No one gets 5 stars. 😂.. But when I tell you the salmon and yellow rice surprised me,!!!!! Good af. I had to ask our good waitress "Barbie" to meet the chef "Bean"..... Rice well cooked... Fluffy. not sticking together like most places. You can tell she prepared this from the heart. Will definitely be coming back.... And the ambience was excellent....A1 and the bathrooms were actually CLEAN...

The place is beautiful unfortunately it is managed poorly. We were there 2 hours and still never got our order. We left after coming there to celebrate an auspicious occasion. I must say the energy was great and the MC kept the audience interactive. My family danced and it was fun. But we were starving for no one had eaten for our 2 o'clock reservation. The children asked constantly for the food and we were told over and over we were next. Again after 2 hours we left to feed the children. However it is a great venue but apparently understaffed and mismanaged

This is by far one of my hardest reviews I have to do.... Details to follow...... I'll first say the vibe here is 💯. Just good black fun.. Karaoke Wed was lit.. The drinks were boy.. Just know I had to walk out just so I didn't finish them.. Strong and good... Our server was GHETTO FABOLOUS LOL.. TO SAY THE LEAST AMAZING.. ( HAD BRAIDS AND BRACES) , WE LOVED HER. PARKING HAD SECURITY ACROSS THE STREET.. I wish I had cash to give him because I appreciate stuff like that especially because we know how break ins to cars are..... But that food wasn't it... It looked so good online and maybe I went too hungry bc I was hungry and that food wasn't it. But everything else made up for it so 4 stars I'm good with giving that bc I'll go back just won't eat..... I would get there early to get a table bc it got crowded... Security was cool. Definitely a vibe just needs to be managed better with good

This hidden secret by Greenbriar Mall...Area 4 has exceeded my expectations!!! Dee, the manager, says he wanted us to just show up and have fun and he would handle the rest... WOW!!! He did not lie!!! THIS WAS A WONDERFUL SWEET 16 PARTY FOR OUR JASMINE! THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! The staff was excellent (thanks D1 for being so attentive) and The manager "Dee"... was EVERYTHING!!! He's truly good at planning parties!!! What he said he would do??... HE DID and on time!!! DjProOfficial... Thank you for making my baby move to the beat!!! You ROCK!! She's smiling from ear to ear!!!!

I came for a birthday brunch on a Sunday. I had to park across the street from the Restaurant and paid $20. Mind you that parking lot is Greenbrier Mall. This restaurant is more like a club, a DJ, dance floor, games, very loud and dark. It looks very nice. The service was awful. We sat down around 1:15, my food finally arrived around 3:35 and cold. I had fun because of the people I was with.

My grand 16 birthday was lit, kids friendly until 8 pm... The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Live DJ, hookah, and great drinks, and Security. Oh yeah, I will be returning, without the kiddos.😂🤣 I had so much fun.

I had a teen party here for my daughter. The service was ok just not well put together and clear. Took a while for me to make a good contact time frame was not discussed so our party was cut short. The atmosphere was day time and it was okay. Music was okay. The wings made alot of the kids sick. However the LAMB CHOPS WERE TO DIE FOR. The place is overall dingy would not do for adults. But it did serve its purpose my daughter and friends had fun.

Food was great with a big party be prepared to wait. Also big parties be sure all guests arrive with you to avoid seat wait. The atmosphere is awesome , entertainment the entire time , music performances, even games with adults and kids. (Yes kids are welcome). Mimosas are really good. It was a great experience.

I’ve been to Area 4 a couple times for drinks. The food is always good and service is prompt. However my latest visit was most definitely review worthy! I visited on Sunday after seeing their Brunch advertisements on IG. My waitress was so polite and accommodating, and the manager, (I think her name was Erica) was just as welcoming. Sunday brunch is definitely geared towards families. My little guy really enjoyed himself while mommy enjoyed her bottomless mimosas!! SN: even had Cocomelon playing for the small humans!! We will certainly be back!!

This indeed is a hidden jewel! I was first impressed with the aesthetics of the location. Very grand. You will be overwhelmed by the contrast of the white leather and the velvety blue of the secluded booths. Initially, I was lackluster about my experience there due to the short staffing; however, that was quickly turned around. Erica, the manager, took what would have been a disappointing dining experience and turned it into a thoroughly enjoyable time. The lamb chops were delectable, and the drinks were superb! I am a customer service connoisseur and for me this was a deal changer. It's amazing when you take an interest in your guests; you can completely change their experience. Thanks for a great time and I will be back as a regular! Highly recommend.

