Super friendly staff. We were able to pull up to the front door and someone came out with and took 5 desktops and a laptop. Extremely fast. Will use in the future to dispose of PCs.

I dropped off a number of ballasts, a ceiling fan, an old VCR, and some random wire. The collection folks were very helpful and friendly and informed me that Ramsey Country residents can use the site free of charge!

This is a great idea and I'm sure they are doing good, but some of their employees are sketchy as they come. I was there today and was told it was $10 to drop off an led shop light. I went to my car to get the 10, and when I got back the employees said he almost called the cops on me, twice.

Tech Dump is great! An easy way to get rid of all the gadgets I don't need anymore. It's also a relief to know my personal information is safely removed from anything I donate. Their staff is informative and helpful, too.

Great place to get rid off computer equipment and electronics that absolutely should be recycled. For ezample, so many electronics items have lithium ion batteries that need to be removed. Some of these items (such as iPads,iPhones) are extremely difficult for the end user to open and these items should never be put into the garbage. Most items they will take for free and other items, such as speakers, they will charge a small amount.

The dropoff is marked but can be easy to miss. Go to the very back of the parking lot, there will be an open garage door there. Good location for the neighborhood, everyone's friendly.
