my table and her service was exceptional! We had a large party full of kids and she was patient with us. She was prompt in serving our food and was very personable. I definitely plan to visit again soon!

First time there and it was great. The service and the food. By the end of it all, even with a bib and plastic gloves, I still needed to wipe my face, wash my hands, wipe down the table, spot clean my shoe, and get a toothpick for that delicious corn stuck in between my teeth. I got the Shrimp and sausage, medium heat, with the juicy crab special seasoning (which I think is a mix of cajun, lemon proper, and garlic seasonings). It was deeeeee-licious!

The manager, Jasmine Wiley, and our waitress, Nikki, were very accommodating. There wasn’t a long wait for us to be seated and we were greeted as soon as we sat down. Jasmine came to our table and was very friendly and asked us about our experience and held a nice conversation with our table. Nikki handled our “complicated” order with such ease lol. The customer service from both Nikki and Jasmine was extremely pleasant. Highly recommend!! 10/10!!!

First off, the food is fabulous. I had to wait a bit for take out, but well worth it. The large Dungeness crabs, delicious. Lobster tails are so good, oysters, clams, shrimps all delicious. I had a very good experience with customer service. I haven't been to the Juicy Crab in a while, but I will start going there again. Very good seafood and service.

Our first experience here was horrible ! I was sure to let our server know I decided to give them another shot because the kiddos wanted it. Our server this time around was CIERRA and she’s was absolutely amazing #1. She made sure we were happy the ENTIRE visit despite the hold up in the kitchen. This is my first time going to a Juicy Crab Restaurant and the experience was awesome. Alexa was my server and she was great. The recommendations, service, and attention she gave me we're 10 of 10. The food was delicious, juicy, and everything arrived on time. I had the best experience ever. I don’t drink but I sat at the bar with Elle and a guy bought me a drink so Elle made me a juicy rum punch. I really enjoyed the drink. She was super nice and kept the conversation going with everyone at the bar. I never felt left bout not once. You don’t meet to many people like her very memorable and a great first impression. This was our first time dinning here and I have to say it was amazing! Our server Tomia was so attentive to us, the food came out quick and it was delicious. I was excited about going out to eat since we haven’t gone in a while. However, upon sitting down, our waiter, that goes by the name of “poodah” was very rude. Her demeanor was just…off. You can tell she didn’t wanna be there, she didn’t care to answer questions, nothing. You could even tell by her body language she’d rather be somewhere else. Now, I can understand since I was a server for 7 years, but I’ve never treated people wrong because I was having a bad day. All it took was a smile and we even tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Nothing worked she was just bluntly rude. I asked for her to just take the drinks off and get our food togo to which she answered the drinks was final sale with an attitude. After asking to speak to the manager, she was extremely nice and understanding. The server, Carneisha, was so sweet and I wish we had her to begin with. She brought us our check. The manager and carneisha are the only two reasons we’ll be returning. I hate bad customer service so much. Especially when you tip well and spend your hard earned money!

This is more than a review! This is directed to the owners of the company, I was at your establishment yesterday on 5/6/2021. I am in management in customer service I observed one of your managers I believe she I believe she said her name was Sherry or Sharon she had blonde hair. She was an older woman, she made her way around the entire restaurant greeted every table more than one time, she offered her help on more than one visit to my table. I would waited over an hour for my food she actually followed up on the time and came back to my table to give me a status on me and my guess orders. I had family in from out of town, this was not the first time at Juicy Crab camp creek but this is the first time I had the experience of your manager following through on problems, which there were plenty, your kitchen is horrible! They are always behind unlike my past experience with a tall white manager who has absolutely no manners or customer service skills. She handled whatever was going on with the smile patients and maintain her role with dignity and great customer service. She had been pulled from quite a few people service customers at the door home I guess they placed orders to be picked up. She was being blamed for the delay being blamed for the wrong orders and even threatened by a man at the side door. She handled the delay and the confusion Like no one I have ever seen in your restaurant. Even the Mexican general manager she is horrible as well. That is all I needed to communicate with whom ever is in charge that man germ must be new I haven’t seen her there before. Believe me she is definitely an asset to Juicy Crab. I feel that if there is a good job done someone needs to know just like if there is something going wrong someone is always complaining. Even though my order took forever she made my visit pleasurable I got she sticks as a promo I guess for review but I would have sent a letter or medical anyway just know all it takes is attending to your customers and customer service and she did both not only to my party but every table she went to even though she was being abused by certain customers she maintained her manager position and actually changed my mind about Juicy Crab! She should train your other Managers on customer service and satisfaction and all she offered was the simplest thing as cheese sticks And great service. I watch so she handle of the employees with just the same respect and kindness you have a star I hope you are aware of this. Thank you

