My family and I were out and about in Hendersonville and my son spotted a truck at work nearby! He loves trucks so was immediately interested. The driver so kindly took time out of his day to notice my son! He waved at him, honked the horn, and even ran back to give him a small Waste Pro toy truck which he absolutely loved. This gesture really made our day - and the day of everyone who saw it!

I live at 175 Rebecca Dr Hendersonville. I always take the trash to the road to help the workers. I’m sick today so I didn’t get the trash to the road and these guys came to the back of the house to pick up the trash. I just want to let them know how grateful I am. 🙏🏻 Thank you! …

Andrew and Jose (#6347, route 683) are amazing! They are essential to our community and we are very thankful for them! Their job isn’t easy or glamorous but they always have a smile on their face. They do a great job, always friendly, and go the extra mile to acknowledge my kids who love to see them. I’ve talked to other neighbors about them and everyone’s response is always positive. I sure hope Waste Pro treats their employees well and lets them know how valued they are because they need to hold on to these great workers!

Jeremy and Alex have on more than one occasion walked up my steep driveway when I forgot to put my trash out, emptied my cans, and then returned them to my driveway. I feel like they go above and beyond! Today I rushed out to put the can by the road when I heard the truck because I forgot AGAIN, and they had already taken care of it for me and gave me a friendly wave. With 4 kids we make a lot of trash, so missing a trash pick up is a huge inconvenience for the whole week. Lol. Thankyou Jeremy and Alex for taking care of us!

Truck 686 Majeeda and Donald. What a great job you do for us each and every week! We have a number of elderly people in our neighborhood and they always bring our trash cans back up to our garage doors after they are emptied! What a pleasant team who go above and beyond for their clients! Thanks for all that you do!

I have been using various waste disposal companies and personnel for over 40 years and I’ve yet to have had the pleasure of meeting anybody that tops Andrew Patterson. (Route 683) He’s always friendly and professional. He and his co worker are proficient at what they do. They don’t make a whole bunch of noise and leave residual trash around my trash bin afterwards. In this day and age with so many employees functioning at half required performance (IMO) it’s a pleasure to see an individual with a great work ethic. Please pass on my gratitude to Andrew.

Waste Pro - Nashville provides the weekly trash service for my neighborhood and they're amazing! To be transparent, I've only been here a couple months as i'm in town taking care of my momma's house due to her passing. As a result, I've been going through her house trying to clean and organize which has resulted in a rather large number of bags being put out for collection. I've felt bad and have made it a point to apologize to the collectors as I don't want to be seen as the 'problem child' of their route. The two collectors I've dealt with most, Anthony Johnson and William Hayes, have been beyond amazing to interact with. They're always positive/friendly and have been understanding of my situation. They've offered their condolences and let me know they're happy to help however they can. I sincerely appreciate them and their willingness to assist during this difficult time and hope Waste Pro - Nashville knows how valuable these employees are! It may sound dumb but I look forward to seeing them every Friday as I know they're working hard to help keep the neighborhood clean.

These guys are always prompt and go the extra mile when it comes to disposal. We had some post-construction waste that was left behind and they picked it up for us. Also, our waste was missed on our weekly pickup and Fred got someone to come out and pick it up. Great response!!

We have been renting a trash can from waste pro for about a year now,and the back of the can cracked due to the HANDLING of the can,I have been trying to get this can replaced for over two months now the manager will not call me back,they guarantee replacing the can if something happens to it. I will not continue renting from them after this. Just wanted to take a moment to thank Mark O Brien he is the Division manager over Nashville,Yesterday after writing this review which I never do by the way he came out and brought us another trash can Mark is very courteous it was very much appreciated Mark!

Since my son became obsessed with garbage trucks, and the like, they have indulged him by waving, saying hi, showing him the working parts, even honking to make his day. Lets face it, waste removal is not considered a glamorous job. Its hot, cold and sometimes does not smell sweet. Doing a hard job with a smile, and a kind "good morning " is a pleasant surprise. Crew 686 has changed my opinion of WastePro. This crew is always prompt, they do their job well and are very polite. The previous crews would not get our garbage, would leave our cans in the street, and sometimes would not come behind the house if we were late getting cans out. Truck number 686, Majeeda and Donald are always courteous, and make sure to collect all trash and leave the trash can where it belongs. If I ever forget to take it to the street, they take it from the side of the house. Very pleased!

Curtis and his crew who pick up in the Maples are wonderful! My son loves the garbage truck and they are so nice to him when he goes out to watch! They are also very reliable and leave my trash can on the side of the driveway, upright and out of the way! Thanks guys!

I personally have nothing but great things to say, I’m a mother of four and honestly by the time dinner is done kids are fed bathed and in bed,,I’m tired!!! I forget to always take my trash to the end of my drive way... and to the trash guys “I’m sorry for the extra work’! Y’all are always going out of your way for me and my neighbors to come and get our cans and the manners are appreciated!!!!!! they are very fast and efficient at there jobs! My son and I always try to take them bottle waters and there all so kind to the kids encouraging school etc and that is things they don’t have to do!, but my son likes them and they started quickly asking about grades and encouraging him to do good! These are hard working people and they making life a little easier every Friday!

5 Stars for these hard working men and women! Rain or shine, hot or cold, late or early, they get the job done! I can’t thank them enough for walking up and down each of our driveways in order to conduct backdoor trash pickup. As a resident of Hendersonville, we should all be giving them a thumbs up when we see them. I understand that everything we need to get rid of can’t be picked up by WastePro, but that’s not their fault. That’s a city request that will need to be handled through them. Let’s all be thankful for the great people at WastePro!

As president of my condo homeowners association, I have been dealing with a horrible property management company. Our former waste management company decided to stop servicing condo properties but our management company was no help in finding a replacement. Waste Pro was suggested by a member of our board and I called them myself. Fred, of Waste Pro, was so friendly and did a site visit with me that very afternoon. He gave us a very good rate, agreed to furnish us with a better dumpster, and said he could begin service on 1 December. Our board consented and we have received our new dumpster this afternoon, which exceeded my expectations. Fred returned my initial call very quickly and has been very professional with us. So far, so good. We look forward to a good relationship with Waste Pro.
