Reviews of Atlanta Fish Market
Shameka Parker
We went here on Monday night for a birthday celebration. It was a large group of is and they wait staff did a great job of accommodating us. The food was great and so was the drinks. I personal think the salmon with the mango topping was better than the pecan crusted. It could also be that I'm not really a nut fun either. The skillet was very good the shrimp, fish, and scallops were cooked just right. The sushi was nice and the dip was a great starter.

First time coming in and it did not disappoint. Cole walked me through the menu and made some phenomenal suggestions. He staggered my meal and everything came out hot and fresh as I was finishing the previous dish. The food was incredible and everything was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Try the sea bass with scallops! If you stop in, ask for Cole. You will not be disappointed.

Quirky atmosphere with great food and excellent service. The interior looks like a literal mid-century fish market or possibly an older cruise ship. Not my aesthetic but it was a great site to marvel and definitely a conversation starter.
My husband and I took my mom here for her birthday and she enjoyed it. There was no wait as we went on my mom's actual birthday which was a Monday evening. We went a few weeks ago so unfortunately I cannot remember our service name but she is a twin (My mom is one too so that's how I remember). She was able to accurately describe the menu and gave honest recommendations which helped us to choose more easily.
The chocolate slice of "birthday" cake they gave my mom was rich and delicious. It was not complimentary so that was a very small disappointment. The small chocolate plate that said happy birthday was free of charge.
There were QR codes at the table to pay for the meal. We had issues with ours because apparently they updated their table count but forgot to update the QR code. Our server took care of our ticket the traditional way and apologized for inconvenience.

The drinks were delightful, but the food was amazing! Perfectly seasoned, tender flaky fish, excellent presentation, sublime sauce, delightfully flavorful garnishes. They offer a gluten free menu!!!
Nice ambience. We went for a work dinner and we were able to hold conversations easily.
Wonderful and attentive service as well!

We visited as part of a birthday celebration and booked the table in advance. They offer valet service and we just waited a few mins to have the car taken as there were many people leaving. The good was excellent and we both had Salmon. The waiter was very pleasant in manner but not fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the food on the menu. I did have to return my plate due to a spice in the sweet potato that I had asked about but was told it was not in the sweet potato and in fact it was. However the vegetables were excellent so it more than compensated and I was offered another starch. We also had to ask for bread as it was not clear whether this came with the food. I received a complimentary strawberry shortcake dessert which was delicious as this was given to patrons celebrating a birthday. The tables were nicely spaced out and the ambience was also good. It's more upscale- casual dining and you do have cloth napkins. We did not have any alcoholic beverages so I cannot comment there. There have a good selection of food items and there is a nice selection of fresh caught seafood and the lobsters can be seen moving around in the tank. I would definitely eat here again. Price is moderately high but worth the expense. I also had the crab bisque as a starter and that was to die for with real bits of crab in each spoonful and a good helping! Valet cost was only $3 plus any to you would like to give.

Honestly wanted to dislike this place more than I did. Reading between the lines, felt like a tourist trap past its prime.
Although it definitely had feel of chain type venue going through motions with cheaply laminated menus, I enjoyed my time here.
Some highlights:
- Fresh fish
- Engaging environment
- Meaty and chunky clam chowder
- Attentive bartender
Don't feel there was necessary any value for my dollar. But won't give it a full-on veto next time.

FOOD - Fresh, great options, everything from sushi to tuna, to whole lobster 🦞. There's even fried options. Prices are reasonable. You are not hit over the head. They only offered 1 size lobster (1.5lb) a la carte because it was Father's Day weekend according to the server. Its normally not sold a la carte. AMBIANCE - it's loud and crowded. This is a very busy place. Tables are so close together it's kind of uncomfortable as you feel like you are on top of each other. PARKING - there is valet parking. Tipping recommended. RESERVATIONS - we made reservations, arrived early and still waited almost 40 min from our reservation time before we were seated but you are able to order drinks from the sushi room while you wait. Definitely worth visiting. The menu is varied and the service is very good. Oh, you will be amazed at the way people come dressed. It was appalling. See through, skin tight camel toes. Just ridiculous. I asked if they had a dress code and they told me they did but I guess it's posted for fun because it's definitely not being enforced.

The Fish Market is iconic for Atlanta and synonymous with ambience, seafood, and quality. On my visit, they did not disappoint for the anniversary dinner.
The food was excellent, seasoned well, our waiter was attentive, made great suggestions and honest thoughts on dishes. We had a great time, and definitely would visit again.

I've been coming here since the opened over 30 years ago and every time I go it's still one of the best fish restaurants in the ATL!
Recently went and had the fried lobster tail, tuna filet and tuna roll as an app. All 3 dishes were fresh, check out that color of the tuna roll, and cooked perfectly with amazing flavors!
I like to sit at the bar when I eat, better quicker service. The overall atmosphere is wide open spaces, clean and inviting. I love the classic look.
If you go during prime time highly recommend reservations as this place gets packed.
Plenty of parking and there is valet service.
Would I go here again? Been doing that for over 30 years!

This is a great spot to check out if you are a lover of seafood!
I checked out this spot for the first time in several years last night. To my surprise it did not disappoint!
I was a part of a party of 3 with reservations for 7pm. I would highly recommend reservations because this place was packed!!
Note: when you pull up to the restaurant the valet station greets you. It is my understanding that they do offer self parking, however I am not certain how to access it. I have dinned at this restaurant several times and ALWAYS used the valet service.
Back to the review:
SERVICE: we were greeted and seated promptly upon our arrival. Our server appeared to be busy but did his best. The team work was also evident. Another staff placed the complimentary bread and butter on our table. Additionally a different staff kept our water cups full. Our waiter appeared to have great knowledge of the menu and had no problems saying what we should pass on.
FOOD: prior to dinning here last night I have not been to this restaurant in at least 3-4 years. However, I recalled that their calamari was good. I did not see calamari listed. To my surprise the waiter said they have it! It did not disappoint! It also appears that they have a special menu. We were told about a branzino dish that also does not appear on the menu. Our wait staff also told us about a watermelon cocktail that you guessed it, is not on the menu! Moral of the story is to ask for what you want and they may have it! I also ordered the pecan crusted salmon that was served with broccoli and whipped sweet potatoes sooooo good! I enjoyed every bite of this meal.
Overall this is a great place to check out!

My 2nd visit and it was better than my 1st. I had the salmon with whipped sweet potatoes (amazing)! Server was nice. But the Assistant Manager was weird and tried using lingo that he thought was cool and or accommodated me (a black woman) because of the term he said. I questioned him but he ignored it. The food was good but I wouldn't return.

Parking. Let's start with this. We have 2 supercars, parking for us is super hard. We can't let valet EVER park our cars, so it limits us where we go. This valet attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful. It took me talking to a staff member of the restaurant to allow us to get parked.
The restaurant was pleasant and clean. The tables were very well spaced.
Our server was extremely nice and helpful. I had to ask for simple things, bread, refill on drinks, but other than that I was very helpful with the service.
We started with the spinach & artichoke dip. I was not impressed. The tortilla chips tasted stale.
I had the skillet Newberg. It was very nicely made but a little runny. Not very flavorful.
He had the fried seafood platter. Ok.. it is hard to mess this one up. The batter used to bread the fish and shrimp was not seasoned at all. The preseasoned French fries had more flavor.

The food and presentation were excellent. Not from Atlanta, visiting our son. Took him there to celebrate hi birthday. Enjoyed ourselves but the food took a long time to get to use.
Dorsha Dawkins (JustDorsha)
Took my Dad for Father's Day. Glas we made reservations. We sat down immediately. The Pom Pom Shrimp was tasty. I had the Chilean Sea Bass Hong Kong Style. The sauce wasn't as flavorable as I expected, but bass was buttery. Received large side dish of rice but would have preferred for rice to be in same dish as fish. My Dad liked Lobster Tails, potatoes and broccoli were OK. My son liked the Blackened Shrimp with Parmesan Grits. Mind you he had an extra order of grits. I can't imagine what it would have looked like with one serving of grits. The waiter said the Key Lime Pie was tarty and not creamy, but it was the opposite. The chocolate toffee pie was thick, rich, and delish. My son had the apple dessert. Everything was about $220 before tip. Parking was $3 without tip. To me, the ambiance was lacking. Definitely not a place to go if you're dressed up, had more of a Red Lobster casual feel although we were dressy. The restaurant is cashless and you pay using a QR code at your table. I love that. Beware the tip suggestion is 22% by default. I tip 20% in general unless superb service.

Enjoyed our first time here, the food was really great especially the crab cake !! Our waiter Chris was awesome very attentive and gave us great feedback about the menus options ! Praises to whoever made the BREAD PUDDING ! AMAZING
Ben Collins
Probably the best seafood in the city! Staff and customer service was great! Food was so fresh, although a little pricey. The bathroom could have used a good scrub.
Hazlina Hamir
The food was great, service was good. The seafood are fresh and the servers are good at recommending when given a choice. Would definitely come back again.

We had Swordfish and blackened Salmon with side of veggies and potatoes as our main entrées. We also order shrimp Alfredo pasta from kids menu which they got wrong but were able to fix it quickly. We also asked for fresh bread basket. All in all good but a bit overpriced for the portions specially the lobster appetizer which is about $32 or something and our total came out to about $175 with 20% tip. Our appetizers were just okhay but the entrees were delicious and portions were normal - Not too big or small. Ambiance is okhay, you don’t really need to dress up. you have to valet park so make sure you have some cash on you.

When you get there your car gets valet .its very nice once you walk in. The service was magnificent. The drink was awesome. The food was the best I have taste in a minute. A great five-star restaurant for the family!

We finally dined here after years of seeing it. This was my birthday dinner and we had a great server named Chelsea! She was very knowledgeable on dishes and drinks!
Charlie Hustle
Great service! Kyle was amazing…. Now the food was so-so the best thing me and my girlfriend had was the crab cake that was great! And my girlfriend loved her drink from the bar! The salmon trout was blah and her fried lobster wasn’t seasoned and was over cooked. Tasted like rubber. Overall Kyle gets 5 stars for service the food gets 3. Slightly pricey, but they do have a great menu of fish. Not sure if I’m going to be willing to give a second shot though.
Nick
This place was fantastic. I highly recommend eating in the bar, the service is exceptional. Additionally, it must have just been the night I was there, but I hope it is every night because every person in the bar - guest or wait staff was friendly beyond belief. I had fantastic conversations with every person in the bar.
Monique Heyward
Great food, tried a new dish but it was delicious. I ate everything even the spinach. I had Grouper “MEUNIERE” Lemon, Brown Butter, Capers, Sautéed Baby Spinach. I cleaned my plate. Katie was very helpful on food choices with suggestions. I also had the crunch sushi, that was amazing. My daughter had fried shrimp. Cousin had mussels and broiled seafood platter. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend
Linda Chupco
The best Hong Kong Style seabass dish! I .so glad this restaurant has the Hong Kong Style cooking option. The fish was so fresh, and delicious! The other dish was grilled mahi-made. It was fresh and delicious too. Best to RSVP for a place to sea before going.
Caroline Hernandez
Had a wonderful birthday lunch here today. The food was absolutely delicious. Our server was excellent. Our visit even included a surprise birthday dessert of strawberry shortcake, all made there at the restaurant including the strawberry ice cream 🍓 . Pricey but if you enjoy fresh seafood & fish this menu has an exuberant amount of choices.
Rajib Mitra
The food was great. Our server Ashish did a great job recommending food from the large selection of food from the menu. Will return here for sure!
Broderick Floyd
Food was delicious. I had the sirloin steak with a whiskey cocktail and some Maddalena Paso Roble Cabernet wine. Very tasty !
Linh Vu
Food is amazing here. Oysters are so fresh and juicy. Lobster and scallops are cooked just right and so tasty.
Jocelyn Gordon Walker
Cashless. QR codes posted at the table for customers to pay. Food was divine! Hubby and I spent the evening there for our anniversary. We both ordered the fried seafood platter. 1 piece of daily catch, 1 jumbo lump crab cake, 2 shrimp ( I had 4 bc I subbed my scallops out), coleslaw (garnish) and fries (subbed out for mash potatoes). I added a side of veggies. Everything was amazing and we had plenty lefted over which we ate the next day. We will definitely be back.
Harold Black
Food was amazing and the service is exceptional. I had the Grouper and tuna roll omg! The only parking is Valet which is pricey but you can park across the street at the public lot for $10 for 2 hours.

