We used Junk Kings to remove and dispose of our hot tub as well as a bunch of garage items. They were professional and easy. The employees had a great attitude and were pro-recycling what they could from our stuff. Price was fair and we would use them again.

The BEST! Highly recommend. I called for removal of a bunch of large cardboard boxes and they arrived withing 2 hours and everything was gone in less than 5 minutes. The gentleman from the company called me to let me know that they were 15 minutes from my house and also to make sure they had the right address. Once they got to my home they looked at everything I had to go and gave me my estimate as soon as I said yes they were on it and it took them no more than 10 minutes to load their truck up. Everyone was nice and very professional, I gave payment and he informed me my receipt would go to my email and he also rechecked to make sure it was the right one. I give them a 10 out of 10 and I will be using them again.

Junk King was remarkably easy to deal with. The appointment set up was professional, quick, and they had lots of flexibility in the appointments. The gentleman, Lance, who picked up my stuff was unrelentingly professional, kind, and patient. He called in a timely manner before he arrived and handled everything smoothly. The only drawback I found was that the removal cost was a little pricey but, in this case, you get what you pay for, it was worth every penny for the convenience and care I encountered.

The people who were supposed to take my furniture bailed the day I needed to move out of my apartment; obviously, not a great situation. I looked around for solutions and found Junk King. Literally less than 30 minutes after contacting them, all my furniture was gone. The people helping me were kind, professional, and quick. They were so positive and diligent, moving everything (couches, tables, mattresses, etc) and loading it into the truck, even though it was pouring outside. The price was incredibly fair. The service was AMAZING, especially considering how urgent and last minute my request was. I can’t recommend this company enough and am so happy I found them. Truly, life savers. Making the appointment was easy and the reminders were great. They showed up late (11-1 window and arrived about 120 ish). The quote was extremely high and I had to bargain and still think I paid a lot to have the branches removed. While the guys who came were nice, I expected them to clean up all the debris included what was left over (leaves etc) when I asked they did place it in a pile for me. In the future I will DEFINITELY ask for a quote (I even sent them pictures) and what that quote includes and anyone who uses them should as well! My branches are gone and it took all of 30 minutes and I still have to clean up the loose debris.

I mentioned on the phone that another service had not been able to help me because the items were too bulky and heavy, so to solve that problem junk king brought 5-7 guys to make sure they could get the job done! I answered some questions and was informed that a quote would be made on site and if I agreed, they would remove the waste at that time. Feels good to know things are responsibly disposed of and not tossed blindly into a landfill, not to mention that large garbage pick up can be unreliable here. Unfortunately not everything can be/should be donated, so this seemed to be the best solution. Great service if you can spare some cash but not the time!

Junk King was fantastic. I called early in the day and they were able to pick up my stuff that afternoon. Johnny and Parnell came in looked at everything I needed them to pick up and gave me a fair picked price. There was no pressure. Johnny took lead and coordinated removing everything. Called and spoke to John on a Thursday afternoon in the way home. We scheduled a pickup for Friday morning between 10 - 12 pm. I received a call from Keith at 9:15 am on Friday morning and they arrived at my home right at 10 am. Loaded everything my wife asked them do promptly and efficiently.
