Tasty food with a great neighborhood vibe. We had the soup special (a vegetable soup that was fresh, flavorful and chalk full of different types of veggies), a spinach salad, and then two pizzas at half size.
If you’re not sure which pizza you want to try, they offer the option of doing half the size for half the price + $1. It’s a great choice for trying more of the menu. The margherita was our favorite for sure.
The spinach salad was definitely one of our favorites we’ve had. We each got a glass of the Cabernet on special and just sat and chatted with some good food. I recommend this place after a long day if you need to unwind with some friends.

The pizza was so delicious. The crust has an amazing flavor. I got the margarita pizza with pepperoni and my husband got the special. The ingredients are fresh and the pizza is made to order. The service was on point. Farina did not disappoint. I have to say I do like the look and style of the restaurant. If I am ever back in New Mexico this pizzeria is a must! Candace, JD and the manager were very attentive and kind.

We ordered the fungi pizza and it's was freaking delicious. Best pizza we've had in a long time! And being from Minnesota, it'll be a long time before we can have this pizza again!! 😭😭 Oh we also had the butterscotch budino! Also, fantastic! We did takeout and was quoted a pick up time and might have been 3 minutes late and the pizza wasn't very hot but it was still delicious.

This place was delicious. It was our first time and we went around lunch time so it wasn’t too busy. The service was quick and the food came out in a reasonable about of time.
We tried 2 different pizzas and they both were good- the carni and the salsissia (without the sausage). I added pepperoni to replace the sausage and it was fully covered in pepperoni. The carni was also packed with the meat toppings.
For lunch for 2, we spent just below $100 including 2 drinks and 2 pizzas. We ended up taking home half of each pizza and could have tried the split pizza option which we might do in the future.

Never dreamed we’d get a table at 640p on a Fri night. We were right off the plane & wanted a good meal. The Verde salad was split for us. Amazing tastes , perfectly dressed, served with fresh homemade bread with a bit of garlic oil. Delightful!! The sweet Italian sausage pizza was seasoned to perfection. The cannoli was another perfect split. So we’ll done. We were seated immediately because the service was excellent& the food kept coming. Great meal. Can’t wait to go back.

Came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Place was full but not crowded, which I appreciate during this time period. Staff all wore masks. Excellent, attentive, friendly service. Thanks for making our birthday girl feel special too.

Love that we can do half and half on pizzas (only extra $1 to make halfsies. And fyi, gluten free option available). We loved everything we ordered: bianca, formaggio, carni, and the funghi. The olives appetizer was excellent. So so good. But what will have me coming back is the butterscotch budino! Umm... who's birthday is next?!!

This is the pizza that dreams are made of. Took my parents here for their 36th anniversary lunch April 5, 2023. La Cumbre on tap, great wine selection, house made fresh mozzarella, very high quality ingredients, and expert pizzaiolas. We ordered the caprese appetizer, carni pizza, special chorizo pizza, and the pepe caldo pizza. Everything was amazing, pizzas were cooked perfectly and looked beautiful. The head chef was extremely nice and answered all my crazy pizza based questions. If you’re looking for pizza in Albuquerque, this is a must try.

Caprese salad is fantastic here. Pictured in this review is the side salad portion and not the full size. Mozzarella was fresh.
Did the meat ball calzone as a pizza and it did not disappoint. Meatballs were full of flavor and the ricotta was delicious.
They also had La Cumbre as their brewery of choice on tap and had a wide selection of their beers. Providing a good selection for most tastes.

Visiting Albuquerque and came across this gem. The Meatballs Al Forno Balsamic is amazing and tried their special avocado salad and verde salad. Pizza we ordered Salsiccia and it was really good. This is a great place to eat and the ambience is casual and inviting. Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious!! Had the Verdi salad ( greens, apple, gorgonzola cheese and candied walnuts) the Fungi pizza sooooo good!!! Had it with a gorgonzola dipping sauce 😋
Topped it off with a bottle of Sangiovese wine. Definitely coming back !!!

The food is amazing ! We had the fungi pizza and a meatball calzone as well as the antipasto plate ! Additionally despite being very busy our waiter was attentive , friendly and non stop hustling . Great experience !