Great atmosphere, tasty foods. I strongly recommend to anyone who visits Atlanta to eat here. Gulf Black Grouper was really good. Everything which I tested was really nice.

This is by far one of the beat seafood places in Atlanta. We started out by ordering a sushi rolI, which was average. I also had a bowl of crab chowder and if Im not mistaken had imitation crab meat in it which was a disappointment. I ordered the chilean sea bass hong kong style. I was a little thrown off by the fact that the fish has absolutely no seasoning on it. Trust and believe it did not need it! The fish was expertly cooked and served over a bed of wilted greens with a soy sauce, ginger flavor. It came with sticky rice and was simply divine. My husband got the crusted swordfish with twice baked potatoes and green beans. Everything was fantastic! The peach mule was also tasty, but very small portion once you add the ice. Would love to dine here again!!!

A fantastic restaurant in Buckhead with the freshest seafood in town. This is our go-to for special occasions. Today we had the yummi-yummi Sushi roll and the PEI mussels for the appetizer followed by the signature crab cake and the lemon sole for our entree. Everything was perfectly prepared and coupled with the great service made for a wonderful dining experience.
The menu is rich with selection and you can preview many items on ice in the display case. There is a full bar as well as the restaurant with your favorite cocktail or a good selection of beers.
Yournesha Swain
My meal was EVERYTHING! This peacan crusted salmon with broccoli and sweet potato souffle had my name on it from the menu to my MOUTH! The waiter, Alex, was amazing as well and extremely knowledgeable about EVERYTHING on the menu and how it's prepared even where the fish was from!
Jenny Burch
We had a small gift card mis understanding and Lucky took great care of us. Also, the sushi is amazing! We also shop at the market and bring food home. Highly recommend. Our sushi to go posted below!
Brian Lawson
Great food and better service. Destiny was our waitress and she did an excellent job. Had the Paw Paw shrimp and gumbo for an appetizer. Both were great. We had the Fried Seafood Platter and Red Snapper for the main course. Really good food. You also get a lot of food too. I recommend this restaurant for quality of food and service

Our first time dining at Atlanta Fish Market and our server, Emmanuel, shared his knowledge about many favorites on the menu. He was friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The fish was fresh, seasoned, and sautéed. The decadent chocolate pie was the ideal finish to an excellent meal. Thank you to Chef and Emmanuel. We look forward to our next meal at AFM.
Faraz Hamayoun
Wide selection of fresh seafood. My favorite was the signature casserole and the skillet. Don’t forget to order desert.

The food and service are both excellent. Taariq was our waiter and he was fabulous. He made wonderful sugesstions and provided incredible service. The atmosphere, the cuisine, the staff are all amazing. We had Chilean Seabass, clam chowder, and tried a sushi platter. All were excellent. This has been one of the better dinning experiences in Atlanta.
Alex Porter
Good seafood in Atlanta. Make sure you ask what the market price is, my crab legs were over $100. Atmosphere is a little stale, very bright. Bar area looked more intimate.
Delbert Zimmerman
The service and atmosphere were awesome and the food was even better. Definitely recommend!

THE ATLANTA FISH MARKET is the "GO TO"
RESTURANT IN ATLANTA!
It has the most AWESOME, FRESH, DELICIOUS SEAFOOD, (of ALL Types, and Oceans) !!! The Wait Staff is fun, knowledgeable, polite and punctual, as well as, Extremely Attentive! The Ambiance is Casual and Elegant at the same Time! We will ALWAYS bring our family and out of town guests here, for a lovely Dinner 🦞 and Cocktails🍸I HIGHLY RECCOMEND the Skate Wing, Hong Kong Style, and the Cranberry Mule in the Frosted Copper Goblet!😃🤗😋😅🥰

This place was awesome. From valet to the servers. The food was Marvelous. I started with the Cesar's salad. I normally don't order it because I'm not a fan. This was different. Everything was fresh. Including the bread. This place is down to earth fancy. There is a dress code. Make sure you try the Oreo crust cheesecake. I almost want to cry. It is just that great.
Chiketa Kelly
The food and the ambiance was very good, service was great as well!

I was in Atlanta for my birthday in the latter part of October and one of the places my partner took me during our stay was to the Atlanta Fish Market. For some reason I didn't take pictures of the food but our waitress was "STELLAR" and I did however, take a picture of her. Lauren was SUPERB! The best waitress I've had in my 53 years of life. She not only knew about all the items on the menu she knew it's cook time and when to bring out each as my partner and I got a lot of food. One of the items on the menu she wanted to be sure they had because they were previously out so she checked with the Chef and we were good to go. Our food was delicious, the ambiance was nice but our waitress was the icing on the cake. Whenever I am in the "A" again, I'll be back. Top knotch service, top knotch food!
R.A Braxton-Hunt
The appetizers and the Gumbo are always perfect. The Caesar Salad is made just right. GREAT LOBSTER and GREAT DRINKS
our go to restaurant for special occasions.
Staff is very attentive and doesn't miss anything. The Oysters are excellent as well!
Angela Thompson-Williams
Food was excellent! I had the Fried Lobster Tails. Served with mash potatoes $ Green beans. I also had the calamari the best I’ve ever eaten.
George William
One of our favorite special-occasion extraterrestrial eateries. We had grouper, crab cakes, and the seafood skillet at our table. All were phenomenal. We enjoy the food being served via flying saucer, seen approaching through the palm trees. To our surprise, Jeff Bezos personally served our table. We did see his space ship parked outside but it seemed to have been surgically altered from what we saw on TV. Anyway, Audrey also served our table and she was great. We will certainly return, and maybe we will see Elon Musk next time. Btw, I had a nice conversation with an alien who was in a tank of water, complaining that he was mistaken for a lobster.
Sonya McGuire
Lunch was great!! The server seemed new. The spinach was cold and the broccoli as well but the food overall was good.My seafood was fresh .
Jami J
Went to a private birthday party here. The food was awesome! Had an appetizer platter which included: 🦀 crab balls, fried shrimp, mini egg rolls and chicken quesadillas. The main entree was the filet mignon and fried shrimp 🍤 with mashed potatoes and string beans. The filet melted in my mouth. Beyond tender! …

I recently had the pleasure of dining with my family at Atlanta Fish Market and was blown away by the quality of the food and the excellent service. The server was incredibly kind and made sure that my dining experience was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh seafood options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the grilled salmon and the crab cakes, which were cooked to perfection. Overall, I highly recommend Atlanta Fish Market to anyone looking for a fantastic seafood dining experience.

Everything about this place was incredible! There’s valet parking, the food is excellent! The service is remarkable, and the ambience of the restaurant is outstanding.
Dr. T. Mac
Really good food, And the service was solid as well. I had the stuffed flounder and it was the best seafood dish that I’ve had since I’ve been in the A. If you’re looking for good seafood, check it out!
Crystal Wood
While the food was terrific and the service was decent, tonight was my birthday. It was on the reservation and I mentioned it to the server when ordering my mock tail. Yet, it seems that is not to be celebrated at this particular establishment. I was disappointed. We try to be frugal in eating out and spending a decent amount of money on a night that was special and being overlooked on this special occasion made me feel like we should’ve spent our money elsewhere.
Kristi Lin Finch
Exceptional food and Audrey was superb! First time customer, but it won’t be my last. I had the mussels appetizer and wow, they were large and seasoned perfectly. I had the broiled seafood plate with scallops, fish, shrimp, lump crab cake, mashed potatoes and vegetables; everything was delicious.
Shaqueena Moore
Service was impeccable! Food could've used a little less salt, but it was tasty nonetheless! Management no longer seems to observe the dress code, and the bathroom could have been much cleaner. Cute spot, I would likely return following some time to improve!
Krista Mcewan
I wasn’t planning on reviewing this restaurant because I find unfair to review a restaurant based on take out. This was an exception because the food held up well in transport. We had the jumbo crab cake appetizer and Salmon dinner. The price point is $$$$ but the food is fresh and cooked to perfection. I like my seafood to have a fresh tastes as opposed to being overseasoned. It met my expectations. If you are looking for innovation, I wouldn’t select this restaurant. I think it does fresh seafood well overall.

It’s Rare That You Get Good Food & OVER THE TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE But Our Server Christopher Delivered Just That. He Made Our Family Feel So Special & Welcomed.
Even The Manager Mr Lucky Was Awesome. 1st Experience Was Definitely Amazing & #1 In Tailored Service !!
Victoria Mason
Amazing food! My casserole was absolutely heavenly. The portion was very large too. Make sure to order a smoked old fashioned as they smoke it right in front of you at the table.
The only complaint: parking is absolutely atrocious and when it's busy, it is a complete zoo. If distance allows, order uber instead of trying to park there.
Nancy Butler
The Atlanta fishmarket is an old Atlanta standard. It is a Buckhead life group but their food is consistently good. The service is very good as well the prices are a little over the top but that’s life
Vikki Olu
To die for. I was afraid of trying lobster cake. But when I did it felt heavenly. Loved the meal. Waiters were awesome. I love how the managers walk around engage the customer and also assist the waiters too. Great place for family, 1st date and hanging out with friends
Jill Brandon
We had sooooo much variety and loved absolutely everything except one thing……. We had several appetizers, a few sushi menu items, incredible children’s menu items, King Crab, dessert, good wine, etc…Loved absolutely everything other than the Oysters Rockefeller. ugh, please remove tiny crunchy pieces of shells next time…It ruins the dish completely…..please. But, had a ball and thanks to Immanuel (Manny), our server.
Happy New Year!
Brittany Mac
If you do a reservation make sure you understand the contract. It took 4 weeks for them to refund my deposit. And the food was less than amazing. Nothing to write home about. Spend that money on a more quality experience. This was to
Valoneecia Tolbert
This was one of the best di n ingredients experiences I have had in Atlanta. The hosts were kind and delightful, the valets can drive a manual vehicle so I started the evening already floating.
The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely floods your taste buds with past life memories.
I cannot wait to go back! Kudos!
Brian Shaha
Chilean sea bass hongkong style is amazing! Sunny our waiter was awesome too!
I'm not big on fish, but when it's fresh and quality like this place, I can eat it.
Juan Solomon
The service was excellent, we were told that we had the best server and that was so very true 👍
Adriana is the Best!
The food is just as excellent as the service!!
GOTTA GO BACK SOON!!!

