This place was really good. Very elegant feel to the atmosphere. The drinks were good and creative. I really enjoyed the food. And the service was fantastic. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and helped us with our order. They also have a kids menu. The location is good, nestled in downtown easy to get too.

Nice and quiet for a weekday. Very enthusiastic servers and manager. I am not sure I liked the cocktail, the food was decent though. I'd recommend the crispy brussel sprouts for sure. You may have to find parking nearby. They are only open for dinner.

The oyster Rockefeller , not pic, was one of the best I've tasted. It's a hard call but I believe the ones with garlic and herbs was my favorite (correct name coming shortly). I was able to taste a difference flavors from each one that came from the different regions. The Waite staff worked like a well oiled machine. Our waiter SJ was very knowledgeable about the cocktails .. wait stop everything!! That lightly spicy cinnamon w/hints of vanilla citrus love of my Life spirit called Brandy 😊🔥. I will edit this review later with the correct name oh my God!! The GM Rodney introduce himself to my daughter and I and his professionalism and welcoming to demeanor made us feel like this was our new favorite restaurant. He was so engaging. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. Take my advice and treat yourself you deserve it!

Good food and ambiance for a price. We had crab dip, oysters, shrimp and clamp bucatini, salmon and sea bass. I would recommend crab dip and sea bass. Staff was attentive and walked us through the menu. Parking is available in the alleyway next to Lure for $20.

Amazing staff and amazing ambiance! Restaurant is extremely well kept and clean. Our waitress was well knowledgeable of the menu and we received top notch service! Menu is selective with fresh quality items. Had an amazing first experience and will be returning !

Great spot with an amazing atmosphere. Stopped by for happy hour to meet up with some friends. The service was great and the drinks very tasty. Definitely recommend stopping by especially if you like cool fun environments.

Had a pleasant date night here. Good ambiance, and great service. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and the food was pretty good too. Taking one star off since my main dish, the scallops, were pretty bland. The accompaniments were quite tasty, but the scallops themselves tasted just boiled. Other than that, a great chill dinner place.

Cool ambiance, delish drinks, and excellent service. The selection of entrees is limited, and I discovered that I’m not a fan of swordfish, but the sea bass is worth it. Get the punch bowl; it’s strong enough to get the job done for the table.

Beautiful and crisp setting, stagf was lovely, the Chef brought out all of our food and introduced himself (wonderful touch!), and the food was on point! We started with raw Blue Points, Charbroiled Oysters, and the a Octopus--all of it was spectacular! For the entrees, my husband got the Flounder and I had the Salmon. If I had to choose between the two--the Flounder was delicious!! Can't go wrong either way... We will be back!

Omg omg omg!!!! Absolutely amazing service and food! Marcco made sure my anniversary with my hubby was memorable. And the GM Rodney made sure to check in with us multiple times. Marco was very knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel very comfortable about our choices. Will be coming back very soon

Loved the vibe. Food was good. Oysters were fresh. Unfortunately, not a lot of seafood variety for a seafood restaurant. I suggest they expand their menu a bit. They didn’t have calamari, lobster, crab legs, or scallops.

Great place! Staff and manager were awesome. Had the catfish bites, Salmon, and heirloom squash. Amazing. And, a spicy margarita and the Mezcal drink - both great also. Very cool modern farmhouse vibe too. Highly recommend!

Walk in to lure around 8:30 last night. First time back in a while and what a pleasant experience. We were sit down right away by 2 gentlemen assuming Host and probably manager on duty. Our server Kacie welcome us and made some recommendations. All the staff seems to be enjoying the work environment and guest interaction. The same gentleman with glasses introduced as the Mod by our server keep on checking on our experience. We really felt special but as we enjoy our meal realized that he was checking almost every tables . Food quality was awesome and beautifully presented. Knowing that we have find a gem in the hearth of midtown we will return for more. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

We were served by Courtney who was a fabulous waiter, good drinks and good food. Some of the best service I’ve ever had. It was only our three month anniversary and they still gave us champagne to celebrate. They are very concerned about guest experience here!

The BEST experience hands down. From the moment that we walk in the door until the time we left, the service was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The servers and GM made our first time visiting Atlanta amazing, specially our server Marco! They read my reservation note and made our date night amazing. My daughter took 3 of us to dinner. The oysters were nothing short of wonderful, the drinks so good that I at 87 had 2 different ones. Just had to try them! Our waiter was the best. I hesitated at the trout but he assured me it was excellent and he was absolutely right. All the food and drinks were excellent!