🔥🍕One of the best pizzerias in Albuquerque if you ask me. Over the years, this place has been one of my favorites and I always recommend this place for people from out of state to try if they enjoy pizza. I think they have great management and staff, also. I included several photos of not just their amazing pizza but also their interior which has a nice vibe. Check our their specials and featured items that rotate often. We had a great lunch at Farina! There are daily specials in addition to their regular menu. I tried their grilled chicken salad which was one of the daily specials. It was full of flavor and healthy items like avocado, jicama, beets and more. Yum! (I should have ordered a second one to go.) Someone else in our group ordered a pizza and it looked really good.

Farina makes their own tofu ricotta along with a cashew parmesan. They have a weekly vegan special for their pizza, which is what I ordered. Honestly, it was pretty good! I loved the crust and the ricotta was really well done. Thank you for offering vegan options!

Very delicious. I was really glad we were able to order half of two pizzas because I am always so indecisive. Good wine selection. We enjoyed a special salad and meatball appetizers before the pizza. We shared a cannoli for dessert. Our server was on point with water refills and attention whenever we needed it without being pushy. Loved it all and will definitely return.

Very nice place. If you are traveling down the I25 south corridor. Farina isn't far away from the highway. Very nice atmosphere, cool place to eat. I loved the minestrone soup, very New mexican style. One of the best GF pizzas I ever tried:crispy and soaf at the same time. Best coffee by the way...so good. And the cannoli....oh boy...rich creamy mix with a orangy touch...

Stopped by Farina Pizzeria a few days ago after reading some grave reviews about the place online. The day was sunny and the restaurant only moderately busy. The window table looking out onto to Central only seemed far too ideal; so I didn't waste anytime in taking it. After carefully reading the menu, the margarita pizza seemed like the perfect fit for me. The menu prices are a little steeper than what is common at similar restaurants. However, Farina is more of an artisan type of joint, so it's not too bad (all things considered). With that said, the food is well worth what you pay for it.
When my pizza arrived, I was pleased with how it looked and was intending on taking some of it home with me. That didn't happen, as each slice proved to be better than the last and I soon found myself staring at an empty pizza platter. Though, it their pizzas may appear charred in around the edges, don't be alarmed. They forewarn guests that this is a natural consequence due to the exceptionally high temperature of their ovens. I can reassure you, that it doesn't compromise the taste.
On top of my awesome pizza, the service wasn't too bad either. My server was both cool and collective, which is all you can really ask for.

Awesome thin crust pizza prepared perfectly. We got the carni and added mushrooms. Man, it was sooo good!
I also had the Belgian beer and it knocked my socks off. That one is definitely going on the “Enjoy Again” list.
And to top it off, the parking lot security guy was so nice. Not like other places where they demand crazy money just to park your car then you never see them again. Nice perk for this location.

It wasn't too expensive but a bit more than average pizza chains. It was a friendly atmosphere and quick service. It has beautiful natural lighting. I will definitely recommend this place, and I hate marinara pizza sauce so this place had a wonderful change of pizza if you like trying new things.

Came across Farina on google as one of the top rated Pizza places in ALBQ. I can see why, the place is clean and cozy. The waitress who helped us was kind and respectful. The pizza came out quick and tasted delicious. The only reason I didn’t give a five star was because when my family and I got sat at a corner booth by kitchen. Literally 5 mins later they placed a table (which was not there) For another party of 3 literally 2-4 feet away from us. We could practically hear each other conversation. With there still being a pandemic going on, it’s important to at least make the table 6 feet apart. Aside from that my experience was a good one.

I’m a New Yorker that gets around and eats more pizza than the average person. The Pepe Caldo from Farina’s is the best slice I’ve ever had. Not an exaggeration, it was just the best. Can’t wait to have it again.

5-star worthy all around. Quick curbside pickup and amazingly delicious pizza. The Pepe Caldo and The Salsiccia are our all time favorites. I have to get the gluten free crust and I appreciate not being charged a ridiculous up charge! It’s smaller and thinner but still a perfect portion size and has an excellent taste!

Excellent place to have pizza. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. There is plenty of street parking and behind the restaurant. The pizza was so flavorful and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. I split the gluten free pizza (Bianca & formaggio di capra) had and the verde salad, and gluten free ginger beer. Like every other restaurant in town, the prices have Skyrocketed at Farina's, they have always been a bit high but we never minded paying the price because the food was top-notch, this time however, our pizza was not very good, it was dry and did not have enough sauce, we had two pizzas, a chopped salad and three delicious butterscotch desserts and it came to $110, that is outrageous

The Budino is the most amazing caramel dessert on planet Earth. The food never disappoints, and there's a nice little group of wines to pair with. Good for singles, couples, and they can take care of larger parties too. I'd call ahead for bigger groups, just in case. Worth the drive if you don't live in the area.