First time going to a Juicy Crab! We stood in what we thought was the waiting line for about 10 minutes and when I noticed everybody else was being seated, I asked did we need to sign in and we were told yeah and that it would be about a 35-minute wait. I feel like if we were greeted or told to sign in when we first walked in, that would’ve saved us time! Then when I got my food, I was so excited, it was very good but then I noticed that I didn’t get the lobster tail that came with the meal. So after I asked about it, they said that they ran out and they would give me a discount but I guess if I didn’t say anything, I wouldn’t have gotten that. Then we I got back to the hotel, I realized that they didn’t give us our cheesecake either which they probably were out of as well but failed to mention. Couldn’t go back because I don’t live in Atlanta. 😩

She (manager) told us to refer to another manager who was in the kitchen instead of her just helping while in our presence. Dined here a couple nights ago with my fiancé, and in-laws. I have ordered from here a couple times but it was my first time dining in. Let me note; when ordering online make sure to check your bags upon picking up order. I was rushing to get back home once only to realize my cheesecakes were not in the bag. I tried calling a couple times that night and no one ever answered the phone. Even though this is definitely part of the kitchens expeditors job(or whoever bags up togo), people make mistakes..oh well. So back to dining in. Our server Yanna, was a very busy, yet punctual lady. She greeted us with waters, which was greatly appreciated. She was very thorough with answering our questions about the menu. She also completely prepped our table with napkins, gloves, wet wipes, and warm butter before our food arrived. We didn't have to ask for a single thing except the check upon completing our dinner :) and that's how I like it. We even noticed the table next to us giving her a hard time and she never changed her kind and calm demeanor. Good Service , and did I mention there was no wait on a Tuesday evening!

The food was 5 stars (I got the blue crabs). They were seasoned well and the corn that came with it was delicious. The wait was long even though there seemed to be empty tables. The service was 3 stars but not bad necessarily. We had to look for our waitress several times for things like drink refills and despite asking for melted butter with the crabs when the order was placed and being told it came with it, it did not and it took about 15-20 minutes to get it after the food was brought. All in all, I would try them again.

The chicken wings appetizer with the house seasoning blend was good and the wings were well done and crispy. I also got the shrimp with the head on, crawfish, and snow crab with the house blend. It was bussin bussin. Everything was hot, juicy, and had so much flavor. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us often. The prices were decent for a seafood boil spot too. I am a frequent Flyer at this location due to its convenience, however I have to accredit most of my visits to the courtesy of one waitress. CORNNESHA!!!!!!! Her tableside manner is paralleled to none and she feels like family. Between her rushing around between tables, drinks are never empty and she’s able to share some laughs. Post Covid has proven to be challenging and taxing on customer service, not here and definitely not with “ NESHA”!! Great work Sunshine!!

The Juicy special sauce was perfect. I gave a 3 star review because it seems like my crab legs were not freshly steamed. They were warm so they had been reheated but my shells were extremely flexible and hard to open. The meat was stuck to the shells. I loved the customer service though.