Now this place is definitely something to check out.. It seems like a hidden treasure. The period I never knew anything about it until I was invited by a friend of mine for a social. I didn't get an opportunity to buy food or drinks because I just stopped by to say hello.. However, the entire atmosphere is so authentically authentically beautiful. The essence that is created within there is pretty cool. They have white ceiling and very bright lights. It makes you think of a movie scene at a celebrity's party.

The spot has a cute ambiance! Plenty of parking. I went with my family for Sunday brunch. I brought my younger son and saw other children. The music is not always kid friendly. So if you care about that, just note they play a mix of rap and r&b. The food was reeeeaaally good. However, the wait was too long - no exaggeration. It didn't seem crowded to me. The waitress was apologetic and sweet though. Ladies, bring a sweater inside. They have that AC up super duper high. It's cold in there 🥶- lol!

I had a blast here! We came in on a Friday evening, the service was really good(our server was Bre and she was great) We got the lamb chops, wings and salmon, tasty! Lastly, they had good music! I recommend Area 4!

My overall experience was okay. The bartender (Tye) was awesome! The food was overly salty and the salad was the nastiest salad 🥗 I’ve ever eaten. I ordered crab legs (which are already seasoned) & they came out ice cold and too salty. A few other people said their wings were over salty. The prices before 11 were pretty reasonable …

Visited for the first time last night and even though it was one hour before closing the ending experience was still wonderful. Quat was my bartender and she made the best margarita. She was also fun and friendly and made my and my cousins experience enjoyable. We will be attending there for brunch this Sunday and hope to have another great experience. SEE YOU SOON!!!!

Place is unprofessional, it’s hard to support your people when they have poor management. Had 12:00 reservations and they didn’t open until “12:30” wasn’t seated properly for our party and then we didn’t eat until almost two hours later, no refills on drinks.

This is a very nice establishment but needs a bit a work when it comes to customer service and wait time. We waited over 30 minutes just to be waited. The place is very big and wasn’t very busy at the time that we arrived so I don’t know why it took so long. It also took awhile for our food. The music and the building was nice though. The crab legs and crawfish were delicious so it made up for the time I waited. The drinks were mediocre.

This place looks so nice inside! I wasn't expecting much from the area it's located in but once inside it takes me back to my hometown in Miami Beach. Food was good. Only thing is when we got the food it wasn't that hot, but they didn't have a heat lamp at that time apparently but I went back the next time and they have one now and our food was great. They have bangin breakfast all night. Try the chicken and waffles it's bussin. Make sure to ask for Toya when yo go too!! We liked the food the first time, it wasn't perfect cos I think they had just opened at that time, but i remember our server Toya made us forget all that with her awesome personality. She really makes it a party!! So so fun! I've been a few times and I always ask for her now cos she's spot on, tends to us well, orders are on point, and her energy is contagious FR. The Hookahs light up different colors, the DJ is lit. The plush booths are so luxury and they have cute lil boardgames for people to play too. LOVE this place! Good vibes all around.

So my husband and I came to this establishment on a Sunday late evening. I was so in love with the design of the area. It was very modern and luxurious. The DJ(Mario) the best DJ hands down in the club scene. He played everything they play on the radio and all the old school 90's R&B. My biggest issue with Atlanta DJ's is they're here in the music mecca and they play the most corny records they can find. So it was refreshing to have a DJ that actually knows what we want hear. Customer service was so great the food was delicious and the hookahs are on point and huge and strong. This is definitely my Sunday spot, can't wait to bring my friends.

In the beginning I was a little nervous it didn't appear like they were even opened. We went on a Saturday at 1pm. The bartender wasn't even there yet. I think if you want a daytime vibe that's not club like you should go around 4pm. The food was really good I had red velvet chicken and waffles the drinks was really good, hookah was good, and our waitress Rasheeda was very good. This place is really big with limited parking but can easily accommodate large parties. The decor is really pretty and it was clean, it does have a smoke smell soon as you walk in. The pricing for everything was reasonable as well. Next time I will try out the night time vibe which I heard it gets packed.

Music (particularly after the DJ arrived about 9) was really good. Good sound system and lighting. Hookah was good. Service was particularly slow (even though it wasn't that busy) and food was fair. Floors get super slippery so be careful! My impression is they need a management upgrade.

First I'll say I'm big on customer service and their service was great! Very friendly and professional. It's a cool set up. The dj was ok. But the 3 stars is bc the food wasn't fresh and hot. We had crab cakes that were warm and a little bland but the dipping sauce was good and had a kick to it. I ordered the lamb chops medium well but they were well and warm. Mac and cheese as my side and it was warm too as you can tell from the cheese that was not melted. The food had potential as far as flavor but it was served to me lukewarm... I didn't send it back bc I really don't like sending food back, you know. But the waitress asked how it was...I told her and she apologized and said I should have told her and she would have fixed it. That I could appreciate!