The pizza here is hands down the best pizza I've ever had.. and I've had a lot of 🍕. I had the salsiccia and the formaggio. I loved the pancetta, scallions, and goat cheese on the formaggio! The crust is crispy and the cheese and toppings are perfect. I usually don't write reviews but couldn't wait to share what an amazing experience this was. The building and location are a little outdated as it's downtown and the banner of the name is very small. The inside of the restaurant is small and quaint and they have a nice outside patio. There was nothing too special about the salad and it was kind of an odd combination of green beans, oranges, and avocado in a vinaigrette dressing. With all this being said, the pizza exceeded and yet met my expectations and I am looking forward to visiting here frequently!

Lots of delicious options for pizza including craft creativity. We ate sausage herb and margarita pizzas and the Verde salad! The beer wine list is extensive. They let you sample different spirits if need be. They have a tangerine beer that's amazing. We also sampled the butterscotch pudding (salted a teeny bit too much but I still gobbled it down) and my sister tried the tiramisu - yum! It's on the edge of the bad part of town so be careful to not miss it and continue down central!

EVERY time we travel through Albuquerque ... we will enjoy a great meal from this place. You can tell that their ingredients are fresh and their preparation has always been consistent for the years that we have been eating here. Their Sauteed Mushrooms dish is fantastic, especially with a loaf of their house-made bread.
I would describe the pizzas as nepalese-like baked in a super hot oven ... if you enjoy that style. Everything we have eaten here has been great, especially the vegan Chopped Vegetable Salad. Great place indeed.

This was the best pizza my partner and I have ever had. I had the gluten free base and he had the normal base and both were amazing. It was the best gluten free base I’ve ever eaten! Crispy and thin- not soggy and undercooked like it usually is.

I went a few weeks ago with my Husband and kiddos. It was the first time that we had gone out to eat since we had a new baby and the pandemic hit. We ate outside in the patio, my kids enjoyed the pizza. We felt safe and it was very clean and the staff were wearing their masks. The pizza was very good !!!

Hands down best pizza in Albuquerque!! We had a 1/2 Funghi 1/2 Carni and both were the best mushroom and 3 meat pizza we’ve had in an extremely long time. Also got the Chopped Vegetable Salad which was, for starters, shareable for 3 (maybe 4) people since it was packed with every vegetable imaginable, amazingly fresh, and the vinaigrette dressing paired perfectly.
We did to-go and not only were the employees who helped with our order super nice and hospitable, they also brought the order out to our car.

Here in Albuquerque for a bit and decided to get some pizza. Atmosphere was very welcoming and this place appears to have a good customer "grouping". Had a pizza and drinks and all in all, was pleased with it. The only reason for a 4 verse a 5 star was the time it took to get the food. . . Waitress apologized but that is the only reason not a 5. . .keep up the good work and yes, I will eat here again

This is my favorite go to pizza place!! My usual is the meatball pie and I love their chopped salad. I often do take-out when visitors come over! Many of the tables are next to each other but it seems we go at just the right times and it's never uncomfortable. There is bar seating and an outdoor seating area also. It can get pretty loud if full!

Just want to say that Farina Downtown is absolutely one of my family's GO-TO places when we want a nice night out, awesome food and beer selection, and excellent service! Favorites include Salsiccia and Margherita pizzas, Verde and Caprese salads, and DEFINITELY Butterscotch Budino! La Cumbre Elevated on tap among others. I grew up in Philly and when I'm jonesin' for a friendly city bistro vibe...this is the spot! This is also a place I will get gift certificates to give as gifts. Their pizza is amazing, the salads are really good (and I'm not a salad guy), and the staff are super attentive and nice! The pizzas aren't your regular pepperoni, but rather more inventive and delicious. Plus, the outdoor patio is nice to enjoy. All in all, I'd highly recommend it!

My husband and I did take out - two pizzas for a 5:30 pm pickup. We called a little under an hour in advance so they'd have plenty of time to fire them up. Maybe too much time. When I arrived at 5:31, they were sitting on the counter waiting for us. No warmer, unfortunately. In the ten minutes it took us to get back to our hotel, it was already cold. It was still pretty good, but temperature issue aside, it really was not the Knock Your Socks Off pizza we expected from the reviews. Not bad for the price, even if the crust was a bit burnt. We'd probably try a different spot next time, though.