This food here was very good. I usually don't eat Cajun food because of the sloppiness and spices, however, this was very good. Just went on Saturday with my cousins and it was packed. Our wait was only 15 minutes, which was good for that amount of customers being served. I ordered the shrimp (no head) and crab legs, mild, and this was the most seasoned seafood I've tasted. Delicious all around!! The spices were not that got for me although I did start feeling the heat towards the bottom of the bag. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food we got so I'm overall pleased with my visit! We ordered take-out but noticed there were many empty booths. Probably left them that way so it wouldn't be too overwhelming for the servers.

The food is great, but they need to ease up on the alcohol policy. I recommend not drinking there at all. Have you noticed they pass alcohol taxes onto the customer?? I'm only giving it 4 stars because there was a great team that turned an ugly night into a good one. P.S. Don't sit at one of those tiny tables, order a lot of food, and order alcohol. Chances are your drink will fall after the waitress sits it at the edge of the table, you won't be able to move your glass because...well there's no damn room on the table, your drink will fall, and the restaurant will tell you "all alcohol sales are final."

This place is soooo freaking good! My husband and I were really impressed with the quality of seafood and the taste!!! I ordered 1 pound of Shrimp with very hot Cajun seasoning with a 1/2 pound of muscles in a boil bag with The Juicy seasoning. My Husband had a 1 pound of Crab legs and 1/2 pound of Shrimp in a boil with Sweet Lemon Pepper seasoning. All the sauces were really good, my only complaint was that the Cajun sauce was a bit salty. The Juicy sauce is by far my FAVORITE, we’ll DEFINITELY list this as our favorite Seafood Boil spot in Atlanta.

The service was fantastic. Our waitress’ name is Lauren. She greeted us as soon as we sat down. She helped me with the menu. She took our order and was very attentive throughout. The food was excellent. It was so hot I had to wait to eat it. I had the lobster tail and the catfish. Both were excellent. It took maybe 10 minutes to come out. I asked Lauren for additional butter. When I arrived it was a full house. No parking spaces what so ever. I was seated within 3 minutes, I had my drink within 5 minutes, and my order in front of me within 7 minutes after I ordered. For the most part the shrimp/crab legs was good but the corns tasted old so I was disappointed and the sauce just a extra salty too my liking. I’ve had great experiences at JC, but not at this location. We ordered our food to go, so we wanted to sit at the bar to get drinks and wait. The security guard asked that we wait until they cleaned the area for us to sit, well that never happened. The employees were looking around and talking amongst each other while we stood there looking like two fools. We waited for about 15-20 minutes for them to clean the area. It seems like we were never going to sit, so we left and had to go to TGIF to get some drinks. Smh. This was around 8:30pm so maybe day shift is better, so get your own experience. Maybe it was just a bad night. 🙄

I'm giving them 3 stars because their food is good so I'll put some respect on that. However, they have no idea how to handle a major holiday and their take out process. I stood in line for over an hour and i wasn't even the worst case. Some people had been waiting for 3 hrs and extremely upset that people after them were getting their food. The dine in wait time was 45 mins to an hour but the online ordering was still telling people 20 mins. The manager never came out to offer a peace of mind or an apology. One customer actually came out and said "you may not get your food because they running out of food. And the kitchen is shutting down" It was only 7pm. Again, how could a popular restaurant NOT be prepared for a major holiday (new year's). And to add insult to the frustration, their employees had attitudes about being questioned and even helping each other. They pushed the doordash and uber eats orders out first. And refused to cut off the blasting music. They come out yelling and no one could hear. They moved with no urgency. The person who did come out to speak was the hired security. I saw the manager but he wasn't doing anything to help. Just standing in the dinning room. Their location is too small for the volume their popularity demands. They should consider moving to the old ruby Tuesday location.

