Friendly staff, I called and they took me in a few hours earlier than my appointment time. And they were super helpful. I appreciate y’all’s reviews on how to get here. But the shipper said: *Exit #237 *Make a left on to Vandalia St *Make a left on to University Ave *Make a left on to Hampden Ave (by Purniture building/ Platform Apartments) *Make a left on to Myrtle Ave and check in at Building 9 and they’ll tell you where to go from there.

Called to confirm directions since St Paul is a pretty good size city. Guy I spoke with was friend and gave great directions as well as looked up my PO # to let me know what building to check in at. Shipping office people as well as a local driver where very polite, and friendly as well. The Loader had an attitude with me though. I learned they just did a shift change and he was outside smoking when they pulled him to load me. Easy to get to location harder to get back out on the main road doing prime hours.

Very nice peoples working to this facility. They unloaded me two days before my appointment. Also they let me park overnight . I have total respect for the peoples at this facility.

Was offloaded quickly even though there was another driver being offloaded first beside me and we arrived basically at the same time. The staff were friendly and they even swept out my trailer. At other recycling depots they leave it to the driver to sweep out and it's usually a huge mess Thanks guys!!!

Little confusing coming in at night, however I found where I needed to be after about 15 minutes. Check in was easy and the fella working their was detailed and friendly. Got loaded in under 30 minutes. Check out was simple and quick.

This is thee most outrageous circle of how did I get in here please help me out confusion for a day. I pray noone comes at night. Be patient. Don't be hungry or tired. Have a decent amount of clock hours [especially] hope like heck someone helps point you in the right direction to your dock after that its usual trucker business. Hurry up and wait. I was finally place at dock 3 the check in guy was pretty cool so that was a good thing.

Pretty good experience here. I called ahead to find out where I needed to go. The guy in the shipping office for bldg 132 seemed to be in a bit of a bad mood, or maybe that’s just how he is all the time. He seemed decent enough considering. Took about an hour to get loaded, scale on site does gross weight, not axles.

Loaded me extremely early...as in a day early. My appointment time was 2pm on Friday & was loaded Thursday nite at 10:30pm. I had to call the number in my load info to get direction help inside the plant & security was extremely courteous. The guy at the scale will do your weights for you & put out the teller tray each time he wants you to pull up.

Nice people; but drivers the entrance is likely to be closed at night, just use Hampden Ave Rd as the entrance in the night.

Good place to deliver. Scale in , give paperwork to scale attendant, go to appropriate door. They chock wheel place sign in front of truck, when finished unloading they remove wheel chock , sign, scale out get paperwork.

Security guard was extremely nice and helpful. I was scheduled for a 1800 live load Saturday night but I called around 1200 Saturday and provided my load number. Load was ready to be loaded, they told me to come on in. Took them less than an hour to get loaded. Best way to get to this place is University Ave to Hampden Ave. The gate on Vandalia st closest to University Ave is open 0530-1700 M-F, and from 0530 to 12 on weekends. The other gate on Vandalia closest to I-94 is closed ALL weekend.

You're loading paper enter between warehouses just north of Interstate 94 left on Wabash

Big place, if you're there to get loaded come in on Myrtle not Wabash and park past the docks, the office is just across from the scale, on the street side of the docks. If you're there with bales to unload, you're headed for a gate at the corner of wabash and raymond and then left along the building to an office just past the docks. They worked me in when my company sent me there for an appointment we couldn't make on time, and westrock let me park on premise when my 14 ran out without disturbing me at all. Nice folks. Loaded paper rolls, 43k balanced in the 5th hole just fine. No complaints.

Professional and respectful. Accepted us ahead of our appointment time. Very quick at getting us in a dock and back out on the road

Best way to get to the check in is go on university dr from i94 north, turn right on Hampton and first left will be myrtle. Go down and shipping office on the right.
