Exploring Ginger

Delicious and fresh! The amount of meat, veggies and rice were just perfect. We were afraid that there would be a lot of rice, surprising enough it was the right amount. I only gave it a 4Star due to the fact that the employees were so busy that walk-ins were nearly not as accompanied with service. Crazy how dead it looks in the parking lot and how many people do takeout here. If you do choose to stop here, definitely have an order in before you arrive.

Middle of the road on this visit. Customer service was great. The guy at the counter who took my order was amazing. The food though... ugh! I've eaten at this location a few times before and it's always been great. Today was the exception. There was way to much beef for a regular bowl and hardly any veggies at all. And the tempura shrimp was so overcooked it was inedible.

Love me some Top Bop! My go-to for a quick meal. I always order the meatball bop with sauce 3+4 and extra dumplings. The last time I was there, I picked up my 2-go order and left, when I returned to work they forgot my dumplings, gave them a call and they gave me an extra dumplings at no cost.

This place is quick and good! The meat is always delicious and the rice and noodles are good. They had our food to us before we even finished paying. I’d recommend it to people who like cup bop type places.

This place slaps! I was shoveling the roof of the near by condos and a coworker recommended eating here. I have never even heard of it. The location and interior are nothing special simple grab and go or sit and eat place. The guy who helped me order super nice and the food! It was banging, I have a beef bop or whatever and #4 spicy level. 100/10 will go back. Great food!

Great staff who provides friendly services. Interesting menus. The rice bowls are a bit heavier taste (sodium?) than what I prefer. Kimchi is not like the authentic Korean kimchi. But overall a good place to fill my hunger.

Really good food, it's pretty quick, takes maybe 10-15 minutes to get your food, and the chicken isn't dry or tough, it's actually really good. I get a level 3 spicy and have my own spicy sauce at home to make it level 5 hehehe Best version of fast foods in my opinion

The staff are always professional and glad to serve. Ingredients are ALWAYS fresh, without fail. The Poke Bop is my personal favorite, with succulent fish and steamy rice. Wife thinks I have a problem because I request this for dinner more than anything. Best bang for the buck too. You can not find anything nearly this good for the price anywhere else.

3 yrs ago, I rated it a 4 stars. Today(10/10/9), it's one of my rare 5 stars to-goto spot. Love the fact that I can do a online order and it's ready within 15 mins! Everyone should definitely try them, if you haven't and if you have...they deserve the 5 stars. Their employees at this location are always fast and super friendly with the customers. I can't say bout the other locations, but those reviews will be coming soon. Thank you guys for making lunch easy & quick for delivery drivers like myself. I'd give a 5 star, if this wasn't my first time. But it is. Service was good. Food was very good. Very different. Definitely will continue being a customer.

Top Bop is one of my personal favorites. Top Bop is simple, convenient, and most importantly delicious. The rice is perfect, the veggies are fresh, the meat of your choice is incredible and plentiful and if you choose to include a sauce it really elevates the Bop to the next level for flavor. I really really really like the food here but the staff are so very unfriendly. Cashier literally would not say a single word to me - no hi or welcome, no eye contact and absolutely no response when I said thanks and left. We love Top Bop, the food is always great and it’s always fast and fairly priced. The only reason we can’t give them a 5 is because they don’t carry brown rice, and after a few months of asking, no change. Sadly we aren’t eating white rice anymore, so we aren’t in much these days. The staff are always so nice and helpful though, and the store is always clean and inviting. Try the dynamite, and their dumplings it’s soooo satisfying! Great work you all!

Just finished my meal. When I use to live in Anchorage, it was my place to go. Multiple times a week. Now I live in the valley, every time my partner goes to Anchorage I make him stop on the way home to get some poke for me. I absolutely love the place; can’t get enough of it. Definitely better feat food kind of place. I personally find it more in line with my tastes than a typical quick bite place. Friendly staff, good variety in options, great setup. I had been wanting to try the food here for a while and there is a reason they are able to expand. I feel as if the food potions are certainly better than other fast food options.

My family and I ordered here for the first time today. We got the beef bop and spicy pork bop, once my husband brought them home, my son wanted to try cause he heard us saying how good it tasted so he tried a bite and wouldnt give the beef bop back to his dad, so my husband made a second run and got the same order. Full bellies with happy smiles. Very good food. Amazing taste. Will for sure order from here again. I took photos but dont know how to attach them to my review.