Really enjoyed my visit here. Me & my husband went here on a Wednesday for a late lunch. Wasn't very busy. We were seated quickly & waited on. We order the Buffalo wings, crab shrimp combo & fried tilapia basket. The food came out promptly and everything was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp & Snow crab 🦀 which was definitely juicy fresh and needed no sauce. The flavor and seasoning was banging!! The food is the reason for the four stars. The food is delicious. I ordered 1/2 snow crab, replaced my corn with an egg, got sausage and one potato. I must admit, for the price you can get more at Joe's Crab Shack. our waiter was ok. He checked on us often, no complaints about him. However, the hostess need to be better trained in customer service. They are young girls with nasty attitudes. We did have an issue with wait time (our wait time to be seated was 45 minutes) and seating and had to get a manager involved because I don't argue with children nor discuss issues with people who are unable to provide a solution. I also overheard the hostesses (it was 3 of them) conversations with other people and it was too friendly. Cons: Price for food, wait time (but its to be expected since the place is popular) and hostess Pros: taste of the food, server (I think his name was Alex)

We had a great experience at this location. We are full time travelers and comparing this one to a location in Houston, TX, we say this one was better in many ways. From the moment we walked in to put our names down for the long but worth it wait to the service. Food was so delicious and since we're fresh out of COVID lock down, they had spacing between parties which was nice. I say that because we're so messy with our crab legs lol. This place had me thinking Crawfish was nasty . But I’ve tried elsewhere and I love them . Tried them here for a second time and yet again nasty ! Normally I order the Juicy Special sauce but i think the recipe has changed taste a lot of lemon and barely can taste the seafood . I will try a difference sauce next time . THE BEST SHRIMP I HAVE EVER HAD! I was in another world - just me and my shrimp. The flavor was everything! I had the hot lemon pepper first. On my next visit I had the juicy special although they gave us less of a serving our second visit but it was still tasty. The service was good the first time and better the next time we came. We went on Fridays at lunch time and had no wait. Nice and clean atmosphere. I WILL return. Keep up the good work...but don’t keep shorting me on the shrimp and think I didn’t notice. I’m subtracting a star for that.

I ordered the everything platter with egg sausage, crab and shrimp and mixed sauce. it wasn't worth the money the line was ridiculous, they have a very horrible waiting process standing Room only in the restaurant on the backs of the patrons, the food tasted like they just poured on the flavor and shook the bag not that it was baked or boiled with it, that's not what I'm looking for. when we were seated 1hr 30 min later we were so happy to sit down that it was good enough, but upon reflection it wasn't worth the money.

While I love me some Juicy Crab, they need to fix some things at the Camp Creek location such as answering the phone. My boyfriend and I order every Sunday because that’s just our thing, however we have to call about 72 times before someone picks up because the phone line is always busy or when it does ring it says “memory full” and to put in an access code. When I say 72 times I’m being generous cause I can get to 100. I know calling that many times is crazy but we are loyal to Juicy Crab on Sunday’s. One time I did call while I was inside picking up my food and the phone rang on my end but not inside the location. The establishment seems to be busy on Sundays or in general and if that is the case, management needs to, 1. Find out about online ordering, 2. Get the phone lines completely fixed ( even if you have to shutdown for a day), I work for AT&T and can help you with that. Not answering the phone becomes a hassle, and you lose customers because they end up going to another location. I called Smyrna and Augusta just to see if they had the same problem and they ended up picking up on the second ring. I don’t want to drive 30min away when I have a location right near me. Customer service is awesome there but that phone will cause a 3 on a review.

We went here for the first time for an early dinner. We were greeted and seated immediately. Then, the magic began. DOM was our server and he took such great care of us. He was very cordial and friendly and always made sure we had exactly what we needed (condiments, refills, etc) in a prompt manor. Our awesomely sweet tea was just the tip of the iceberg. The catfish was seasoned and cooked really well. We also had the fried calamari (amazing) and buffalo wings (really good.). Overall, we loved every bite and would definitely come back to the Camp Creek location again.