A 5 star would have been in order IF the tip wasn’t ADDED to our bill and my hubby didn’t notice! It was a party of 4 and it was our FIRST visit to this restaurant. The food was great but the server ended up with a $73 tip! Our bill was $187 and she added $31.50, making the bill $218 and change. So he added the tip on the $218 as we ordered what we wanted, unconcerned about the cost of each item. What a DARK mark for what had been a great dining experience! My friend noticed it this morning and reached out to see if it happened to us too!
Jackie Solomon
From the very spinach filled dip and chips, to our main course if swordfish steak and the scrumptious broiled seafood platter. Then our server Adrianna topped off our evening with a nice birthday strawberry shortcake w/strawberry as the icing on the cake loool.

Pial, our server, was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Lucky, the manager, brought the drinks and gave us an experience with the smoked Old Fashion. Every smoked Old Fashion should be presented that way! Thank you for making my boyfriend's birthday memorable!
brannon duncan
I visited here with a few colleagues for a business dinner. Everything was absolutely amazing. Great appetizers, perfectly cooked sea bass paired with the best wine and unmatched service! Two thumbs up Atlanta Fish Market!
Shayla Williams
There was no wait around 2pm on Sunday. The server was attentive and food was hot and brought to table fresh. The glassware was not clean. The spinach dip was under season the calamari sweet and spicy was good . Lobster bisque and twice baked potato were good. Overall good service food could have been more flavorful or seasoned.

So I wanted to go to Atlanta Fish Market for a while so what better time than for my other half birthday. So I read all negative reviews to see all the things to look out for and to be proactive with my experience when I go. I read someone saying they won't take reservations over the phone and was directed to open table so when I called I politely said I will like to make a reservation with you and it was done no problem. I read there was a small portion of food for the money being spent so when I ordered I asked what's the portion size and was told it's a filling portion guess what I had food to go. I can list a few things but I'll stop here. I can truly say my experience was great and Bridget our server was the best thing since slice bread to us, she was on top of her game. Great service Bridget! We will be back. Oh yea, the bus boy was just as helpful so I gave him his own tip.
Dana Moore
The food is always excellent, however there is room for improvement in the service. We asked for bread three times before it arrived, we were served appetizers without plates which we had to ask for. Lastly and disappointing for a restaurant at this price point, dishes were served reaching across in front of my dinner companion rather than coming around (note: no table or obstruction behind me). Unacceptable.
Eleanor Scott
Exquisite, fresh seafood platter was delectable with delicious sides. Sushi appetizer was delicious, too. Superb service. Definitely will return soon!! Nice spot for special celebration.
Alvin Williams
I have been in the Atlanta area for for about 3 years. I have searched high and low for good seafood. I had many disappointments, until we came to the Atlanta Fish Market. The stuffed flounder, and the three lobster tails with a little stuffing, and the oysters, were flawless, delicious, and the serving amount was just right. Can't wait to return!
Jane
Dinner was delicious, a great location to celebrate our anniversary! Service was amazing. We were seated at at table in the atrium room near the street and it was quite cold on the 35degree day in Atlanta, otherwise wonderful!

I had a blast here. Awesome ambiance, great food. Will become a mandatory visit whenever I'm in town! My bartenders had awesome energy and were cool af. (Sorry I forgot their names😪) …

There is no comparison when it comes to qualitative dining. Selecting this business, Cost is not an issue; for your pleasurable experience begins with vaket parking, ending with fine dining- enough to take home. Look forward to special days to celebrate here.
Nina Lauren
The seafood is really fresh. The Reposado Jalapeño margarita was so good! The clam chowder was also really tasty... I love the chives on top. The fish was not seasoned very much, although I imagine you probably just need to let the waiter know that at the time of ordering. The potatoes were very good, and so were the veggies. Very crisp and not overcooked.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. It has gone downhill over the years. I went recently for a date night, and the food was bland. Also, the customer service wasn't great. The signature cocktails were good.
Tracy Dancy
Had a marvelous birthday dinner for my husband with our son and sister. We're from New York visiting and I had no knowledge of this establishment prior to coming other than a few reviews and I must say you WILL NOT be disappointed!
superyesd yesd
Had the Chilean Seabass and Snapper with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The FOOD and SERVICE is AMAZING!! They drinks are great also. Bring cash for parking. Not a fan of giving valet my cc while they take pic with their phone. DEFINITELY A GO TO SPOT for date night, business meets, or if you want the freshest and best seafood in Atlanta.
Georgia Girl
Family gave me the gift of dinner at the Atlanta Fish Market. My first visit. The service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and helpful with multiple suggestions. They answered all of our questions, and prepared our food exactly as we asked. I had the mahi-mahi and it was cooked perfectly. I’m sure I will be going back again.
Brett Pommerenck
Once again we enjoyed every bit of our meal. Celebrating family and the birth of Jesus with some amazing food! The Alaskan king crab was excellent and didn't disappoint.
Shanita Nicole
Excellent food, abysmal service. The best seafood in ATL though so I won't allow that to deter me from returning
mice
Solid upscale seafood dinner well. Atmosphere is light and casual. Great and attentive staff (thanks Nick!). Underappreciated place but steady as she goes.
Roderick Thornton
Great atmosphere, food and most importantly service. My wife and I came here for our 9 month anniversary. Rudy was our server and he was amazing. He took time to familiarize with the menu. Promptly had our waters out and updated us on any delays to our order.
They kept customers spaced appropriately to respect social distancing and no one was close enough to make us feel uncomfortable. All employees were wearing masks too.
Finally, they surprised us with a great treat for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the experience and it was a awesome first visit.
I can't believe I never came here before now. We will most definitely return and I look forward to trying something new from the menu. Oh! Cocktails were great as well. I had the En Fuego and New York Sour. Both were well mixed with a good portion of alcohol.

This was one surprise for my wife on her birthday. We've been here before but it was at least 5+ years ago. Honestly, I don't know why so much time had elapsed since our last visit. The food was GOOD (she had the sea bass and I had the filet)! Cocktails were ok. Our server was GREAT (Jamela)!!!! We also had a decent clam chowder as an app. It WON'T be another 5 years before we return 😉

First time coming here the menu amazingggggg. Food came out so fast. Fresh and delicious. Our waitress destiny was on point with everything. Water replenished as needed. So many options i need to come back to try it all. Definitely on my top favorite Atl restaurants

I was there to celebrate my Bestfriend Bday. She made reservations for 7 and they put us in the private room with 3 other parties which was a mess. We were seated and only gave drink orders to someone who wasn't even our server after waiting 45mins. We couldn't hear ourselves talk or each other. We complained to management and we were moved to the main dinning area. Once in the main dinning area service came within seconds and with a smile. After being moved the rest of the night was Good along with the service and food!

Went here one evening an hour before closing & Connor behind the bar welcomed us and was quite patient despite the timing. He was very hospitable & had great whiskey recommendations! The food took quite a while to come out though. I hadn’t been here in many years but I’d go back & hopefully Connor will be there!
J Martin Alexander
I have always enjoyed AFM. This visit was no exception. Crab cakes are outstanding. I also enjoy the mussels in wine sauce. With bread for dipping, it's hard to beat.
Ryan Walden
Our sever Chris had a great attitude and we would love to dine with him again. On the otherhand, our server Connor seemed to carry a little less respect for the women on the table. He was extremely present with the men, but our party noticed that he primarily chose to speak almost directly to the men, and nearly ignored the women. The food was fantastic, and Chris had an uplifting presence, but we are a bit disappointed by Conors interactions with the women of the table.
Alan Gibson
We had the “Planked Salmon with sweet potatoes and sweet cream corn and it was delicious. The meal was hot and service was fantastic. Appetizers (Calamari was good)
Fauxy Red
This is one of me & my fiancé’s first choices. The crab cakes, mussels & wine were delicious starters. We ate our dinner & received quality service.

Went for date night on a Saturday. Dinner reservations at 7:30pm. Very crowded. We were seated 5mins after. Glad we were able to sit in the upper sections that have outside view under the flashing sign. Felt more intimate. The main hall felt more like a banquet hall and if your dresses up, you don’t want to sit there. The table we were seated was very small. Had to hold our menus on my lap to accommodate for the appetizers. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip, ceviche, and mussels. The dip was fine. The ceviche was cold and on the sweet side because of the mango, but not overbearing. It didn’t taste acidic. There was plenty of shrimp and scallops to eat and they served it in a martini glass. Love the extra touch of the plantain chips, very tropical. The mussels was the star of all dishes tonight. I asked for extra bread to dip in the sauce(absolutely delicious). Wish I had asked for a another round to serve as my entre. My meal, the grouper, was very bland. The fish was very moist and I was happy with my substitute side (sauté spinach), but the mussels had much more flavor (creamy, buttery, lemony) and salt. My husband had the fried shrimp platter with fries and it didn’t disappoint him. The portion was great the shrimps were jumbo. The drinks were on point. I had at least 3 blackberry margaritas and the strawberry basil was the next best thing to a strawberry lemonade mixed drink. Love the water service. We ordered bottled water. $3 for valet parking, no self parking are available if you come after 7pm. Better as a spot for casual eating with family and groups.

First time visiting and it didn’t disappoint. Our party was satisfied with the meals and our server Chris was a joy. Will definitely return again and with a larger party.

Great birthday spot!
I’ve heard such great things about this place and we finally confirmed it! No doubt this restaurant has quality food. The service was phenomenal and at no point did we feel rushed.
My family is big on seafood and they all approved ... sadly I’m allergic but the steak here was delicious! Highly recommend you give it a try if you haven’t done so already!
Dionne Eleby
First time here and it won’t be the last. Portions are a bit small for the price, but the food is good. Waitress was busy but attentive.
Azad Majors
The restaurant was great. The waiter was great. I really enjoyed the food. I am so happy I came here fir New Years..
Dj Labonita
I will say Cole was an amazing sever. He has so much menu knowledge and suggestions. Also, when I walked in the service was amazing!!!!!! Food was great and so were drinks.
Luke Nelson
We came here for my mothers 65th birthday. Our server was also a bar tender and forgot to enter our appetizer and entree orders. Lucky handled the situation extremely respectfully, professionally and timely. Food was excellent - raw oysters, steamed clams, crab bisque (our least favorite… too much sherry), parmesan crusted salmon, crab cake dinner, cheesecake and bread pudding all were top notch. We will be back thank you for turning a not so great experience into a special one!
kenefra Carter
It was okay…The service was slow. We had to ask for help. To place our order, to pay. The food is average, it isn’t the best seasoned food I have ever had. We went on a Saturday when Georgia was playing for the SEC Championship. I’m going to chalk it up to we pick the wrong night.
D M
Excellent Food (Pecan crusted Trout Salmon). This was my first experience at the Fish Market despite living in area for last 7 years. The staff Rudy was AMAZING. Funny, knowledgeable & it felt like we known him for years. I will frequent more often, I give 5 stars.