First time visiting this club/restaurant. It was nicely decorated. Gold chairs and white sofas. The party areas are not very private and they allowed small children inside.

I was waiting on a waiter for 10 minutes then ordered food and waited 1 hr for salmon. Now I got my food, waiter said the hold up was rice and she said eat the rest of food and they will bring the rice soon as done. They need to get customer service together as well as the kitchen. It doesn't take an hour to cook some salmon and yellow rice.

It was my first time here I reserved a spot for 20. We where placed in a nice area but than told we had to move. The area they put us in didn’t have enough room for my party. it’s a nice place but the food took almost 2 hours to come out once we got it, it was good. Didn’t receive our drinks for an hour. It was my brother birthday they only sent 1 host out with the champagne, but everyone else had 3 or more host. We are paying customers like everyone else. I guess they cater to the guess they no🤔it really let a bad taste in my mouth. I’m really big on customer service. I can say our waitress did the best she could with no help with a large party.🤬😡

Atmosphere: this place is beautiful and very spacious! Gives off bougie lounge vibes. Food: I went during brunch and got the fish and grits. It was ok the fish could’ve added more seasoning but I get it it’s a restaurant can’t please everyone. Side note: I didn’t like I had to wait for them to start allowing customers to enter 15-30 minutes after their open time. Overall: I would recommend going again, and check out their lunch/dinner time.

Beautiful space but the experience is lacking. Basically a nice spot in the hood for hood folks that wanna feel like somebody. Went last night after being invited to celebrate a birthday. The female security guard needs to take it a down a few notches to start. Super aggressive and its very uncomfortable. Not sure what she tryna prove but overdoing her job is unnecessary. On top of that service is slow once you get in. First rounds of drinks to our table took at least 15-20 minutes and theyre small as hell. Plastic disposable cups about baby shower size but the drink costs $7-$10. If i gotta pay that the cups should be larger or at least glass. Then they charged $20 to get in and close time is at 3. But because they werent as busy as they would have liked they started passing out tabs and talking about closing before 130am even hit. Very unprofessional to disregard those that had paid expecting a good time. When we asked for a hookah refund the manager told us we couldnt get it because we werent being put out. But nobody smokes a hoohah for half an hr and by time we got it thats all we had left to enjoy it because they closed at 2. I work in customer service and worked restaurants for 15 years so unlike most ppl i cant take anything anyone give me which is why i wont be returning or or recommending to anyone.

The longest bar I've ever seen, 2 levels, gigantic screens wrapped around the walls, and the kicker is the private dining room which looks amazing! Never was a Southside person but now I've found a reason to frequent Greenbriar

Sunday December 5th I reserved the Loft area for 20 guests. My event was a baby shower for my daughter and her fiance. From the time I stepped out of my car the staff was there to assist with the unloading. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Everything was decorated beautifully, but because I had a theme. I had a event planner@UrCr8tive Eventz, just to add a few personal touches.They even provided a schedule for dinner and games which I loved it help to keep everything on track. Dinner was excellent we had a five course Sunday dinner with two bottles of champagne. I provided the desserts. The Waiting staff and the photographers also gave excellent service. My guests and I were pleased. Thank you Area 4

Unexpected surprise. Stopped in for brunch on Sunday. Called ahead to find out if there was a wait list, and the young lady told our party of 4 that they're was no wait, but we couldn't order food yet because the kitchen staff hadn't finished prepping for the day. The restaurant opened at 12, and we called at 12:15, so we were seriously thinking of not going at all, however our stomachs were growling, and we didn't want to drive anywhere else. We arrived and were greeted by a hostess that showed us to our table. The place was clean, and the music was going, but it wasn't so loud that we couldn't chat among ourselves. The food was tasty, and the portion size was decent, but the star of the show was our server Zee. She was sweet, and funny, and an absolute joy. I would come back for the service alone.

If you’re not a fan of being around children, this is not for you. Apparently it’s kid friendly until 8pm (they played musical chairs like 3 times). The prices are reasonable, the service is timely, and the food is very good. I just can’t get over drinking, dancing, and smoking hookah around small children.

I went for brunch and The ambiance is great. It has a cute look. Not too big or small. There are booths which are great for groups. The music was decent enough, they played karaoke. My gripe is the FOOD. The service was slow, but the server was nice. My scrambled hard eggs were brought out to me swimming in a liquid. The manager told me it was the spray better the use to cook them. YUCK!!