Celebrated my daughter 21st birthday in the enclosed & heated patio area - perfect setup. We had a long table without any other nearby tables. Foods were awesome & service was great. Parked on the street with meters. Great location to GA Tech campus. The scallops entree was our favorite, it had couple large pieces of pork bellies. Don’t forget the raw or roasted oysters. The adult punch bowl was a bit strong, with 2 types of Brandy. But we did finish the bowl. If you get appetizers like us, no need to order the sides. Desserts were limited - 2 options, but both good.

Always a great experience, especially sitting on their fabulous front patio. The service, cocktails and food are top notch. To night we started with “The Commissioner”- old forester rye, Talisker 10yr, combier peche de vigne, black walnut bitters... very nice Smokey concoction. Also, always order Vidalia onion hush puppies which are awesome. Tonight I tried the blackened redfish. Cooked perfectly with a mild spice and paired with grit cakes... very nice.

Hubby took me here for my 40th birthday. For appetizers we ordered the seabass dumplings, hushpuppies and ceviche. They were good, but the citrus in the ceviche overpowered all the other flavors and we found it hard to eat. It was replaced by the seafood dip and that was tasty. We ordered the swordfish and the sea bass for our entrees. I was informed by management that they were out of sea bass, which was disappointing , so I picked the pasta dish. It did not taste bad, but it was not what I was expecting and I only had a couple bites. I ended up eating off my husbands plate. The swordfish was cooked perfectly, and had wonderful flavor. The old bay fries were good too. For dessert they brought out an olive oil cake with whipped topping and strawberry syrup. Delicious! The highlight of our evening was the wonderful service provided by our lovely server Nolwazi. She is such a gem and made our visit memorable with great suggestions and light conversation. She took great care of us! Maybe one day we can give it another try.

Another restaurant that deserves your patronage in midtown Atlanta. Loved the decor and the overall feel of the restaurant is elegant and cozy. The wait staff was attentive even with a packed house which I always appreciate. We sampled the crab dip, scallops and fried catfish. All were delicious and the scallops were cooked perfectly. My only small grievance was that we sat outside and had to battle a few ants while we dined.

Stopped in for brunch and we were absolutely WOW'd! The food was amazing and our server Amy was just a great! We sat outside and enjoyed the nice breeze on the patio. We will definitely return. The scallop and griddle cakes were an unexpected duo that made the foodie in me happy lol the lobster benedict was perfect. I could do without the salad so I added potatoes😋

Excellent restaurant to visit while in Atlanta. We came on a Tuesday evening and there was no wait at 6pm. The service was quick and accurate. Waiter made excellent recommendations and was exceptionally friendly. (Wish i could have remembered her name.) The food was absolutely delish and drinks were super yummy and tasty. The Commissioner cocktail and Carpaccio appetizers are must! Dont leave without having one or three of each :) I hd the grilled salmon and when i asked her how present was the peach flavor, bc i wanted a lot of it, she went out of her way to make the message clear to the cook without me even asking her to. It came back as perfection. Atlanta doesnt play with tasteless peaches, they were yum!! Also had the Peach Trifle and ugh! I wish i had more space in my stomach! Decor was chic and location was easy to access. Can’t wait to come back again.

The floor manager/host was impressive. The staff were all so great! The ambience and atmosphere A+. Cocktails were perfect. And the fooood.....ohhhh so good! Trout all the way (thank me later), the oysters were delicious, crab dip yum though a bit rich for one meal, the sea bass cooked in a scallop emulsion....delicious. I cannot wait to go back!

The atmosphere was nice! We loved the calamari and a roasted bass! I recommend the cherry hibiscus shrubs if you are looking for something refreshing for drinks!

We loved the oysters and shrimp, stopped in for an early snack before dinner and stayed for drinks. They were doing a lot of construction around the exterior and I wasn't too happy to get a bunch of wet concrete on my suede sneakers from right next to the door. But we had a nice time, the bartender was very friendly and it was nice to get some actual happy hour prices for once.

Lure is one of my favorite seafood spots in Atlanta. It is in a great location and the food is always on point. The service is amazing. This time I had the tuna ceviche and smoked fish platter and the salmon.