Have dinner at Atlanta Fish Market, it’s amazing restaurant everything is incredible and fresh also taste so tender, juicy and incredible for the entrees, important the sea food was very “FRESHLY”, that’s why this food so fantastic and flavorful. Will be go back to eat soon there. We have Lobster Tail Appetizer, Entree’s: Maine Sea Scallops and Scottish Salmon, they’re so incredible!! Love it so much 🥰. #atlantafishmarket 🤤#amazing #restaurant #incredible #fresh #juicy #tender #tasted #freshly #fantastic #flavorful #entree #lobstertailappetizer #maineseascallops #scottishsalmon
Jane Freeman
My favorite restaurant for seafood! I do miss the large lobster tail that was fried lightly, in the past! I was there 3 weeks ago, and had the stone crabs, they were wonderful! I'll be going back for more soon!
Nicey Beavers
Date night for me and my guy. We visited this place on a week night. No wait time. Servers were very attentive and the food was phenomenal. Thus is one of our favorite spots.
Ene George
Impressive fish sculpture outside! Like really, Guinness Book of Records impressive. Food was great for an early lunch. We had the special; Chilean Sea Bass with honey butter and spinach. It was sumptuous. Service was great. Interesting interior, almost seems like 2 different restaurants under one roof.
Action Jacksons
Went here last night for my 6th year anniversary, made a online reservation yet still had to wait a while and didn't get the window seat I requested. At first glance with decor and setting I didn't think the restaurant needed a dress code or market rate meals, BUTTTTT our server and food made it worth it all. We love, love, loved our food. We got the snapper and rib eye both with mashed potatoes and spinach. The flavors where on point in every way but the spinach needed a little more flavor. The mashed potatoes where recommend by our cousin and it was one of the best things on our plate. The rib eye seasoning was everything and more. The table bread could be better😏 the texas Margarita was delicious 😋
We left full and happy. Can't wait to go back to try the salmon 💖
Mark Bouchett
We absolutely loved our experience and look forward to it every year when we visit Atlanta. The service was incredible, the food was delicious and the restaurant ambiance has remained lively, yet intimate. Always a pleasure.
Shannor Trotty
The food here is fantastic! Some fish I've never heard of or had before. I ended up trying the Hong Kong Style Sea Bass. The texture was incredible but for the price it should be!
The restaurant is not for your regular lunch date. It's definitely going to run you about $40 a plate if you really want to enjoy yourself.
The parking is valet only so bring some extra cash for that as well. Overall I liked it and would go to show people something more upscale and have a nice night out. But wouldn't be a frequent stop.
Greta Hall
Had never been for lunch but in glad we did, it was great. The crab cakes are the best I've ever had!!!! And I've had them all over. I want more just thinking about them.
jhosselynne
The place vibe is ok i guess is the location it just feels a little sketchy the food flavor was ok nothing super special i feel for the price i was expecting a little more like a bigger portion and a better presentation of the food. Our server and the hostess were remarkable super accommodating and always smiling
Kartwright A
My wife and I loved this place. Our waiter was amazing. The food was so good. And the atmosphere was super cool.
Garriann Clayton
I enjoyed my experience tonight 12/10/22 . Richard was my server and he was very pleasant, informative, had great character and accommodating !!! Real 5 star service. I had the gumbo soup, 2 orders of Rockefeller Oysters, and the broiled platter, and had crème brûlée for dessert. Everything was delicious BIG Compliments to the Chef although I do think the crème brûlée should be served with fresh berries just a suggestion. The manger named Lucky was very personable and made great conversation and suggestions for us as well and Handsome too if I may add respectfully. He seems like a great leader and he was very professional and pleasant as well. Overall I’d love to come back even though it would be my third time and I would definitely suggest this restaurant to others.
Allen Ebron
Alex the waiter, he was amazing. His service was beyond attentive. His persona was giving Jason Alexander vibes. When I visit again, I'm going to ask for him.
Akhil Parmar
Came here for a corporate event and it was perfection. Even as a vegetarian the options were amazing. The food was bright and fresh and the service was wonderful! I had the fishers sunset mixed drink and it was a perfect and refreshing way to end the day. I'll definitely be back!
Sherri Williams
From our entering the Atlanta Fish Market to exiting, we enjoyed the total experience!
Tiffany Anderson
This is a very nice restaurant. The food was delicious and our server was absolutely great. I highly recommend and I will return.
Richard McLoughlin
We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary here! Service was excellent, food was decedent, and the vibe was great. We will be back!
Ashish Kabir
The salmon is delicious. The salad is a little unusual - it’s like a caeser type dressing but has beans. The chocolate cake is good too. Overall a great experience.
Travis Snell
Food was delicious and prices wasn't too bad loved everything but that tartar sauce was the best I ever had thanks for making my wife's birthday super special 😋
Georgia SCHRAGER
Great dinner; split multiple courses with my spouse and thoroughly enjoyed it! kudos to our server Rudy who made our experience even more enjoyable!
Terrence King
We went to the Atlanta Fish Market to celebrate a birthday. We arrived early Sunday around noon and we were able to walk right in and we were seated immediately. We started all lunch/early dinner with an appetizer of Shrimp and 4 piece order of Sushi. For our main course we ordered Fish and Chips, Blackened Sea Bass Sauteed in Lemon Sause, and a Flounder Pie. For dessert the restaurant provides a nice size piece of Pie topped with Whip Cream and Icecream. We truly enjoyed the flavor and seasoning on all of our meals. This is a great restaurant in the heart of Buckhead conveniently located close to several hotels and Lenox Mall.
Mike
I have visited this place ince before and the visit was okay. I went about 2 years ago on Valentine's. I took my girlfriend yesterday and the visit was not as pleasant. The table we were seated at had trash all around on the floor. One of the ladies did come and sweep it although the push broom she had did not pick up everything. We asked to be repeated and was. I ordered the shrimp and scallop pasta in alfredo sauce. The sauce did not taste that good. Tasted almost like the same alfredo sauce I had from a less expensive restaurant. I wondered did it come to the restaurant already prepared. The clanaru we ordered as an appetizer was chewy and the serving was quite small. The jumbo crab cakes were thick but not that big in diameter. Overall the visit was subpar. The booth we sat at could use some remodeling also.
Fred
I took my Beautiful Lady here for her BDay and we had a very nice experience. This was her first time and neither of us is a big seafood person but we were satisfied with our orders. We ordered sushi, it was first time eating and it was delicious. We will be going back definitely.
J Hennessy
There is nothing, and I mean absolutely NOTHING, that tastes typical in this restaurant. Exceptional service, the chef's preparation is admirable making all of the food melt in our mouth. My only complaint is that I had to leave once they closed, truly heartbreaking to say goodbye. When it's my turn to die I'm confident that the food in Heaven will be catered by this restaurant, Atlanta Fish Market.
Stephen Tonge
When you see the Big Fish outside, you made it.
I love how it’s a restaurant & a marketplace !
Bourbon-based cocktail with added bitters is a superb aperitif.
Crispy Calamari joined by warm marinara is always a success.
Jumbo Crab Cake partnered with mashed potatoes was pure deliciousness !!
Chilean Sea Bass “Hong Kong” style was phenomenal & the Pinot Grigio paired well. One of the best dishes on the menu, so no complaints.
Tiramisu got totaled @ the end, so I washed it down with an Irish Coffee. Much needed to help settle the meal.
Overall, I just wish the servers were more in tune with one another. Specifically faster greet time’s.
Atmosphere: 9 | 10
Service: 7 | 10

Grew up going here as a little girl & finally made it back as an adult! Food forward dining experience, fresh fish daily, oyster selection, reasonable and justified prices. Karen sets the bar high for wonderful service! Knowledgeable, friendly, & a lovely person! We went for an early Saturday lunch & it was like we had the whole restaurant to ourselves, highly recommend it if you want to take your time and enjoy this restaurant to its fullest potential. Will be back and will definitely remember the experience I had today!

Place:- Nice, upscale, expensive. Interiors were pretty good. However the smell of the live fish stock hits you right in your face & nostrils the moment you enter. If you're sensitive to strong smells then you probably should stay away.
Parking:- Free & valet. Huge parking lot.
Food:- Decent food. Ordered a couple dishes. Some tasted delicious while others were just regular. I expected every delicacy to be scrumptious given the price they charge. Was a tad disappointed there.
Price:- A lil bit on the higher side. Paid almost $90 for 2 entrees & a glass of wine.
Overall it's a very famous restaurant. I tried myself given the good ratings. You can try as well & decide for yourselves.

Yes, this is the place for the seafood lover. For a fine dining experience served to your specific needs or take home and prepare yourself AFM has it all. From delicious calimari to grilled swordfish, jumbo lump crab cake to fried lobster and all seafoods in between your time will be well spent. A fully stocked bar will elevate your spirit as warm bread prepares you for a most wonderful meal. Crab, lobster, oysters oh my succulent flavorful just down right fresh seafood to put your mouth into most enjoyable state. Every meal will satisfy the most discerning palet. Stop in and enjoy your get away.

We usually come to the Atlanta fish market at least once a year. One of the few spots in ATL that you can have grouper.
The food is always good and never have a complaint with the service. The valet parking is always busy but it's never a long wait. They are really efficient.
It's a really good spot for a special occasion or just if you love seafood. It can get pricey but I would say it's worth the money. The only downside to the place is the odd decorations. It's kinda a odd mix of themes and I'm not too sure what they were trying to accomplish. But that won't take away from the dining experience.
- Valet parking is $2 and it is the only option for parking.
- make a reservation or you will be in for a long wait. I always use open table and there has never been a problem
- it is kind friendly and they have high chairs, a kids menu and coloring sheets (kids chicken tenders are a little dry but it's a really good sized potion. My 2 year old and 4 year old actually ended up sharing it)
- they seem to handle large groups well
- I haven't found anything on the menu that wasn't good so far.
I would really recommend stopping by especially if you have a special occasion.
Since I always travel with the kids (2 and 4) I would have to put this on the short list of higher class restaurants that allow chil

