Splendid place to eat. Place is very clean and they make it a priority to make you comfortable. We have people in our party who don't consume fish sauce or meat, so we made special requests which they honored. The tofu with the dishes were still tasty! Pho broth was delicious. Pad see ew with tofu was good! Definitely glad we came by to eat here today.

They have the best Pad Thai👌 Very affordable prices & large servings of food. Staffs are very friendly & accommodating. My girls are so happy with their fried chicken wings. We are definitely coming back.

We never go to Spenard but we will for this Pho! Very clean and out side looks new. We had some really good pho and ramen! They were supposed to close at 9 and stayed opened pasted 9:45 and kept hosting people which was nice. Not many places were open late on a Sunday night! We were grateful to eat before we flew out.

The restaurant was more than we expected as far as quality of food and variety. The Pho, Tom Yum, Ceviche, and Spring rolls were excellent in addition to their Thai coffee. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs

Very fast and delicious. We ordered Pho and Pad Woon Sen (glass noodles). Will definitely return again! Average price per meal in this area.

Quiet place, with lots of space. Menu was full of great options from Korean, Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese. The curry was subpar, lacking rich flavor, it was bland. The Pad Thai was like any other Pad Thai. The fried rice was good, but also hard to mess up. And the Gyoza was a solid appetizer. Overall, the price was high for the quality of flavor and service. Would most likely never make an effort to revisit.

The pho seafood was delicious. Very healthy portions and fresh ingredients. The menu is quite large and we will eventually work our through it. The food we have ordered has been on point, fresh and friendly service.

The Tonkotsu Ramen is absolutely delicious. It’s a new item on their menu. All of the ramen is brand new. Their calamari is also super delicious as well as the pho tai!

I stumbled upon this place and I was so happy I did. I enjoyed shrimp Pad Thai and the hubby had Pho. It was delicious and enough for lunch the next day. The employees were super kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Arrived for late lunch, the place was empty, but the food was served fast & was well made, nice large portions, & was full, my wife ordered Pho, I ordered shrimp pad thai & fresh spring rolls & my buddy ordered broccoli beef. Started to fill up soon after. I’ll eat/order from here again!

I rarely review on Google... I was very hesitant going here as this location has had many restaurants fail, prior becoming Pho Lotus. Over the past five years I have seen at least 6 different restaurants. But I noticed the past couple of weeks they have had more than 3 cars in the parking lot anytime I drove by in evenings. So I decided to order takeout. Walking into the restaurant for pickup, it felt warm and inviting. The lady at the register acknowledged me right away and she was very pleasant and kind!! I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience! I got the cashew nuts chicken and I practically ate it all in one sitting! The veggies had a nice sear to them and they were not mushy, still crisp in the bite! I cannot stand mushy veggies. Lots of cashew flavor and overall flavor. The chicken is thinly sliced and so it was very tender and sopped up the juices well. Looks like they use jasmine rice too (my personal fav!) My hubby got the brocolli beef. His plate was also really good. Some of the beef had grissle bits in it so it wasn't pleasant for some of the pieces, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise would have gotten 5 stars from me! We will order from here again; I can't wait to try one of their curry dishes next! To the person who left a 1 star review due to packaging issues- who in their right mind orders super hot soup as takeout? That is a dish meant to be eaten right away in-restaurant. Duh! Eat here, people of Alaska, you won't be disappointed! I hope Pho Lotus succeeds, currently my fav Thai in Alaska now :) Update on March 16 2022: about a week ago I placed another takeout order. This time we tried the red thai chicken curry dish. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately by both people at the the counter. The nice gentleman called me by name and wished me to enjoy. We certainly did! Soooooo good, no complaints!! Good amount of curry sauce to veggies to chicken to rice, excellent! It is enough for two people! Kudos, keep up the really yummy food!! I wanted to order today and discovered they are closed on Wednesdays, LOL! Oh well, I will order another day soon. Thank you!!!

Even the water was delicious! (hint of lime) the crab Rangoon were absolutely delicious, pho has an extra hint of anise that was refreshing.

clean restaurant, price is not that expensive. The chef is very friendly. Good Vietnamese food and fresh vegetables (fedex from hawaii!). They cook better than local Vietnamese restaurants.

We had takeout from Pho Lotus and it was AMAZING! Wonderful amount of veggies, great flavor, and good amount of food. Highly recommend both the Pad Sa-ew and Pad Ka Pao. This is our new favorite Thai restaurant in Anchorage!
