I could not be happier with Junk King! My family inherited a house that needed to be purged before putting it on the market--we needed to completely empty the house, basement, garage and large piles of miscellaneous debris throughout the yard and property. Junk King saved the day! They were able to start working the next day after their on-site estimate. The workers were prompt, professional, and very respectful. I marveled at how fast they worked, and they were able to take EVERYTHING (except for the hazardous materials that needed disposal at a proper waste site)! They even managed to remove and take things that were mounted to the walls, and heft an enormous fridge out of the basement and onto their truck. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with this crew! They also committed to their estimate and did not charge for the extra truck they needed to finish the job. And I am very impressed with their ethics--they recycle everything they can first before sorting the rest for repurposing. I highly recommend Junk King, and know I would not hesitate to use them again!

Just wanted to say I had a great experience with this company, I got multiple quotes from multiple companies and only one company came close to their pricing. Junk King was able to match their pricing plus save me an extra $2 dollars. For me even though it’s just two dollars it’s something that I respect because that is extremely competitive. I just wanted to say thank you to the two young gentleman that came by at 8 AM to pick up my two couches! I highly recommend this company if you have anything that needs removal!!!!

I'll start by saying I did not shop around on price. I had a pile of mixed yard waste I needed gone and I needed it gone ASAP. The Junk King guys got there the same day, quoted me a price, and did an excellent job clearing everything out. The crew was great and did a very professional job. Best-in-Class service.

I was so blown away by what they were able to accomplish in such a short period of time! They were right on time, very professional, and were able to work around me as I rushed to do my other move out tasks! When I called to ask about same day appointments, I was not expecting them to be able to make it work. The fact that they were able to send a team within a few hours honestly saved my move out process. I also was so impressed with how much they were able to haul away with my very limited budget. Moving is expensive and I didn't have a lot to spare for this, but they made every penny count. I will definitely be hiring them again the next time I need junk removal!! The 2 young gentleman were very polite, professional, and early for my appointment. They even called first to see if they could come early. They took a bed, speakers, an old printer, fluorescent light bulbs, a couple tvs, old car parts, and other things we wanted to get rid of. The only thing they told me they couldn't take is chemicals. Will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them!

Made an online appointment at about 2:45pm, Taylor with Junk King called me 5 minutes later saying he was in my area and could be there in 10 minutes. My loveseat was gone within an hour of making my appointment. The fee was reasonable, especially for such quick service. Would definitely recommend!

Junk king was a pleasure to work with. I was able to schedule an appointment with them online and they were able to come in 1days notice. They came on their scheduled time slot and walked through our house to see what needed to be thrown away. Based on our stuff they estimated 1/2 truck load and provided their price sheet. Our final bill was exactly what they showed on their price sheet. We were able to pay electronically on the spot and got the option for text or email receipt. The whole process from start to end was so easy and quick. Planning a move is stressful as it is but it was so relieving to know that I can throw away everything with them and not have to worry about sorting it out. Their website has an extensive list of everything they accept but we were able to throw away electronics, furniture, rugs, monitors, and whole lot of lose furniture pieces sitting in the garage. I highly recommend Junk King!

I found out the furniture I had recently bought didn't have a removal service, so I called Junk Kings and they were able to get to me within a day. They came with 2 trucks, quickly removed my sectional, a desk, TV, and an awkward shaped table. The two men were quick and professional. They actually were quite funny. I found Junk King via Thumbtack and sent an inquiry on June 22, 2022. I received an immediate response, and was able to set up an appt. for the crew to look at the project the next day. I received a nice confirmation email with the details. I was given a 20 minute arrival notice via text and phone call, the dispatcher also called me. Stellar communication all the way around. The crew of Hunter and Matt showed up on time and ready to work. Hunter and Matt were on site and dealt with the project, which was a very large large pile of brush/scrub trees/buckthorn that had been dug up by a bobcat (but not hauled away). They knew exactly what needed to be done, and had done countless other jobs of yard debris removal. This clean up took much longer than anticipated due to the foliage being twisted/buried under dirt/stuck under dirt, etc. I had no idea when I called for the removal that this pile of stuff would be such a nightmare to remove. Hunter and Matt worked hard for hours in the 90+ heat, they had to saw tree limbs, tug/pull the stuff, cut longer pieces, etc. They didn't know it would turn into such a project either, but really rolled with the turn of events so professionally. They kept a good sense of humor, gave me updates, asked about certain areas of the pile (i.e. what to cut, what to leave). This was an 'extreme' haul away in my opinion, and Junk King/Hunter & Matt executed this project to great satisfaction. There is a small pile of debris/shrubs/dirt, etc. that will need to be hauled away by a bobcat or burned on the spot. This stuff was not able to be dealt with due to being buried/stuck, etc. That's how bad this project was. I can't thank Hunter and Matt enough times for their hard work. Junk King's communication and outreach is top notch.