Friendly and enjoyable environment. Dishes come in big portion, very attentive services and high quality food. They mistaken one of our order, manager came to apologize and compensate with a free entree. Recommend dishes: crab cake, mussel, signature flounder.
Marie H.
This food was delicious. Customer service was okay. Friendly atmosphere. No social distancing though.
Zelda Princess
I love this place!! My family and I have been regulars for a few years. The food is always good. They have THE BEST CRAB CAKES in the city hands down. I haven’t tried all of their sushi but the spicy tuna is really fresh. I do suggest making reservations especially during prom and graduation season.
Qualita Tate
Oyster were great and lobster rolls (traditional and warmed) were good. Our waiter could have made the experience better - he was just ok. He didnt ask if our food was to our liking nor offered us dessert or coffee.
Sheila Hodge
The food was so fresh anx delicious. The ambiance was fabulous and Julia took great care of us she was knowledgeable about the entire menu. And since it was my birthday she surprised me with a delicious strawberry shortcake. It was wonderful. I will be back.
Anna Senghore
We went there last night to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was amazing and the service was great. In highly recommend Atlanta fish market
M NICHOLS
Great food. Excellent service. Get the flash fried lobster tail and the bread pudding.
Great wine selection. Fish is 48 hours water to table and they carve their own - Scott was our waiter - ask for him!
Desserts are fantastic
Dwayne Dixon
I had the smoked salmon Hong Kong style so delicious. I haven’t visited this restaurant in some time but it still does not disappoint.
Rohan Cruickshank (Sirshank)
The food was great, the service was awesome and the server was pretty knowledge and personable...
I would definitely recommend and return if the opportunity arises!
Alan R
Everything I tried was great! Calamari, lobster roll and wife had the Hong Kong style salmon.
Will definitely be back!
Chris H
Food was great. Good sized portions. Service was average. Good for a business meeting and special occasion.
Macy
Love!!! Our first time here for our anniversary. More expensive than we’re used to but you really get a lot and absolutely delicious food for what you pay. We got the sweet and spicy calamari, dragon roll, split the broiled seafood platter and fresh oysters. I will dream of the sushi and calamari. So good! Our server was excellent and took the time to give recommendations and explain the menu to us. We also got a free dessert for our anniversary! We’ll definitely we back.
Deborah Ellis
We celebrated my sister's 55 birthday at the Atlanta Fish Market. The waiter was excellent and so was the food. We will be back.
Otto VeeDub
Hing Kong style Tuna, Yummi-Yummi Roll, Seafood Newburg Au Gratin, Cedar Planked Salmon, Twice Baked Potato, and Broccoli. After all that, we just said no to dessert!
We arrived a little early for our reservation (truthfully, can you EVER accurately predict Atlanta crosstown traffic?) so our waiting to be seated was all our fault. (Do you complaining other patrons hear that? You also were early! It wasn't their issue, it was yours! Sigh..)
As you would expect for a location from Buckhead Life Group, everything was spot on from the very beginning... and while I'm not a fan of mandatory valet parking, BLG ensures their performance matches that if their restaurants.
Out of the BLG group of restaurants, this ranks as our number two... behind Chops Lobster Bar.
Ernest Leese
Shari.. was an amazing waitress. Made excellent recommendations. But above it all, she has the greatest attitude I’ve come across in quite a bit. Cheers Shari
Felicia Johnson
Always a place to go for good fresh seafood. The service is great and you're able to buy fresh fish to go home and cook if you so desire. Probably one of the most under rated sit down seafood places in Georgia. AND there is sushi on the menu...superb shrimp tempura!
The Ashley M. King
This was my first time there. It was a Fridag evening and we only waited 3 mins before being seated. The ambience was really nice. The staff has excellent teamwork to ensure everyone gets service and that big parties get their food at the same time. Food is delish! I had the crusted pecan salmon and my husband had the stuffed lobster scampi ( I think that's the proper name for it)
Jayson Punancy
We ordered seven different dishes and everyone was outstanding in taste and presentation... with that said pricing is on the high end.. so it better be outstanding! Awesome desserts and great service too..
Eddie Stafford
Great as always. Reservations, food, and service was top notch. Highly recommend for fine dining.
Samica Roberts
The food and the service were amazing. Rudy our server was fantastic. We’ll be back.
Tamika Renea
We Love This Resturant!
They go the extra mile every time!
Wonderful women who’s name is “Sole” or “Sol” has been so sweet every time we visit.
Free desert for whole family & Free appetizer next time! I’m obviously pregnant and they notice that too! Thank you for wonderful food and Service.
Food is delicious
Summer Zamadie
The food was awesome and my waiter Chris was very attentive and nice. I can’t wait to come back
TJ B
Awesome seafood and this place was popping. They do well for large groups and I'll definitely be back.
Zach Andreasen
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Valet parking was easy and everyone was super accommodating for my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere wasn’t quite the romantic date I had planned but nonetheless we had a great experience.
Mallorie Byron
Destiney was super sweet . Best server . Had amazing service . Super polite and quick . Definitely will come back and ask for her
Anthony Allums
When this place was recommended to me and my five associates, I didn't expect such a prestige spot, the service, atmosphere and food was beyond my expectations, a must visit spot!!
alisa J
I went here to celebrate a birthday. The service was outstanding. The food was amazing and very well priced! The sweet and spicy calamari is the best I’ve had in Atlanta! They also brought a strawberry shortcake for desert, that was amazing!
Tanisha Morgan
Nice menu, a little overpriced. Delicious crab cake fritters and Tuscan kale salad. Everyone seemed to enjoy their seafood. The "twice baked asiago potato" is not really twice baked, but the flavor is nice. Very attentive staff.
Jake M.
AFM is as good as it gets for amazing seafood. The valet-only parking when we arrived was simple and easy. There was no wait this evening, but if there had been then I noticed ample seating and rocking chairs in the waiting area. Inside is the real treat and the hostess was prompt & friendly. Our server arrived immediately to take our drink orders also offering plenty of knowledge regarding the menu and the evening's specials. For appetizers are got oysters (delish) and crab cakes (divine). Our meals were cooked to perfection, as well. The surf & turf for myself with Swordfish and a medium-rare filet was simply mouthwatering! Someone else got the Alaskan King Crab legs and the chef even shelled all of the meat so that there was no cracking to do on the customer's part. My grilled asparagus tasted fantastic, too. All in all this experience was top notch and I highly recommend AFM to any and all. CHEERS!
Jauxniece
Super fun to pick your fresh flown in Maine 🦞!! Casual atmosphere where you could where a bib if you wanted (but I wouldn't lol). Always get your Lobster from the tank!! …
Sam M
Conner was AWESOME! Attentive and gave us great recommend! We had a great dinner.
Bam K
One of the top places you should eat in Atlanta. I am not even a big seafood person but the food is amazing, including their chicken dishes. Always great service from valet to staff. Very big resturant with valet only parking only (FYI). There is some street parking (not much) or other lots to pay but its cheaper to do valet ($3-$5) than pay $20 across the street. Food and drinks are great here. Good for any occasion whether dinner with family, friends, or on a date. Outside the restaurant is beautiful as well. Highly recommend!
Jade Adhola
Dinner was delicious, service from Ayanna was fantastic! Fish Market remains one of our favorite date night spots!
Suzanna Martinez
Best fish in Atlanta. It was delicious. It is worth the price. Great food, drinks and awesome. If you are looking at celebrating something special Atlanta Fish Market is the place if you like seafood.
M. Golden
Used to live in St. Pete, FL. and haven't had grouper in years. Ordered in blackened and it was excellent. With mashed with scallions and veges .... perfection. Makes me wish I lived in Atlanta...truly a five star meal and staff. Thanks!
Althea Smith
We went to the Atlanta fish market and purchase asiago potatoes to go with the grill lamb that we had at home for Thanksgiving those are some good potatoes 🥰
StephenE (StephenE)
Really good seafood in the Atlanta area but not the best. Really cool atmosphere with professional help. I may be partial to Pappadeaux but in my opinion they are just a little better across the board.
Alma Best
I'm upset that I didn't take a picture of the Chilean Sea Bass 😒. It was off menu made in butter and capers with steamed spinach and mash potatoes. The Sea Bass was sooo tender. Desert was the New Orleans Bread Pudding 🍞. Cooper our waiter made excellent suggestions. It was my first time here. Would definitely recommend if your in Atlanta.
Faraz Khan
high quality and fresh seafood at its finest! Stopped in for lunch with no reservation and got seated immediately. Waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some great recommendations. In and out in only 30 minutes, can’t wait to go back!
Luis Contramaestre Jr
Amazing Fish restaurant in town (Buckhea area). The staff is always friendly and always have a smile and a greeting for you, not to mention their knowledge about the menu, its quality and the right combination with wines in stock. If you are in town (Atlanta and Sub areas), this is the place to be for fish!
Anony Mous
The food was delicious. The atmosphere was very classy. Our waiter was a little creepy. I literally watched him handle someone else's food with his bare hands and then move on to the next table without sanitizing his hands. Covid or not, he should have washed his hands.
Heather
The food was pretty tasty. The fried lobster was not bad at all. The mashed potatoes and green beans were really good! The cheesecake with oreo crust was a treat. I gave it a 4 because the service was just decent. For the price, I expected a little more.
pat pearson
The food was phenomenal 😋 2nd time having fried lobster tail it wasn't dry very moisture with flavor corn was good i will return
Kee-Kee
Pretty good restaurant. Food was good. Could use some extra seasoning but no bad. I had the fried seafood platter and shrimp tempura sushi. Now that was gooood!! The drinks was good as well. Ya'll know I love a good drink 😁 …
Apple Lewis
Went to dinner here with my husband. I was a bit underwhelmed. The fish was cooked perfectly, however I was not a fan of the flavor combination. I made him eat my food and his. I will give them another chance and try another dish.
Newsom 5inc
My daughter and I went and really enjoyed our food but especially enjoyed Rudy, our waiter. He was attentive, enjoyed working there and loved to describe the food choices. 5 Stars for the service. 4 Stars overall. Can’t go wrong with the fish and we really enjoyed the Hong Kong Style option.
Trani Price
The staff was friendly and professional. The seafood entrees we had was all most perfect in size and taste.and the fresh fish selection is huge! The steak was not as perfect but the sign does say the Atlanta fish market. I love this place and will be back!
Cj Young
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner tonight! The food was excellently delicious!! I had a scramtous lobster scampi special as my antre! My husband had gumbo and a delicious lobster roll! Anthony, Our waiter was prompt and excellent! The Atmosphere is really loud and noisy! It does make you feel like you are in a market! Well, we had reservations, but we still had to wait for over 20 mins! What's the point! The one lady hostess at the reservation desk does not need to be there! She has an unpleasant bitter face and vibes!
Darius Dowdell
Awesome bday celebration. Waiter was great even got personal when tried use sign language (great personal touch). The sauce was amazing on 3 different items. I plan on returning just for the sauce.
Derrick
Good food quality and service. This place has been around for a while and doesn't disappoint.
Max Middleton
Fantastic fish and ambiance, cannot go wrong with Atlanta Fish Market! Favorite is the Chilean sea bass hong king style, so delicious!
Nicholas Estes
The Atlanta Fish Market is one of the best places in the state to get truly fresh seafood. Many other restaurants claim they have fresh fish, but in reality they serve frozen food. The Fish Market truly does serve fresh fish, and you can taste the difference. I would highly recommend the fried South African Twin Lobster Tails as an entree and the key lime pie for dessert.
K H
It reads like a Fuddruckers when you walk in for the first time, tho all the business casual folks and valet service really upscale this place. Prices are about average for a fish place, the food is top notch, service is prompt, and the menu options are varied. Come here if you got some spare cash, want good quality seafood, and have a bunch of people with you, if it were a date I'd recommend some place else due to how noisy the place is.
Tamika Harris
Went here for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The drinks and the food were both on point.
Kimberly J Woods
Very delicious and fresh good. Fast friendly service. A little pricey but large portions so you'll have leftovers for another time. Valet parking is only $3 which was great and convenient.