Made reservations just in case. We're seated in the heated patio section, which was fine since the inside of the restaurant was congested. Although, could help but feel segregated on purpose, maybe. Just my opinion, but feel like the oysters were overpriced. They were okay, I've had better in less swanky restaurants. They ran out of swordfish and sea bass by the time we were ready to order. The drinks were good, strong. Had the octopus for an appetizer, very good. Salmon was also good. Tried it once, most likely won't return.

Dinner at Lure - Atlanta was tasty. I had the House Aged Bourbon it was a lovely mix of vanilla, woodsy notes with the perfect large ice cube expected of any fine dining restaurant 👌🏾 Red Fish was substituted with Grouper. The server said it was 'spicy' which I KNEW to anticipate as SPICELESS😀😂😂 and it didn't disappoint on that front🤣 There was a red pepper base for the sauce (which I know is what they denoted as the 'spice' factor).Blackened Redfish, grit cakes, creole pan sauce The creole pan sauce had a red pepper based with a mild pepper taste subtlety propped up by Cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs They have a house made hot sauce as well spicy barbecue sauce. The hot sauce was fine, but I was really impressed by the barbecue sauce which successfully paired a great smoky note with a strong spicy kick Lastly, since I'm currently doing keto - the dish normally comes with grit cakes which I substituted with their roasted cauliflower side. The roasted cauliflower was made with tamarind, mint, yogurt, pistachios. Very enjoyable! Take a look at my video to get my taste test thoughts. We had a wonderful dinner Saturday night which started with the service. Our server was Halle (like Halle Berry) and she was wonderful. Her recommendations were spot on, very attentive, quick, efficient, and was just really fun. The manager, Rodney, checked in on us and was hilarious. I saw him both checking in with customers and clearing tables to help out the staff. The food was amazing but the experience really set it apart for me. We laughed a lot and had tons of fun with the staff. Can’t wait to go back!

The seafood was wonderful and vegetables were included. Hush puppies are the best ever! We asked for a quiet area, got one, and Rodney even lowered the music afterwards. The music was nice, too! Motown and other not obnoxious (head banging) choices. Our server, Haleigh, was helpful and enthusiastic, and the food runners were great. It’s a cool looking place with a nice, mellow and positive vibe.

Bar is open at 4 for happy hour. $1 shrimp and $1 oysters. Amazing. Drink specials too. Everything was amazing. I got one of the punchbowl cocktails. So worth. I got about 7+ little cups out of it. You should definitely try this.

We were heading to their sister restaurant but oh no! The AC was out and they weren't taking any more walk ins?!? Go to Lure they said, so we did. Turns out we were glad we listened to their advice! Lure is a solid, tasteful, and tasty dining experience with a culinary twist in every dish. Impeccable and amazingly friendly service. Creative and delicious cocktails, a rustic and lively atmosphere, and did I mention the service? We had the crab dip with hatch chili which had a rich pepper and crab flavor that had us practically licking our plates. Their creative take on a Ceaser salad was both surprising and delightful yet rang authentic in the best ways. The buttermilk chicken was just perfect, crispy, tender, flavorful. The NY strip cooked just right and smothered in bleu cheese butter hit the spot. Portions were plentiful. Try the Commissioner for a smoky old fashioned vibe. Thanks to the GM Raymond and crew we really felt welcome in Atlanta for our first visit, y'all are so nice. If half the city is half as friendly and welcoming as you are we are in for quite a visit!

The seabass was the perfect summer dish!! Well balanced. The squash and zucchini were cooked perfectly al dente. The seafood emulsion was bright and DELICIOUS. The fennel was a nice touch. Also don't leave without getting the fruit trifle. Stephen was attentive, courteous, and thoughtful. He really made the restaurant shine. The GM made an unprompted stop at our table too just to make sure all was well. What a lovely dinner!! 10 out of 10 hands down. No caveats.

Stopped in last night on whim with a friend on a whim. We asked to be seated at the bar. It was within an hour of close and they were still serving food. The bar tender was welcoming and very friendly. He did not make my friend and I feel rushed. I ordered a drink, a main and an extra side. Everything was delicious and the presentation was delightful. The atmosphere is chill and comfortable but nice enough for a date night.

This was my first visit and it was for a private party, so keep that in mind. The service was excellent and the venue was cute. My entree was the sea bass. Very flavorful but a little over cooked. The four star rating also includes the lack of valet and terrible parking options.