Excellent pizza, especially the Green Chile and Pepperoni pizza I ordered. I had them go easy on the char, because I’m not super into that flavor, but even the parts that were charred were excellent. Every bite had a different and equally complex flavor, making the entire pizza a varied experience. I strongly recommend!

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had! It was absolutely amazing! We had the Carni pizza and added ricotta cheese. We also got the Gorgonzola sauce for dipping and that was delicious! I definitely recommend coming here if you get the chance. We are from out of town, but we will be back if possible.

Our family came for a birthday party. The waitstaff seated us quickly and were very hospitable. We did not need to wait long for our pizzas. Everything we ate was delicious! We ordered multiple kinds of pizza and shared. Bianca (white pizza with truffle oil and artichoke hearts) was recommended by the server and tasted amazing! Farina's tiramisu is the best I have EVER had and I let them know we'd be back. Thanks for a great dining experience

Always fresh pizza. With a well rounded special menu that changes often. Great wine selection. Their green onion and gorgonzola cheese dip is better than ranch!! Gotta get some if you're getting any of the pizzas. The service good, orders our quick. It's usually busy and loud during a Friday or Saturday night. If you wanna beat the rush get there around 4-5pm. It's a great date night place. During the summer the patio is open and offers a fresh view of the lively central street.

I recently just heard of Farinas. Being a connoisseur of pasta I tried the Spaghetti and Meatballs along with the chopped salad. Their food is magnificent and I highly recommend them for all pasta lovers. I have heard their pizza is to die for and will try it on my next visit! Excellent customer service as well.

The pizza's were delicious! The thin crust/Neapolitan style can sometimes be disappointing to me (sparseness of ingredients), but this was perfect. Had a good selection of local beers as well. The only downside was a slightly higher price point than I would prefer to pay for a pizza like this - but I would say it was still worth it!

Waitress started out real short, such a hurry she forgot to take 2 out 5 drink mistakenly. She was really busy and her attentiveness the rest of the time more then made up for it. Staff as a whole seemed great. Small portions, price were fairly reasonable. The food was very good. If they did a pizza with fresh mozzarella and fresh tomatoes that would be their best one in my opinion(they might, didn't look). They certainly have the crust down. If I lived in the area, it would be a regular stop for us.

Farina is a very cute establishment where the service staff creates an authentic Italian feel. One dish is hardly worth judging a place by, but for now, it's all I've got to go on. The pizza I had was well cooked, though the sauce left something to be desired, the ample sausage was lacking flavor, and on the whole it just didn't come together. I will be giving Farina another shot, as I feel as though they can and usually do do better. For now, three stars, but I'm hopeful that I can kick that up a notch or two next time.

Fantastic pizza and salads. Great atmosphere, makes me feel like I'm back living in a large city. Service is always outstanding! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they raised the price on my favorite pizza from $15 to $18 recently. That's a big jump in my opinion. We'll still eat there but that's starting to verge on west coast gourmet pizza prices. Over all delicious and worth eating there!

One of the best pizza spots in town. The crust is so thin and crispy. I had the magherita with green chile. It was so tasty. I can't seem to try anything else on the menu because the pizza is so nice. One day I'll have to try their salads because the look awesome.

Walked in the door and was immediately greeted upon entry, were very nice and when I pointed out a seat in the back immediately prepared it for my party. Wait staff was friendly nice and informative; we asked for a recommendation on the wine and our waitress responded with a very good chardonnay that my party members loved. The appetizers and dinner options weren't cheap, however they were very good. Dessert options were few but very good, they were out of a one thing but still came up with a great replacement. Our party let well after the establishment closed and even then they were still very present and very helpful even as we were walking out and asking questions about their wine they were still very happy to answer questions about the wine and its place of manufacture.

Excellent fresh salads, great stone oven pizza. Be sure to check out the specials. I took off a star for atmosphere. It gets very noisy, and most of the seating is too closely spaced...so not an ideal spot for for intimate conversation. They feature local artists, and this changes monthly...always interesting if not always to my taste.

I LOVE coming here. I wish I remembered the bartender's name who usually serves us because he is so nice. Not overly attentive but just the right amount. The beer selection is nice and they serve Prismatic coffee here (at least they did the last time I was there) and it's so delicious.

Absolutely delicious vegan pizza!!! The tofu ricotta is to die for and this has become my new favorite vegan pizza spot! No daiya cheese, but honestly I’m not a fan of the store bought vegan cheese. This pizza was amazing!