Good. My lunch here today definitely made up for my last experience on Valentine’s Day. The food was fresh and tasty and the waiter was amazing.
Lizzie Borden
Valet, great atmosphere, Tyler was an amazing server.
This Skillet Seafood Newburg Au Gratin, was delicious. Creamy, perfectly seasoned and a meaty gem. Chocolate birthday cake was just right. We had a nice time.
Alex Bohner
We are native Floridians and this was the best prepared seafood that we have had in years. The service was phenomenal as well. Will definitely visit again!
Maria Stevenson
Appetizer: Crab cake and Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio - Both we’re delicious, highly recommended.
Entrees: Lobster Special, Hong Kong Combo Chilean Sea Bass & Faroe Islands Salmon, kids fried shrimp and fries - lobster and kids shrimp were underwhelming, under seasoned and just OK. Honk Kong combo wasn’t great, overly salty with no other flavor. The sides were bland, mashed potatoes were ok.
Dessert: Bread pudding, Keylime Pie- great, highly recommend
Drinks: ordered 2 different martinis (Espresso and another I can’t remember) and a Manhattan- Nothing to write home about, Espresso martini was pretty bad.
Service: Our server was Anthony, he was the highlight of the meal. Absolutely great from start to finish. The support staff was attentive, kind and equally helpful.
Ambience: We were sat in the bar area (because we brought our Daughter who is a well behaved 9 year old we were put in the back- annoying and gross) nothing worth mentioning. We had a fly in our water, my napkin was stained. The woman’s bathroom is vial- Absolutely Disgusting.
I was so underwhelmed I didn’t take photos.
Simone Lajonquille
Best seafood in Atlanta. Closest I could ever find to true New England type seafood!!! Yessss finally!! Thank you AFM and Conner my waiter was the BEST kindest, most polite. Southern hospitality finally from this young man!!
Mikey Park
Lobster roll was good for the price. They didnt skimp on the meat. Balance of flavors from the toasted brioche, light sauce, lobster were near perfect. The crab cake sandwich was also good. Waiter claimed it was the BEST crab cake in GA, but I wouldnt agree and go that far. Fries were mediocre. Restaurant decor was nice, but the lounge/bar had a chemical cleaner smell to it. I would still come back and recommend this place.
Also its valet parking only
Candace Marin
The food was amazing. So flavorful! For the pecan crusted salmon with broccoli and whipped sweet potato, the food was light, fresh, and very savory. Recommend!
Monica Kent
Nice atmosphere, waitress was a lil to aggressive. The flounder casserole was not what I expected for the price. Not really flavorful for my taste. However the sushi was delicious. Food presentation was mediocre!!!!
Pinar Express
This place is amazing. The service is excelent. I want fried fish and the chef prepared it for me. That was wonderful. I felt very happy and the dish was delicious.
JRAZZ Collection
The food and service is always amazing! I love their crab cakes because they give you 100% crab meat. I’ll definitely be dining again soon!
J LaToiya Hester
I order stuffed flounder and it was cooked to perfection!!!! AFM’s one of my favorite seafood restaurants in ATL. I highly recommend
Kelly Reed
Amazing food and atmosphere. Our server, Steven Brian, was superb
Amanda Ivany
Everything from Atlanta Fish Market is perfect! The Rockefeller oysters are a MUST to try! I ordered the fried lobster tail and it was worth every cent. My boyfriend got the Maine lobster and I think he was in heaven. After all the amazing food there was no way we were going to pass up on dessert, and the chocolate mousse cake did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this place for any seafood lover out there!
McCall Wilder
With our sked lately we’re truly enjoying the sushi menu delivered. It’s so fresh, such unique flavors and the hamachi jalapeño is fabulous. Nigiri and sashimi always amazing and kids love the rolls. We always love dining in too when we can for lobster rolls, Idaho trout or ceviche, or grabbing amazing food to cook at home from the retail market.
Meloney Roca
The food was really good. Valet parking was $2. It wasn’t very crowded when we went in the evening on a Sunday. Service was pretty good. Place is pricy but worth it. Skip red lobster if you want good seafood and come here.
Cora Cooper
Food was great, service could be better, although it she was very busy, need more help
Denise Brown
Wow! We ate here for the first time and had the BEST experience! Every person in our party LOVED every bite of their entree and dessert! That rarely happens. Our party had the oysters on half shell, the wedge salad (OMG! That dressing!), the tossed salads with ranch (very nice!), the Broiled Seafood Platter, the Lump Meat Crab Cakes, the Maine Sea Scallops prepared Hong Kong style (with sticky rice - SO good!), Chocolate Mouse Cake, a toffee brownie treat (not sure of the name, but she loved it), and Bread Pudding. ALL AMAZING!!!
What a treasure this place is. We don’t know how we’ve lived here all these years and not been aware of such a wonderful restaurant. The food is delicious & fresh, the service is top notch, the atmosphere is welcoming and buzzing. After eating, we walked the few steps to the seafood market & bought some lump crab meat to take home. We really enjoyed this entire experience & will definitely return! Just look for the 30-foot fish out front & you’re there!
Collette Simmons
This was a wonderful dining experience! Valet parking, lovely surroundings, excellent service, and delicious food.
Lisa Baskin
Love the service!! There is several who keeps checking to make sure you have what's needed and of not, it's there. Food is very fresh tasting and melts in your mouth.
Dara Punancy
Everything I ordered was delicious!! the bisque, the salmon.....the bread pudding! The server was extremely helpful and charming. I definitely want to come back.
Michael Bremer
We ordered the yellowtail carpaccio, oysters, warm lobster roll, Georgia trout "Adamantine" and the swordfish steak, and creme brulee.
It was all delicious, 6pm on Sunday the food came out quick.
Susan Beck
Food was good, portion sizes just right, service good. Kids menu price are crazy high! $9 for a bowl of buttered noodles and $3 for a kids milk $$$$!! Pictured are the lump crab stuffed shrimp and the Parmesan crusted salmon.
Hank Gilmer
35th anniversary dinner, perfect service fantastic food as always if I'm in town for any reason will always have dinner here.
Cindy Thurmond
Great food. Good fried lobster tail.
Excellent service.
Maya Imani
Food is very good, I like the calamari and the stuffed flounder! Service okay, nothing great. The decor is a bit strange, but I'm most concerned with the food! Only thing that was very subpar was the lobster roll - just bland
Annjatica Imani
Amazing service, food was awesome. We ate at the bar, but the bartender was amazing and so knowledgeable, and helpful.
Ola Nesgovorov
We came in as a large group of around 20 people and had a great time. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was wonderful.Highly recommended
Mr Wilson
The food was delicious and the service was great I have no complaints
Añya G.
Now my absolute favourite spot, service was great and food was so yummy
Robin Dorsey
Great food! We would go here again.
Chuck Watts
The service was outstanding, but I haven't spent this much on a meal since I was in Japan 10 years ago!
The food was above average, but not great.
marion jeffrey
The food was exquisite!
The service and the host was exceptional!
Fine dining at its best.
Tom Cook
Great service. Great food. Always delivers a great experience.
Stephanie Smith
The food was average, our server appeared to be impatient. I enjoyed spending quality time with my coworkers.
SHAYZON!
It was remarkable. The service, the food and the restaurant was the perfect place for my sister's birthday dinner. A great plus is that there's valet, it was a rainy evening. We were also able to bring our own cake for the evening, which some places don't allow and they were very accomodating.
Richard Retana
Great service and a good atmosphere. The food is good but to be honest it could improve in presentation and flavor.
Wendy Miller
Each summer we particpate in the Summer Dine Around for the Buckhead Restaurant Group. Our card for the month of August was The Atlanta Fish Market. The wait staff is excellent and the menu options are wonderful. We chose the Jumbo Lobster Roll and the Skillet Seafood Skillet AuGratin.
The ceasar salad is authentic and fresh.
elizabeth stanton -finnegan
My family and I went for my birthday dinner. It was 6 of us. We ordered drinks and appetizers, like normal; when our drinks came out one had 2 gnats in it so we sent it back. We got spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls and spinach and artichoke dip. Everything was good I asked for more chips for the dip and never received them. For dinner I got the seafood au gratin which was very good and some of the other entrees were the lobster roll the salmon trout meal and the crab cakes. Every one was very pleased with all the food. The temperature for the dishes were appropriate. They brought me out a birthday dessert which was a strawberry shortcake type dish.
My biggest complaint of the night was our server was inattentive and slow to get back to us we had to ask for things multiple times and waited awhile for our refills, to go boxes, checks etc.
Kilolo Epps
I had a good time here ! The drinks were great the food was excellent will return.
Hubert Davis
At the Atlanta Fish Market I got my wife for her birthday dinner the '16oz Lightly Fried, Honey-Mustard Aioli, Drawn Butter, Lemon' Lobster 🦞🦞 with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted green beans.
They have velet parking and Free parking for to go orders at the bar. 👍🏽
The place is clean and friendly, and as I waited at the bar I ordered a glass 🍷 of Grandma Yay. It was cool! 😎🦞
When she ate it she said 'Ummm First time I ever had a fried lobster'🥳🦞 🦞
She likes it! Hey, Mikey
She wants to dine in with her family in a few weeks.👍🏽 Good place!
Gaileen Quammie
Nice experience. My husband brought fresh shrimp and fish from the market. When he cooked it , the texture was soft and delicious.
Carter Lee
Favorite go-to spot for great seafood cuisine. The Lobster Scampi is my favorite. Desserts are sinfully decadent. Bar drinks are mediocre, so you are here for the food and not the drinks.
Michael Morgan
Food quality and taste have gone down hill in the last few years. This use to be the go to spot but now it just isn't as good which is a shame.
Phyllis McCain
Dinner was excellent. The seafood stuffed lobster was incredible and our server was winderful.
Rondra Aaron
Always excellent service when I am there. I truly enjoy the convenience of the valet service. The guys are always so helpful and polite.
My favorite appetizer are the crab cakes! They are the BEST I’ve ever eaten from a restaurant. Sometimes I order the crab cakes as my main meal.
Although it is primarily a seafood restaurant, their steak is AMAZING! I order medium and they get it right every single time. Oh and those whipped potatoes are DELICIOUS!!!!!
I’ve had a few alcoholic drinks from there and the drinks are made well and are reasonably priced.
Atlanta Fish Market is a great restaurant for a date night, to celebrate with loved ones or for take out.
Bob R
Bought halibut, crab cakes and gumbo in retail fish market. High quality, but not cheap.
Den K
Lobster was excellent! Waiter forgot to count the glass of wine and it was free for me - how I can put 6 stars? Thanks!
Steven Wayne
Our waiter Richard was Devine. Our food and service was top notch thanks to Richard. We will be back. Thank you!
Blake Turner
1st class seafood restaurant. Upscale. Great service. Large selection of seafood and fish. Crab cake was delicious.
Paul Esterline
The food was fantastic! It was not too expensive for as nice of a restaurant and the quality of the food and service. We went for a B day lunch so maybe spent more than we might of if it were not a birthday. We opted for lunch (that is what the b-day girl wanted) so we ordered off the lunch menu. The portions were very large I think each plate was about $15.00+- then we added drinks, some of the best raw oysters I have had in years, and a desert. So with tip and all my bill was $100.00.not bad for everything we got.we both came home with enough for another meal. We will go back again!!
Cresta Christensen
Okay, first... that ENORMOUS fish sculpture in the front of this building is the coolest thing ever! The ascetics of the inside were just as beautiful. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was really good and fresh. It was a little pricey for what you get, but it was delicious. I’d definitely want to go back.
James Gates
Great food. Great service. Knowledgeable Server. Great ambience.
OPAL ESCALERA
I have been coming to the Atlanta Fish Market since I moved to GA in 1995. Have always enjoyed an excellent dinning experience, I was recently there with friends last week I tried the gumbo for the first time packed with shrimp a little kick but just enough for me. My main course was the Fried Seafood Platter it was pretty good everything was lightly fried. I think I would have preferred the Broiled seafood platter however, I enjoyed an excellent dinning experience and the young man that waited on us was excellent 👌🏾👍 too.
Myrtle J.V. Rensburg
If you are searching for a seafood restaurant, this is it. Live in tank lobster....amazing.
Service first class. Well prepared seafood. Fabulous menu. Must reserve. Valet parking. I could go on and on. On the pricey side but well worth it.
Ken Bowling
Food is supper and service is great.Sherry my waitress was great telling you about the food offerings
jada montgomery
I hadn't always had a good experience here with the food, but the food was great this time!!!! We went to celebrate a gf's birthday and everything was really nice. Prices and drinks are easy too high. Most cocktails are $15-$16 each. That's absurd, but really nice time this time around!!!
Christy Rios
It was a little on the pricey side.. 32 for one piece of fish.. however it was a giant piece that tasted pretty good. The clam chowder definitely had a unique flavor that was ok but nothing like clam chowder. The shrimp salad had tons of cut up shrimp in it but again had a strange flavor. The calamari was over cooked and bland. The server didn't seem to want to be there and we waited awhile just to get service..however he was nice when he did actually come by the table. Probably wouldn't got back.
Ron english
The fish is so fresh. We did lunch on Saturday to miss the crowd. They sat us in the up section of the restaurant. The tables and chairs definitely need to be upgraded. The downstairs looked a little newer. Valet parking only "just a tip service " not twenty dollar parking. I ordered the Rainbow Sushi roll for an appetizer. This was so good I did the four piece. If I did the eight piece there would be no way I could eat my entree. The skillet Newburg was delicious. Full of favor and shrimp, fish, salmon, crab. Good service. We will be back.
Michael Daniel
This place was great. I finally got a chance to check it our t after hearing great reviews.
Although our Dine In experience was short lived because we had an emergency that we had to tend to. The service was great everyone was attentive. We had to take out food to go. But the food was still amazing.
Will definitely be back for the full experience.
Robin Finey
As always food and service were amazing. Highly recommend the “HONG KONG COMBO” CHILEAN SEA BASS & FAROE ISLANDS SALMON"
Dmitry Kagansky (dimikagi)
This used to be -THE- place. Now it's just -A- place. The decor needs an update; I've been coming here since the mid-90s, and it's hasn't changed. Sadly, the food hasn't, either. It's not that it was bad but it's definitely not worth the price. There are much better seafood places in Atlanta for the same price with a lot more creativity and flavor. Even the cocktails are lacking. The old fashioned I started with was pretty tired and quaint. And they're still heaping ice cubes in unlike most places now.
I will say that the staff is still prompt and friendly but that's not going to carry this place much further.
Babies N Stuffs
Very nice place to dine out. Really love my sea bass and blackened shrimp
rajeen keys
Excellent food and drinks. Got a cozy corner booth. Ordered crab cake, lobster bisque, and Grouper along with a wonderful Riesling. My+1 ordered Chilean Sea Bass Hawaiian style. Our waiter Conner was very knowledgeable of the menu. THE nicest guy!! If you go ask for Conner! He'll make sure your experience is superb!!
Natalie
Beautiful restaurant. I did not realize how large this restaurant is. I visited to celebrate a birthday and I cannot wait to go back to try other menu options. I truly enjoyed myself.