Early Friday dinner with The Bride before ASO show. Service was attentive and personalized, food was to pir liking. 6:15 rezzy left more than enough time to walk to Woodruff Arts Center for 8 pm show. Clam chowder and Octopus and pork App were very good. Chowder has a little spice and a bit of tartness and mostimportantly enough clams. Not traditional NE chowder but worth it. Octopus was particularly well prepared. infused with flavor and very tender unlike most places that serve over-roasted Iberian style tubes of rubber. Pork and SE Asian style sauce complement the Octo well. only negative is it's a lot work managing the lettuce, herbs and udon noodles served with it. Messy too. Lobster roll was well received by the missus. We'll be back fo sho.

Nice restaurant...the menu is limited. For appetizers we tried the octopus and baked crab dip...yummy! We had the grouper for the entree...light and crispy over fresh vegetables...very good...and for dessert peaches and berries shortcake...2 glasses of champagne to celebrate our occasion 2 beers and 2 cocktails...reasonable bill. Great atmosphere...inside and outside dining and nice bar!

Very good! Super duper awesome cocktails. I tried the Commisioner and the Fish in the Barrel (was maybe the name?). So damn easy to sip. Havi I'd an awesome bartender, and the staff overall were all friendly and masked, which I always appreciate. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for a chill vibe in a nice setting!

I took my wife here for a birthday dinner. The parking was somewhat of challenge because there was a party going on at a nearby venue. I later learned I could have parked at a hotel (Moxy) close. The food here is really good.The service here is amazing. Our waiter Courtney was great. We will be back.

The food was really good. We had salmon and trout cooked to perfection. Service was great too. Ms.Andrea showed off some culinary depth explaining the ingredients so we could easily understand what to expect. We finished with the most excellent chocolate cake I have ever eaten. The experience was amazing. Celebrating my cousin's Birthday here was the perfect decision on his part. The drinks pack a little punch. All the food was fresh and fulfilling. Initially planned to go to a different restaurant, but after some complications some friends and I found this gem right around the corner. Got there at 6 ok on a Friday and we're able to be seated right away. Our waiter Haki was amazing. Everything he recommended was so good. The crab dip and Wagyu burger had be convinced they had a farm in their backyard it was so fresh. Best part- everything was in a nice price range. Servers always wore masks and everyone was properly distanced.

Over all lovely place to eat. The sauces were a little lack luster, but the fish was cooked perfectly. As a table of 6 we had the octopus and pork lettuce wraps, popovers, calamari, yellowfin tuna, Brussels sprouts(sauce was not amazing), cauliflower bites, fries(way too salty), trout, sole, and swordfish. We had three punch bowls, which were good, but definitely could have used a bit more strength to justify the cost. Lovely setting. It was the first night cool enough to turn on the heaters, which was glorious. Our waitress was amazing! All the staff was friendly, kind, and made the dining experience enjoyable.

I had dinner here a few nights ago, and I definitely will return. Leslie, the server was VERY knowledgeable about the food and wine (a rare find even in nice restaurants these days). She was able to describe each of the oyster selections and even what every chardonnay tasted like. Leslie was friendly and timely, the perfect server. And, the food was delicious. I've been to Lure twice: once at night and once during the day with the SAME GUY on date night. The food is amazing. I don't even like oysters and I enjoyed the $1 dollar oysters and cocktail menu during happy hour. Then I dived into their mussels and ordered the sole with capers - yummy!!! I wish they would bring back their earl grey dessert - petite, strong, and delightful. They have valet parking and you can enjoy the chic ambiance inside or outside. You won't be disappointed.

I just left Lure after enjoying an absolutely delicious Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is easy going and sophisticated at the same time. I liked there was no tv at the bar. A fun group of friends and I went to Lure for dinner on a Friday night. We started with cocktails at the bar which were delicious. The bartender was very helpful in making recommendations, which I love. We were seated at a long table out on the patio, which was lovely. We shared a few items to start: mussels, tomatoes/mozzarella and octopus wraps. For dinner, everyone had sole, grouper or salmon and we all loved it. The portions were just right after appetizers. The server kept the wine coming and we also finished up with a few desserts to share. I would recommend Lure and hope to go back soon!

I went to Lure for sunday brunch. I never heard of the place but a friend invited me. I AM NOW A NUMBER 1 FAN! We started with oysters, they came with mignonette sauce, horseradish and sweet red sauce. This was my first taste of oysters and I was so impressed when our Server Roman gave us the exact river source of the oysters! They were DELICIOUS with and without the sauce. Next we had lobster dip and bruschetta 🙌🙌 absolutely scrumptious!! I then ordered my main brunch which was scallops over pancakes with a homemade maple nutmeg syrup and pecans. The scallops were large and tender with a nice sauteed crust on either side 🤤🤤 it was divine. My friend ordered the lobster Benedict which did not disappoint. I also added a cheddar biscuit because it sounded so good! Which it was. I will be going back as much as I can!!!

