We were very impressed with the quick response to our online request for a quote. Everyone we talked to was helpful, friendly and professional. All of our questions were answered and concerns addressed. The team that came out to pick up our items kept us informed of their location and arrival, and were very flexible. They were also very friendly, efficient and CLEAN. It was quite impressive to watch them get our pile of junk packed into the truck in such a short amount of time! We had Junk Genuis remove 2 couches, chairs and ottomans. They were incredibly responsive. We were able to schedule removal service within 2 days. The removal team was great. Two lovely gentlemen who quickly removed the furniture. They efficiently dealt with the space constrictions of removing a furniture set from the basement family room of a 1942 house (narrow stairway). We also chose Junk Genius because they recyle the goods they remove and work with local charitable organizations. We'll definitely use again. Thank you!

Wonderful service and super convenient. They brought their truck to our place, we pointed at the stuff we wanted taken away, they gave us a quote, we agreed to it, and in 20 minutes they loaded everything themselves and were gone. Far more convenient than spending half a day going to the dump ourselves or having a dumpster sit in front of our house. The pricing was also very competitive and in our case probably a little cheaper than other places that I feel charge alot more than junk genius for the miscellaneous items such as couches, tv, etc.

Really we forgot to give them the exact amount and messaged them to give them the two dollars plus a tip, but they told us we were good. This was incredibly kind of them. The recycling and donating aspect of the service is was also really important to us, as we didn't want to contribute to needless waste. Mike responds quickly to get appointments scheduled and they offer pretty accurate estimates ahead as long as you're giving accurate details about what you need picked up. And in my opinion, they have fair rates. Each time they have come out they're professional, friendly, quick and on-time. They give a 15-30 minute notice when they're on the way which is very helpful.

Junk Genius is able to quote prices and set appointments by text which is a major plus. When they arrived they were professional and quick; they even had an electric saw to cut up a box frame that wouldn’t fit up the steps. We’re moving and had already packed our tools so we couldn’t take the railing off. Them having the tools on hand to deal with the unexpected was also a major plus and the price was great too: less than $700 for three quarters of their truck space. I was going to get a bagster, but Waste Management couldn’t guarantee pickup on the same day and they won’t take a lot of things that need recycling, Junk Genius did both those things for just a little more without requiring items be placed outside for haul away; just point to what you want gone and they take it no matter where it is in the house.