Nate Grey
Hosted a private event here recently and the food and service was excellent for the most part. I can't give 5 stars though bc it took longer than expected to get drinks from the bar but it was packed so kind of expected.
Reservations are a must at this place and be prepared to wait 10 or 15 minutes in the valet line but overall it's a great experience and would definitely recommend for date night or private events.
Monica Daniel
Food was delicious and server was knowledgeable of the menu, offering up the perfect suggestions for our meals.
APS Style
Great food! Excellent service. Crab cake was awesome!
Aaron Sutton
Upon entering the restaurant I thought it would break the bank but it is an excellent dining experience and very affordable. Our server was all over the place and honestly could use some training but it didn't take long to get our food and if it did it would have been well worth the wait. Everything was well prepared and cooked perfectly! I will be returning to this place very soon.
B.C. Smith
My experience was good. The valet line was several minutes long, so we parked somewhere else. We had a reservation, but arrived early making the wait a little long. The food and service were up to par. The Newburg Au Gratin was pretty good. What I liked best was the ambience. Dress up or dress down. It really doesn't matter.
Daniel F
Came for drinks and appetizers and had a fine time. Our server was a bit aloof, but made up for it by being genuinely friendly. The beer selection was fair and our appetizer was fairly good.
Jamila Stewart-Lee
Absolutely delicious, we had a beautiful time for my pre birthday dinner. Let's start with the atmosphere just beautiful, clean and smells delicious. Our waiter was perfect, and the food was beyond perfectly prepared and delicious. Needless to say we will most definitely be returning.
Dwight Vasquez
Everything is always the freshest. Absolutely liked everything. The service was excellent professional and pleasant. The food was delicious.
Michelle Lewis
I have always loved this place. Seafood is good. I was a bit disappointed and my reason for not giving 5 stars is that my husband is allergic to shellfish but he can eat fish. When he ordered the fried cod and fries, we were told that they couldn't accomadate him to make sure it wasn't fried with shellfish. He ate a chicken dish he really didn't enjoy and I took him there for Father's day, which was a bummer.
Ryan Smith
Very minimal vegetarian options, limited to a couple small salads and sides. the apple kale salad was great, as were the asiago twice baked potatoes. everyone at the table really enjoyed their food. Getting things Hong Kong style was a big crowd pleaser, highly recommend it.
Atmosphere was nice.
Kyle Sechler
Solid seafood restaurant. Fast and friendly service. Amazing fresh seafood. Definitely a favorite. Would be good for families or a date night. You will leave here very full and very happy.
Deon Rivers
Cole was amazing, very knowledgeable and had a Great personality. Plan on returning soon. Thanks
Prophesi 4life
Food is always good. They have good fried and boiled/baked options. I’ve only been here for lunch and I love it
Peter Kite
I spent 3 years in the kitchen there in the early 90s cooking and sharpening my culinary. And to go back tonight for a wonderful dinner was awesome. My only disappoint was people wearing t-shirts without collars as if they had nothing better to come and eat wearing shorts my crown
Mehdi Nekouei
Fresh and well cooked seafood in ATL area.
Dana Scott
A wonderful experience. A beautiful restaurant when you want to be treated well for a special occasion.
Roy Peake
The service was excellent. The food matched. Great experience!
Tasia White
The food was great! The our waiter was awesome.
Chris Cartrett
Food was outstanding and waitress was a rock star. Seriously, great night!!!
Deborah Stokes
This is a very nice place, food is great. Company Christmas Party was so much fun...
Pastor David Mackey
I'm a seafood fanatic. The wood was just OK and extremely over priced. However, out server was great.
Chris Westad
Great seafood restaurant. We went there for lunch and had a very enjoyable time. I ordered the lobster roll and it was delicious.
Renee J
Nice atmosphere food was good. Valet Parking only. Reasonably priced.
Jackie Smith
The menu is packed with excellent meals that are reasonably priced. Mussels in white wine sauce, 16 oz stuffed Lobster scampi, skate wing, garlic mash and sauteed spinach. Bread Pudding for dessert
Bernard Stokes
My wife and I went here today as one part of our 6 year anniversary and we loved it, ampshere was great, food was great, and location was great! Can't wait to go back!
Darren Wolkow
Date nite with the wife and we totally overindulged! It's rare to find a good clam chowder that doesn't have bacon but we found it here and it was delicious but a bit of a heavy start. We also shared a blue cheese Ceasar Salad. She had the seabass special and I had the skillet seafood newburg. Everything was so good we finished it all and were stuffed!
Cynthia Kunakom
Very very tasty. I ordered the Skillet Seafood Newburg Au Gratin as suggested by the server. Everything tasted really good except the salmon pieces, they have a bit of a smell.
Katrina Carter
Met for a celebratory lunch at Atlanta Fish Market. Our reservations were at 12pm. We both ordered the broiled seafood platter. It wasn't really anything to write home about. The price of the broiled seafood platter was $26 during lunch and I was told that the price increases by almost 40% for dinner. I could not see myself paying 40% more for my lunch selection. I did appreciate the chocolate torte sliced that I was surprised with for my birthday at our table. Al enjoyed catching up with a dear friend.
Soman VarGhese
Great food. Super busy. Must arrive all together to be seated ( very inconvenient for a large group). Plan for extra 5 min up front and also back end for $3 plus tip for required valet parking.
Nathina Greco
Location is good, easy parking, drinks at the bar...I forgot the mixologist name, but he is a tall gentleman and always works weekend evenings it seems. He is well educated and dosent mind taking the time to help build you a drink of your choice. The atmosphere is older, but still very nice. This is a staple restaurant around Atlanta after all. I can't say that I have been impressed with the food at all here, yet. I plan to give it another go before I rate accordingly. The times I have been I've ordered their sushi, salads.
Robert Greenblatt
We had trout, swordfish and King salmon all cooked perfectly. Fresh veggies were crunchy but not raw. Kudos to the chef. Would be 5 stars but service was a bit rushed and little forgetful.
Bob Contreras
Oysters, tuna and sea bass. Amazing!
Mr. Holloman
Our waitress was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu options.
Michael McAlister
The food was excellent and so was the service! Alex was a great waiter and gave great suggestions on the menu!!
nelle Jane
Took my mom here for her birthday. Great food and great service....cant wait to go back!
Juan C. Irizar
Service was great and food too, just don't think the high price is justified.
Steven Boggus
Great sushi selection and always friendly staff. Been coming here for years and never misses the mark!
Marcia Halyard
Our waitress was very pleasant and made great recommendations
Nia Griffin
I had the sautéed sea bass, very delicious. Perfectly cooked. oyster appetizer was fresh.
Gerardo Guerrero
Food is delicious, but the surf and turf it’s small and the fried lobster and fries kind of damage the presentation and flavor. Traditional surf turf would be more appealing.
Tameka King
Never disappoints, the trout and clam chowder were amazing, per usual.
Dave
Great selection and service. We enjoy their apps, like the crab fritters. Fresh fish and sides. Overall, one of our favorite places to eat. Only downside really is the valet parking, which seems required. So just plan for a few bucks to get that.
Christani Russell
The food was amazing. I had the chicken and shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and the crab cakes for my entree. Deliciousness. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was given a glass of water with lipstick still on it. I'd still go back!
Sherrhonda Roach
Good experience, but different than how the dining and service experience was pre COVID-19.
Madison Nguyen
From the service to the food, everything was top notch. Great locale for dates or romantic evenings!
Sheena Alexander
Food was terrible. There was flies swarming the bar area my fish was to hot to eat. While I waited my vegetables became cold.
Gene Morgan
Consistently great food and service! It’s why it’s one of Atlanta’s longest running restaurants!
Sharn M
The atmosphere, food and service was really good. I had the crab cake meal with mashed potatoes and veggies. I have no complaints but they can make the crab cakes larger for the price. In Baltimore, I am used to a nice jumbo no filler crab cake that is actually jumbo. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would revisit.
Latarasha Parrish
Great atmosphere. Terrific seafood. Excellent lunch choice and valet parking.
missdee716
That was my first time going. My daughter took me our. It was wonderful.
Bartlet DeProspo
Good not great ! The staff was very friendly and nice but the food just doesn’t match the price paid…
Caren Jones
Nice atmosphere. The food and drinks were exceptional. Their portions were enormous. I would recommend reservations. I would eat there again!
Patterson Nawanna
First time here and the staff as well as the food was so freaking awesome. Atlanta fish Market rock!!!!! Great environment and food!!!!!
Chad G
We loved our waitress, she was great. I’m giving a three because of the food prices and the decor. Came on a date night and was expecting a white table cloth type restaurant. Instead, the decor and clientele was more like a family restaurant, which is fine, but probably not appropriate based on the prices, which were higher than comparable places. The food was good, both my wife and I enjoyed it.
Warren Miley
I had my wife surprised birthday party here several years ago in one of the private rooms upstairs. It was fantastic. I came back for my father's day dinner and i was not disappointed.
Michael Stewart
I'm the one person in our group who doesn't eat seafood, but I never kick up a fuss when they want to go to Atlanta Fish Market, because I've had some of the best steaks I've ever eaten there. Everyone else raves about the seafood, too, so we all end up happy...and stuffed! Attentive and excellent service as well. Highly recommended!
audrey ezu
Excellent food and excellent server by the name of Cole. He was very gracious, informative and on top of everything. He was aware that it was my Birthday and took upon him self to bring me a slice of cake with a candle. We enjoy ourselves immensely.
Sara Weiss
Hands down the best place to eat fish in Atlanta! Service was amazing and food was incredibly clean and tasty.
Dana hairROX
I had the scallops dinner with mash potatoes and spinach. There was 15 ppl on our party and the restaurant handled the party well. All of the guests food looked delicious. The only downside was they were sold out of the Oyster Rockefeller and that was the main item I wanted. 😔 …
Nae _ Say
The ambiance is nice. The food was good. I ordered the seafood platter and an old fashioned cocktail. The waiter insisted I was 17 when I ordered my drink and I didn’t know whether to be flattered or offended.
james martin
I've been here several times but only work related events in there conference room. Saying that, I've had fried lobster, brown butter Chilean Sea Bass and a few other entrees. The food is worth it! The ambience is relatively decent. I'm not too big on major appearances when it comes to the quality of the food. I recommend it!
Keli Allen
Our waitress Jameelah was great BUT the presentation and food was not what we remember. The children's pasta consisting of pappardelle pasta and a SPICY tomato sauce wasn't really an appealing children's menu item. I'd think that this family oriented seafood staple would offer delicious options for children.
Jannette Jackson
Food and drinks were excellent, prepared as ordered and delicious, appetizers ordered were not available so that was a little frustrating. Might be a good idea to just let customers know up front, so that time is not wasted. My only true turn off was women's bathroom looked like a very bad truck stop, floors were dirty some of the stalls were not operational and trash everywhere it smelled stale like maybe some days it had went without cleaning. Luckily it was my experience after eating my food or I definitely would not have felt comfortable eating there. But definitely glad I did.
Susan Taylor
Tithe Market restaurant was great, the food was fresh and delicious, drinks were very good and the prices were to And everyone was friendly
Patrice John
The food was superb! The restaurant is large and seating was plentiful. The
atmosphere was lacking! It's a fish market!!! Where is the personality?!!
Kay Richardson
We dined at the Atlanta Fish Market for a birthday celebration and the food was absolutely delicious! The service was very quick and they surprised us with a complimentary birthday strawberry shortcake dessert which was very tasty. We will definitely go back again.
J B
Great food and wonderful customer service...thank you lauren.
T J
I booked a private event for a graduation dinner with a lot of people literally a couple days before and ATL fish market was so accommodating! They took care of all my guest and I’s needs, the venue/set up was nice, and the food was yum! I highly recommend for private parties. Special thank you to Alex the event coordinator and Patricia our lovely server all night. They were both so kind, thorough and made sure my event was great.
colette martinez
The service was excellent and so was the food. Would definitely recommend Atlanta Fish Market.
Danny Wright
Emanuel was the best server I’ve had in such a long time!!! Refreshing 🫶🏼
DeRay Bradley
I had the salmon (dont remember which one but caught wild in ireland), hong kong style. As a pescatarian, hands down the best fish I ever ate. Service was amazing, Sushi was good too, proportion of stuffing to rice was perfect in every piece/roll. They don’t skimp the servings.
Abu Bilal Adams
Absolutely the best Seafood experience and atmosphere and great customer service
Kevin Doehring
We celebrated our anniversary last weekend and the service and atmosphere was fantastic.
Kelvin8r
The restaurant was packed but the waiter was still attentive to our table's needs. Our food arrived hot and at a good pace. The food was flavorful. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes.
Yáminah Gore
First time here and what an experience. Our server Andriana was delightful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was instrumental in our selections as she gave detailed explanation as to what to expect. I had the stuff flounder in white wine sauce. I was not disappointed. Definitely would visit again. )i(
Mark Williams
Great service, amazingly fresh food, in an old world atmosphere.
Deidre Lovelady
We had our annual Christmas party and as always it was great.
Minh Hua
Went here for dinner. The food was pretty good, and impressively, they didn't use a lot of salt. It's worth a try once since it's been a part of ATL legacy for so long. However, nothing really stood out food wise and it's quite pricey for what you get.
John Johnson
Went there for catfish saw the sign in front of place promoting catfish and when we ready to order no catfish. We eat anyway cause we hungry but we're disappointed.
Brandon Caldwell
Love love love the food here. Got the yummi yummi sushi for an app and thoroughly enjoyed my entrée
Jo
Absolutely 💯 % this restaurant was amazing from start to finish. I went to bed dreaming about our dinner, everything was wonderful including the staff. …
Quasar Alexander
Lots of great places have bad service now due to staff. But this place keeps it professional and the service is the same....GREAT! You have to eat here. The fish makes you feel like you are in a beach town..it's so fresh
Jonah E
Solid food. Variable atmosphere. Not great service.
Food was all very good in terms of freshness, preparation, presentation and flavor. Best seafood we've had in ATL.
Atmosphere seems varied with a nice seeing in the oyster bar and a darker seating area far opposite side of the restaurant. Not a fan of the middle section of the restaurant which is very bright, a little loud and has nothing going for it IMO.
Our server was nice, but untrained. Didn't know the oyster list. Couldn't identify the oysters he served. Vague on explanations. Not sure if he was new to the restaurant or serving in general.
If we go back we'll request specific seating. Likely to return for fresh seafood well prepared.