Wow this place is amazing! First time here and I was super impressed. We order the Peach Zinger large bowl of punch for the table which was amazing. The beet and carrot salad and the homemade Hawaiian Rolls as an appetizer and both were delicious. Had the Cobia entrée which was beautifully textured and similar to a salmon or even maybe more form like swordfish. Waitstaff was beyond amazing. They were attentive and exceedingly friendly, happily participating in our joking banter. Great place so give it a try if you haven't already!

They specialize in seafood dishes at this midtown restaurant. I ordered the baked crab dip, shrimp and crab gumbo, and a chocolate layer cake for dessert. My meal cost about $35 before tax and tip. The food was certainly delicious. The other Steve's were dressed business casual; button down shirts, leather dress shoes, long dresses, cute but comfortable heels. They have a long list of wines, liquors, beers by the bottle and the glass. I would recommend for a nice date of you want to impress or a small family event for a holiday meal.

Lure has some good food. Some of it was really good to my taste, but the portions were on the smaller side. You can definitely get an appetizer and a meal, because of that, so you can also get some variety, but it can get costly. My issue was that it was really noisy because it was crowded and it was hard to hear anybody except the person next to you. They were also playing some music at the bar, which we were near, so it added to the noise but you couldn't really hear what the music was.

You guys.. seriously. I've been here before for dinner and drinks, but what made me finally want to write this review was their brunch. Seriously, hands down, one of the best brunch spots in Atlanta. Came here with some girlfriends on a Sunday afternoon and was promptly greeted and seated on their beautiful patio. Our server, Roman, was fantastic, cordial and charming. He guided us through the menu and made several amazing suggestions. We ended up ordering the Scallops and Pancakes with a Pecan syrup (their take on chicken and waffles), OMG seriously, SOOOO heavenly. I was worried that it would be a little sweet, but the flavors worked perfectly. We also shared the Poutine fries, AMAZING, the Lobster Benedict, HOLY HELL GIVE ME MORE and the Landlubbers breakfast. Lure's brunch menu seriously offers a different approach to brunch and I LOVE it. If you're sitting at the bar, hopefully Barri is there because she is so knowledgeable and genuinely wants to offer you a great experience. So to review, here are the things you need to know: - Both their dinner and brunch menu are great examples of culinary creativity - Cocktails and wine are ON POINT - Their valet services are from a third party, but it's $10 to valet (very steep imo) - Price point here is high, but just know it's so worth it - Service is honest and personal - One of my fav restaurants in Atlanta - To be safe, I would make a reservation :) Def will be back!!

I recently celebrated by birthday at Lure over brunch with my favorite friends. Lure was most accommodating and welcoming of my group. Goes without saying that the food is delicious -- everything, from the house made Hawaiian Rolls to the Calamari to the Salmon Cakes to my favorite dish, the Seared Sea Scallops! I had the Catfish biscuit this time and it did not disappoint! My other favorite thing about Lure is the punchbowl cocktails! My oh my oh my! The service is always superb, from the Valet to the the waitstaff. I am so glad I found this seafood gem in the city.

This is one of the places that is pretty much unassuming. I tried this place purely on the reviews alone. My GPS hated me but once I found the valet entrance my night improved dramatically. The valet was courtesy as well as the hostess who sat us. My date and I decided to be adventurous and try the octopus and pork lettuce wraps. AMAZING! I will warn you however, I like spicy food and the sauce used for dipping is definitely a little spicy. I would say it's slightly less intense than sriracha sauce. Our server Maria was very pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Even when I was being indecisive about my drink order, she saved the day with a suggestion to let the bartender create something on the fly. It was delicious!!! On to the main course. My date had the catfish while I decided on the grouper. The grouper was grilled (or maybe roasted) and was served with mushrooms, chorizo and farro (which apparently is similar to barley or quinoa). DELICIOUS! I would say that the flavor from the chorizo, the mushrooms, and fish were an unlikely combo but were quite a pleasant surprise. I ate it all but not as quickly as my date ate her catfish lol. The catfish was perfectly fried with an assortment of sauce on the plate. I'm no chef but there was a wonderful balance of sweet and salty at play here. We didn't stop there however. We decided to indulge in some of the deserts before heading out. I'd recommend anything with ice cream as I was told that all of their ice creams are made in house. Overall I would say since I had low expectations, The Lure exceeded any and all of them. My only regret is that I made this review and now more people will know about this gem in the Midtown Area...:)