I really love the pizza from Farina's but they need to check the pizza crust bottom before it leaves the kitchen. At least twice now we have come home with a togo order to discover the bottom crust was literally burnt black. Yesterday it was two out of 5 pizza's for my bday pool party. Totally burnt. I called and the manager is sending me a gift card to make up for it. No apology. I mean that's fine and all but serving a burnt pizza is inexcusable. Why is burnt pizza even leaving the kitchen? Do better.

This place is amazing! The art displayed is so beautiful and interesting. The service is fantastic as well. Amanda is an incredible sever, she's very friendly and knowledgeable about both the menu and the wine list. They have local/craft beers! The food is also mind blowing. I've never had a pizza with broccolini on it before but now I can say I'm a believer. Also try their homemade gelato! The flavors rotate often, and they're all very good.

Expect to wait during rush hours, especially Friday and Saturday evening, but enjoy a beverage, it's worth the wait. This is one of mmt favorite pizza places in town. I LOVE fire roasted, thin crust pizza. They are never stingy with their toppings and you cal taste the freshness of threw items. This place has great food, and great service. When crowded, the brick walls make for a very loud experience. Needless to say this is not the place I go when I want to have a conversation. I just discovered you can order a pizza without the "char" which I thought was great. It is a bit pricey but the Fungi pizza is by far the best mushroom pizza in town.

Busy place, best to get there earlier in the evening. My husband and I went for our 1 year wedding anniversary a few weeks ago. We spent exactly $60 on our meal: antipasti board (shared), margherita pizza (shared), the cheese dipping sauce (totally worth it), and a glass of wine for each of us, plus the tip. We were disappointed to not have the option of fresh-made pasta. All in all, it was delicious food, but considering we shared everything, $60 is a little steep.

This time it was late lunch. My companion wanted a glass of wine, but they did not stock that variety. The server promptly recommended a possible substitution; she was DELIGHTED with it.
We split the chef's special pizza concoction and were not disappointed.

I have to say I LOVE Farina! Gourmet pizza at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is hip yet laid back. I could feel comfortable in jeans and tshirt as well as a dress to go dancing later. All of the pizzas are excellent but I really like the fungi. Service is top notch here. Everyone who walks in is treated like an old friend. Highly recommend a stop or two (or 90) here!

Perhaps the best pizza in the southwest. One of thee best in the country, no kidding. Check the pictures others posted of pizza, it says it best. I couldn't take a picture, because ours was eaten so fast. Reminds me of the crust of pizzas I've had on the east side of Sicily. Beautiful modern decor, too. Not too stuffy, though, and in fact rather friendly. Funny, cool touch: When you order a Coke they ask if you want it n a bottle or in a can.

Would probably only be a 3- or 4-star place in another, bigger city, but it's pretty great for Albuquerque. What made the experience 5 stars for our large, picky group with lots of questions was our super-patient and informative waiter who I think was named Liam (or William, too noisy in the restaurant to hear well). It's been a long time since I've had a server who knew the menu so well or who was so enthusiastic about every aspect of the food and beverages being served. He answered all our questions, even things like 'what is every single vegetable in the chopped salad?' and got all our special orders right. This kid even knew the kind of vinegar on the chicken wings, which made the chef in our party very happy. Pizzas were good to great, and salad was big and hearty.

As a small business owner, I’m always looking for new places to take guests and colleagues. One of my clients is the sous chef at a fine restaurant up the road in Nob Hill and recommended this place (granted, the Montgomery location). Went after a family function downtown, and was greeted as cold as the weather outside. It was explained that I could not be seated until my entire party arrived. Which can be understandable on a busy Friday night, if said with warmth and care. It seemed as if I was a bother or a homeless gal who came in off the street. Wasn’t even offered a seat at the bar in the meantime. Luckily, my party was close behind.
I think the manager realized his tone and attempted to change it and make it a better experience.
I was already over it, and we were also really hungry. The food came out very slowly, slow enough that the table was offered a discount and desserts. The server was mildly attentive. I think this would have sufficed if the second pizza was not terribly burnt on the bottom. I felt as if I was eating char. By that point, was certainly not going to bother to send it back. The restaurant cleared out quickly indicating that it was not THAT busy for a Friday at 9PM. I think the late gestures were kind and appreciated, and unfortunately the tone was set when I walked in.
First impressions are crucial in a town where many restaurants don’t make it. With the variety of fire oven pizza available in town, I won’t go out of my way to patron this place with the unfriendly vibe that was established.
“Regulars” were greeted warmly and some left with hugs. It was an over-all average experience and, appreciate the effort.