I'd been to the Atlanta Fish Market in the past and as recently as two months ago, and the food, service, atmosphere and cleanliness were great. However, my husband and I dined there last night, March 26, 2022, and my experience was different. The service and food was good, but the ladies' restroom was filthy with two stalls that had no tissue and an empty soap dispenser. (We had to get our own tissue from a cabinet.) In addition, the dust was so thick on the surfaces along the seating areas in the dining room, it was disgusting and shocking! This is not what I would expect in any restaurant, but especially not in the Atlanta Fish Market. Our bill for two people was over $267, so I hope they start spending some of the profits on cleaning the restrooms and dining areas. This is what we could physically see. I don't know what might be going in areas we can't

We had not been to AFM in a while but we received the same excellent service as our previous visits.

This restaurant is huge and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. You can tell that it was fresh and high quality. We had the St. Michelle reisling which was good! We had the oyster sampler and the fried lobster for the appetizers which was superb. My husband had the rainbow trout with the mashed potatoes and I had the seafood au gratin with the rice. The food was so good! I will definitely come back to this place!

My husband and I went to Atlanta Fish Market for my birthday. I had the Baked Scottish Salmon-Parmesan Crusted that comes with grilled asparagus and a crispy basil Potato Cake. My husband had the 6 oz Filet Mignon, house salad and a organic baked sweet potatoes. We also had sourdough bread. I didn't like the sourdough bread and the crispy basil potato cake. I guess that has to be an aquire taste. If you want a change, this is the place.

Absolutely amazing!
The smoked salmon is a must try. Did not go there for a meal but purchased fresh fish from the market. Lots of choices of fish. Sushi grade Tuna and King Salmon were great. Friendly customer service, nice bar area and the dining room was very classy.
The only con I would have is getting to the market is not clearly labeled. Or even a separate entrance. Other than that nothing negative to report for a first impression.

The crab cakes were outstanding! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong here for seafood - one of the best.

The best Chilean seabass preparation I've ever tasted. Light flaky and just succulent. Some of the staff were a little cold but, Our Bartender with the beautiful platinum hair was top notch and completely enjoyed ourselves!

Service was great, food was spectacular and atmosphere was relaxing. Went for my mom's birthday she had a wonderful time. Valet works their butt off to get you in and out.

First of all, you won't miss this place since there is a humongous statue of fish outside the restaurant that you can see from quite far away. More importantly, it sends the message that this is an upscale place.
Upscale places are all about details and Fish Market delivered. Everyone was nice, from the valet to the last person that served us.
Food was great, and whatever we shared, like chowder and wedge, was split for us ahead of time, except for fish that we split ourselves.
You go to a place like this to enjoy fish and ours was well prepared and has never seen a freezer from the inside.
Our prosecco was very cold and served in an ice bag so it wouldn't get warm. I know, it sounds strange to point that out, but many places don't do that when you order a bottle.
Our celebration was topped off with a complimentary dessert - nice touch that would be even nicer if we were able to pick our own, but I don't really want to split hairs here...
All in all, great experience, a lot of attention to detail. Highly recommended.

We wanted some seafood for our 2nd anniversary and chose this place. The last time I was here was 2017. The service was good but slow even though the restaurant was not that busy at the time. The oysters were good. The calamari was hit and miss as some were tender while others were chewy. The server was going to pace out our course but our main entrée arrived before we finished our appetizer. We had the seabass special which was very good. Lastly we ordered a bottle of white wine and they really need to find a better system to chill it than a plastic chill bag with ice as it sits on the table the condensation forms a big pool of water making a mess of the table.

The food here was amazing! I had tempura shrimp sushi which was super flavorful and tastey. My entree was the Skate Wing Meuniere with brown butter and capers. I had never had this fish before and our server Richard suggested it. It was cooked to perfection and tastes like a cross between a scallop and lobster (that's the best description I have). Richard, our server, was the absolute best. He was professional yet he had a quick wit and a funny sense of humor. We picked on him a lot and he rolled with it like a champ. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely come back and recommend this spot if you like good fish. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

This place was recommended to us by my brother in law for my husband's birthday dinner! We made reservations for 7pm but ran a bit late due to traffic and they accommodated us to be seated as quickly as they possibly could. The food was nothing short of amazing! Scallops were to die for and their Prickly Pear cocktail was delicious! Our server was awesome, he even brought out a delicious strawberry shortcake dessert in honor of my husband's birthday! Great food, delicious drinks, awesome service, and even the bathroom music was lit! (Yes we had a little dance party in the bathroom!) My young children truly enjoyed their experience as my 3 year old asked to come back for her birthday! I mean this place got 10s across the board from me! Don't hesitate to come experience and just enjoy life!!

Broiled fish platter had it all. We were truly satisfied.