Bar didn't have wine..food was brought out 1hr or more after ordered..and forgotten about when waitress came to table..it was closing time and it still didn't arrive after 2hrs. Very disappointed. Came for game night, no games. It’s a beautiful establishment but the service sucked. It’s all of 6 people here and it took 45 min to get a drink. 🤦🏾‍♀️Ordered lemon pepper wings, fries and the GA peach. The food was ok and the drink taste like straight peach snapp (taste like cough medicine). Had to ask for napkins as well as sprite to doctor my drink. Might try again on another day. It was just me b/c I told the rest of my people otw not to even pull up.

The Djay didn’t start until after 6:30pm need more staff plenty of bartenders. Mgmt had to step in to support lacking staff. Food wasn’t really that good, so come down on the prices or come up with better selections really it’s a club not fine dining. Been there probably won’t be back.

Very spacious and I love the white ambiance. Reminds you of the scene in the club from the movie "Super fly". The dj booth is probably the coolest part. Watch out for the security guard though, she frisks a little too thoroughly for the men... Face masks were required to enter and it was a $20 cover charge Saturday night.

It's been over a year since I was there because of pandemic. The lamb chops were awesome along with my salad. I had celebrated my birthday there. It was a nice place n the food was good. We had sat for almost n hour before a server came to the table n that was me stopping someone to see if they was coming to serve us. We had problems with getting our hookah after we paid for it. I think it would be a nice place if they get the wait time n organization skills in place. They had good music all night. I think it's best if you hold before 11 if you don't want to mix with the younger crowd.

Excellent service and atmosphere. We had 2 waitresses - 1 was in training and they were great. The food was hot and good. My daughter had the waffles and chicken and I had the lamb chops and Mac. Both were delicious. Customer service was outstanding. We will definitely visit again.

Very nice place! Huge, there is more than enough room to breathe /move around! Service is very slow. I assuming that they are short staffed b/c I didn't see many servers walking around just the same 4 girls. Food was really good( whole group approved). Drinks are small. Celebrated a friend's birthday on Saturday. She reserved a section for about 20 ppl. The seating was amazing and comfortable. The view spectacular. The restuarant is beautiful, the music good for all ages, the food here is SPECTACULAR. We order so much and all sampled off each other's plate. Those Rockefeller Oysters were delicious; my favorite dish, hands down. I will definitely come back.

The space itself is nice. The service was terrible. We came on a Saturday night with a party of about 15. We were seated in a timely manner but when it came to ordering that was a different story. It took about 15 minutes for a server to come and another 20 just for drinks. Half of our table got their food after about 30 more mins and the other half about an hour later. Food was only okay. I had the shrimp and grits. The shrimp were good but the grits very bland. I will come again just maybe a different day and time.

I came on a Sunday morning. I was impressed by the set up. However I came in at 11 for bartender to tell me they did not open until 12, by all appearances they were not open, the floor was being mopped and cleaning supplies out. I returned a few minutes later confused to find out they were indeed open. A church service was going on doing brunch which was a bit awkward as alcohol was being served and kids were there. The service Mc and music was too loud to have a conversation and it took a while for us to get seated and orders taken and food served, a bit unorganized. I will attribute this to the place seeming new, like they are still getting it together. The food tasted good, but was not warm and serving size not filling for the price, but I'll chop it up for the ambiance. Overall I'll give it another try on another occasion when there is not a church service going on.

Went for my bday celebration on a Saturday the section was supposed to accommodate 15 ppl however only 8 ppl were able to fit in. The waitress brought water but no cups for it. We didn’t get cups until 40 mins later. Food came out cold as if it had been sitting out for a while. I had to go to the bar to get my drinks because the waitress was only giving the best customer service to men. All of the men that she served received their orders expeditiously while I sat and watched her bypass my table a million times. Three people in my group waited almost an hour for their ONE drink and all the waitress kept doing was offering excuses. The atmosphere was nice the dj was on point but the waitress was god awful. Towards the end she said that we had to pay our tabs because she was leaving because she was over it and that she wasn’t given proper training and basically bashed the establishments management. I would go back but I would go to the bar and order anything I need going forward.

My wings were perfect! and just .50 cent a wing, I think it was a lunch special. Entrees were half off so I also enjoyed lamb chops, which were covered in a tasty glaze. The food portions are not huge so if your Hungary you'll need to order an appetizer along with the meal. The DJ had me vibing all night and my bar tender was not playing around. I left happy and satisfied with this find. I approve visiting this location!

The place is nice, the food is good for late night if you want something different than Waffle House. But it’s a lot of light in the building, too much for an after hour spot, my girl and I like hookhah but theirs is herbel shisha so it don’t taste good, we used to hookhah with tobacco. They want to charge $35, which it shouldn’t cost as much as the regular hookhah in the other clubs and Lounges. Anybody say they hookhah is good, is lying, or they not no real hookhah smoker, they just like to look at the clouds of smoke!