This was great. I pulled a bunch of plants from our yard, the trash company wouldn’t take them but Junk King did. It was easy, pretty inexpensive for what they did. My only note is that the call center rep drastically under-quoted my project. The team that came out and did the in person quote were very honest and upfront about the call centers doing that and how it doesn't help the teams out in the field. So if you get a quote from the call center rep know that it's probably low-balled a bit.

Great service, plan on using them in the future! We originally were thinking we would slowly get everything out after buying a house AS IS which means a lot of left over junk including hazardous waste, appliances and a random car tire. But calling junk king was the best thing we could have done. You have no idea how much space you have until it's completely gone in one shot and you didn't lift a finger. They called with a friendly voice stating their arrival time, gave us the estimate and quickly got all the junk out. Can I say freaky fast removal? Cause it was great. I wasn't feeling good so they kindly worked with my fiancé who knew what we needed gone (which was about 2/3 of their dump truck). Your time is money so save yourself, your body and your wasted time trying to find different places to get rid of things and just call them to get it done in one shot. I would recommend going their site and using their estimator tool which was very helpful. Thanks guys for being so flexible and nice, you don't see that all the time so keep it up!

They came within a half an hour, took off their shoes and moved very heavy king size mattress out and into the truck. They also took a large roll of carpet. I had called another local clean out company who also has a store because I wanted to make sure we weren't just throwing the stuff left in my parent's house into a landfill. That other company could not come out to my house for at least 2 weeks. So I called Junk King and chatted with Ed. He met me the next day at my mother's house. We walked through the house and showed him what needed to be cleaned out as we needed to get the house on the market. He was very polite. Said he could come back tomorrow to clean it out.... WOW.... the next day. Although were weren't quite ready , we were able to schedule him for a few days later. He arrived first thing in the morning with a crew of 6 people. we needed them to clean out the house, garage and some piles of brick, etc left over from a landscape project. The crew members came up to me, introduced themselves and shook my hand. VERY professional. They were in and out with in about 3 hours. His cost was pretty much the same of the other company. He was slightly higher but I had forgot to ask the other company if they could take the landscape bricks so I know the prices would have been almost exactly the same if I had mentioned that to the first company. I like that they are GREEN. and try not to put anything in a landfill unless it truly is garbage. I highly recommend Ed and his crew at Junk King. He was able to help us move on quickly to the next stage of getting my parents house on the market.

I found Junk King when searching for waste removal services on HomeAdvisor. Upon putting in my request I was promptly contacted by Junk King with a description of their services. My #1 concern was overall price. After calling multiple roll-off dumpster rental companies, I went to Junk King's website and used their online estimator tool to price out their services. I had to take into account the fact that Junk King will remove just about any material including appliances which many roll-off dumpster companies will not. I decided to give Junk King a try and scheduled an appointment. I was called the day of my appointment to see if I was willing to move it up since they were running ahead of schedule. Upon arrival to my house, I showed them the materials I wanted removed which I had stacked in a single location in my garage. Their quote ended up being less than any roll-off dumpster rental quote I received and was even less than what I received from their online estimator tool. They took all my items including some appliances, stereo equipment, and inoperable lawnmowers. I will definitely use them in the future.

The two guys who came to remove concrete were extremely friendly and polite. They arrived within the 2 hour window that was sent to my phone. They worked very hard in spite of the heavy work and took only short rest breaks (often times necessary to let the jack hammer cool down a bit). The final clean up of the area to remove small broken pieces of concrete was very satisfactory. Considering the amount of work done I consider the cost of my concrete removal a very good value and would use them again in the future.

EXCELLENT, COURTEOUS, THOROUGH SERVICE. The removal service was provided within a few hours of our request. The representatives listened carefully and took notes as we explained our needs. We were given an estimate before the work began, and as inevitably happens, we kept adding things to be taken away. Nevertheless, to our delight, we were charged less than we had been told, as the representative told us the items didn't fill the truck (although they came darn close). All team members were courteous and respectful of our property. The job was done much more quickly than we anticipated. It was a difficult job, done very very well.