I love this place!! The staff is always very friendly and timely. They always help me decide when I can't decide what to order. Their food is always fresh and delicious! They have an efficient online ordering system and have reasonable prices. They accommodate to dietary needs well, my roommate has celiacs so he is gluten intolerant and they put the sauce on the side and were able to tell him in detail all the ingredients that they use. The poke bop is my favorite and the dynamite bop is my second. I eat here at least once a week.

I always get the poke bowl - there's a good amount of fresh salmon, tuna and crab meat and the sauce is great. I started getting half lettuce and half rice which keeps the rather large meal light. I go in thinking I can eat half and save half but I enjoy it so much that I just devour the whole thing in one sitting or shortly after the one sitting.

The sweet potato noodles are amazing and the chicken is good. Sometimes it can be dry. I'm not big on fast food, but top bop is definitely good. Lots of vegetables and protien but probably not the healthiest choice, but you get your food quickly.

First time here and hangry 😆 I got the spicy pork bowl which was tasty and wasn't spicy. So if you're worried that it might be to hot, don't be its very mild spicy. The next is a beef noodle bowl for my daughter. The beef was tender and not chewy. There's a slight sweetness to the taste and overall good to go! It would be nice if there was a smaller size bowl to order for a little one but at least I know how big it's now so I can share next time 🤙

Top Bop Muldoon is THE BEST PLACE to eat. My favorite orders are the Dumplings Nd the Shrimp Tempura. If you want a good and friendly place to eat I recommend Top Bop Muldoon. Desiree is the nicest employee she makes me feel welcomed when i go there. I absolutely love the food and everything about this place.

I cannot really give a comprehensive review, I ordered a spam musubi and a box of potstickers. Both were good. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and eager to make sure I was happy with my order. I do plan to go back and sample more of the menu.

Top Bop is a great place to stop in and get a quick bite to eat! The service is fast even when there is a rush. The food is delicious, I prefer the Meatball Bop with level 2 and 3 sauce. Definitely recommend.

For a quick bite, this is not only the best place to go for filling food, but for quick food as well. The recipe is simple, take a really well made mixture of meats and vegetables, and serve it over steamed rice. The presentation is very effective and while the atmosphere is rather basic, I think what speaks for itself more is the food. If you got some cravings for spicy meat and rice, this is the first place that comes to mind.

Different, but good. I love Korean food, so dragged my friends in here to try it for the first time. The base is korean, but the concept is salad bowls. I had the Bibimbap bowl with a healthy serving of lettuce topped by seasoned meat, seaweed, vegetables, etc. It wasn't amazing, but good enough that I'd go back if I was in the area again.

Mediocre. A bit over priced for what you get. The food was fairly bland with very little to add to it. I got the chicken. Everything seemed fresh and was served hot. The staff was friendly. Finally, the location just seemed cheaply set up, similar to a subway and not the cleanest.

I have eaten at the Muldoon store several times. Staff is polite, place is clean, neat and brightly lite. Food is made fresh and quick, but it's bland and boring. This is more of a fusion place, not a traditional spicy - saucey Asian food restaurant.

Although we do enjoy their beef bop, dynamite bop, shrimp tempura and top dumpling. We did notice as we ate, that the ingredients for the bowls have been sitting around all day and tasted like they just warmed it up. We didn't like the meatball bop at all. Delicious Korean rice bowls, just the sight of the order before yours being prepared will have you asking 'ooohhh, what is that one!?' -1 because many tables needed to be wiped down when we were ready to be seated. The food was so good I feel bad taking off a star though! We demand a South Anchorage location!

Not fantastic but not bad. This is not genuinely Korean fare but rather an Americanized knock off. Everything is served as take away with no eating in crockery as a usual Korean restaurant. Oh, and they say heat 6/10 is Korean hot...it is not. If you want Korean hot, get at least the 10/10 or see if they can do better.

Get the Large. It's like, $3 more, and literally double the food. I can't even explain to y'all - it's like a KFC bucket. FILLED with rice, veggies, meat, etc. Double meat is only $2??? Done. I get these on Mondays and eat the leftovers at work on Tuesday, Weds, and Thurs. It's that big. And that good. Also, do Level II with the sauce on the side. Put the Teriyaki on, then add Spicy Mayo at your discretion. 12/10 will be back in a few days lol.