When it comes to seafood restaurants in Atlanta, Lure is definitely upper echelon. And the menu items are relatively affordable for the area. What a GREAT meal. Had frito mixto, a fresh and non greasy break from fried frozen calamari. Also crab dip, well spiced, actual fresh crab. Excellent brussels sprouts w / cheese and other things. Scallop entree. Our server Erin knew the menu up and down, guided us to and away things in a way that make sense. And the vodka punchbowl for two (there's a real name for it) was just perfect. Will return.

I really enjoyed Lure for lunch today! First, Midtown parking can be a challenge (and expensive), but Lure has complimentary valet parking. The restaurant design is really cool, down to the furniture. Our server was attentive without overdoing it - she was just right. All the staff was really courteous and warm, actually. Perhaps most importantly, the food was outstanding! I went there expecting to have seafood, but the Croque Madame sandwich jumped out at me from the menu and I just had to try it. Delicious! Next time I'll come for dinner so I can try some of Lure's yummy-sounding cocktails.

Unreal. A client took me here and I was blown away. I’m not from Atlanta and didn’t know where we were headed. Walked down what felt like a random side street in midtown and into this joint which was incredibly warm from the start. I don’t just mean the smiles at the host stand and welcoming hospitality, it started with the drinks. They serve up this deal called a Micha Caliente that they prebottle in the basement. Delightfully spicy. They pour it over fresno chilies and it changed my world. I’ve been trying to replicate the drink for our dinner parties ever since. The oysters were as fresh and top notch as you can get anywhere. We tucked into the yellowfin ceviche which I highly recommend. Then I had one of the several fish entrees they serve which was delightful (this was about 4 michas after so I can’t remember if it was the sole or the halibut) but any fish there is amazing. What I like about this place is they know what they are doing, but they are not uptight about it. If you’re in midtown Atlanta, go there.

Our server, Amy, was delightful! We went heavy apps with no entrees and desserts. The punch bowl we started off with was a play on a mimosa and a peach lover's dream! Calamari with thinly sliced lemons, flash fried to perfection! Aioli unusually on the bottom which worked better for taste and presentation. Tuna crudo just melts in your mouth with a crunchy element of tiny celery bits and a tad bit of ruby red grapefruit to add a sweet, tart zing! I always get the smoked trout dip coz it is to die for ; perfectly toasted crustini, pickled cauliflower and fingerling fresh radish accompaniments to complement richness of the dip itself. Yum. Amy recommended the octopus wraps. I do not dig on the swine myself, so for all intensive purposes, she brought it out sans pork and both my boyfriend and I couldn't stop 'oooh' 'eeee' 'aaahh' and 'oh man'ing throughout the entire dish!! Tender , on point, grilled octopus in a separate rarebit. Udon noodles, fresh basil, cilantro and mint for garnishing to add an herbaceous punch. Then top it off with a drizzle of the "sweet chili " like sauce and Boom! It's a "slap yo mama good!" Lure original "taco"! Oh dear Lemmy, did I mention the hushpuppies! Lil' balls of semi-sweet, moist (sorry to peeps in the world that get squimish at this word but no other descriptor fits! 😜) and amazingly crunchy fritters where really no sauce is even needed. Amy also one up' d Lure' s fry game by bringing a bit of a ACV "mignonette" for dipping! So much Yaaass. We told Amy which desserts we wanted to try, but to wait for a bit. We ordered a butterscotch PB pie and myself being a key lime pie connoisseur, that as well, with a wee lil scoop of chocolate hazelnut gelato (coz there's always gotta be something chocolate, no matter, big or small!). Upon arrival, one of the desserts was set in the middle of our table, that we did not order. Amy had sent this out knowing we would thoroughly enjoy it, and it was just implemented that evening right before service. I will tell you we started with it and devoured it, and the rest was packed to go. What is it you say? An apple cake donut with chunked apple compote, peaking out from underneath, as if to say, 'oh, just wait til you discover meeeee...mwhuhahaha' and topped with cinnamon ice cream that is like a churro!! Gamechanger!! Pan out...SUNSET!