Oh man did this hit the spot! I had Chad as a server/bartender and he was johnny on the spot with everything. Very attentive and detail oriented; even served the ginger beer the correct way for my wife.
The pizza-
We got half fungae and I forgot what she wanted for the other half but then we also got prosciutto on all of it. Wow! It wasn't cheap mushrooms nor was it just one type, I think there was 3 different types of mushroom and they were all very delicious especially with the prosciutto accompanying it. Her side was pretty good too.

Everything was amazing, the wine Periquita paired pefectly with the fungi pizza which is absolutely delicious. The salad a well crafted blend of taste & flavor and the canoli dessert is simply devine. Topped off with the latte stout for a perfect dinner. The best pizza is Albuquerque hands down!!!!! All of the pizza is amazing. The restaurant is small so I recommend going earlier or later than busy times! If youre living in Albuquerque or visiting you need to come to this restaurant.

Farina is one of my favorite pizza places. Their pizza is thin-crust and cooked in a high temp wood-fired oven. I don't really bother with anything other than the Margherita, since loading toppings on that style of pizza will quickly ruin the crust. I've also had the roasted olives (delicious) and a few different salads (always fresh, flavorful and well balanced). They have a solid, rotating selection of beer and wine, including some bottles that are well out of my price range, but manage to keep the menu very reasonably priced overall. Finish your meal with affogato if you're still hungry.

One of the better Napolitano style pizzas I have had here in Albuquerque. As a note, I basically compare all Napolitano style pizzas to Christopher Bianco's in downtown Phoenix, and I don't think this was comparable but it was a lot better than il Vicenzo in the Cottonwood Mall area, so take that however you would like 😄. The pizza was good, parking was pretty easy to find, and the people inside were pretty relaxed and easy going. Server forgot my beer, which was weird considering the place was less than packed. But aside from that little glitch, this place is worth a visit for sure.

If you like thin crust pizza, this is the place to go. Perfectly prepared pizza, very consitent quality. Also fantastic salads, good beer (usually 6 local beers from several breweries on tap) and wine selection. Our favorite is to share a margarita pizza with green Chile (usually nice amd toasty) and a chopped salad. Lots of fantastic specials, get the roasted pepper appetizer (summer only) amazing flavor (they only look hot). Changimg desert specjals as well.

First time at Farinas today with my work buds and it was........ So tasty!! Amazing!! We did half chicken salad and the chicken fell apart in your mouth (so good). We also had a half Veggie Salad and it was PERFECT! The pizza we had was Half Carni (meat) and half Formaggio (white sauce). Im definitely a meat lover type of gal but both pizzas were sooooo good!! I strongly suggest you have a slice or take your favorite person and split a pie! ($15-19 average price) Enjoy!!!

Ok so I just finished reviwing the one up in the hights and as I stated on that reviwe, these are two individual experiences. With this one having to be my personal favorite. It seems like no matter what time my wife and I have came here it is always busy and for good reason. The food is amazing. The environment is youthful and energetic (sometimes a bit loud) and it is located in the heart of our beautiful city. This unfortunately means that being downtown it is susceptible to the criminal aspect this part of the city can be overwhelming by at times BUT DON'T LEAVE yet because they got this covered with the nicest guy i have ever met who not only helps you park and watches over your car like a guardian angel but he dose it night after night freezing cold or burning hot with a smile on his face that has bought me back from the worst of days. Be sure to tip him as he is what keeps you safe to consume these delectable works of food music that await you day after day and night after night.

When I give a pizza place five stars, I mean it. I make my own pizza and have been honing my technique for years. This is what I want mine to be. It's real Naples-style, one-person pizza made in a 700-degree, wood-burning oven. I had the carne (meat) pizza with pepperoni, sausage and salami along with a caprese salad (with real mozzarella di bufala)and was in heaven. I tried the Margherita pizza, too, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere is very nuevo-hippy as you'd expect in Albequerque. This was our first meal after a long plane ride and before a long car ride to Santa Fe. The only downside (?) was that it wasn't open on Easter when we were headed back through town on our way to the airport to go home. :o(

Farina is the original of farina and farina alto in albuquerque. Farina is super tasty, but has a much smaller menu compared to alto. Furthermore, it's small and gets crowded fast. If you're craving pizza and dont mind the extra drive, I would recommend farina alto on Montgomery.
