I requested a quote from Aspen for a restaurant I'm in the process of opening and even though they couldn't give us service the team member (I wish I could remember his name) called me, patiently explained how waste services work and have me recommendations for other companies. He definitely went above and beyond and was informative and professional.

Timely pick-up, easy to schedule. Just make sure that you ask what the Total charge for pick-up is. I had a box spring picked up, and I was quoted $60.00 plus tax. I did not ask what the complete total was including the tax, nor was I told what the full total was. The total charge was $104.42. Just make sure to ask for the full price at time of scheduling so you aren't confused about the amount afterwards.

As a small business owner, I appreciate that Aspen Waste always has my back. My questions and requests have always been addressed promptly and efficiently. Most recently, my pad lock was left unlocked and went missing. I called to request a new lock be dropped off next time they pick up. Instead, they said they would drop it off the very next day. EXCELLENT customer service.

Absolutely incredible customer service! John H. from Des Moines went above and beyond for us!! He personally drove to our office since we were setting up service from our headquarters which is out of state to find out where the best placement of our dumpster would be. We are so impressed and would recommend this company to anyone!

When moving to Richfield, I contacted all the trash companies to compare prices. Aspen was the cheapest at $21.43 / month for a 96 gallon cart (garbage and recycling). I have been very pleased so far. I decided to write this review because I forgot to put my garbage can out this morning, and the garbage man saw it by my garage, grabbed it, and dumped it in the truck anyway. That is great service! Also, I noticed others complained about early morning noise. I have not experienced this.

Our Aspen man never disappoints. On multiple occasions when we forget to put the trash to the curb, he has grabbed and emptied it for us. I have also seen other Aspen men do the same for others as I'm out and about. The customer service of their men is top notch and so far (2 years with them) we have had no issues with management and actually found them helpful when making decisions about our yard waste management. I highly recommend Aspen!

I've had Aspen for about 9 months now. When I first moved to Richfield I made the mistake of going with someone cheaper, but learned quick! Aspen has never missed a pickup for garbage, recycling, or yard waste.

These guys are honest and friendly. We've used them for 10+ yrs for garbage. The 6yrs with Waste Management for recycling has been a nightmare. Apen is small, locally owned and reasonably priced. Just spent 30 minutes trying to cancel WM service only to find out I have to send a certified letter to cancel service. Decided to make a change to Aspen Waste service immediately after WM call, I'm done in 3 minutes.

Our garbage and recycle is always taken on time. The office personnel are very friendly and take care of any problems that might arise. We had extensive construction all summer and when they couldn’t access our street they would walk up a block to take our garage and recycle, then return the cans. They even replaced our garbage and recycle cans when they were full of mud and dirt with brand new ones without us asking. This week, just after Thanksgiving that we hosted, we forgot to take our cans down and they took care of it no extra charge. We have had nothing, but great experiences with them. They do come early, so garbage has to be out the night before.

They always answer my calls, they go the extra mile to work with scheduling conflicts, and they are reliable. Every service like this has some breakdowns and delays, but their drivers are good people and they work long hours to get to everyone, even on bad weather days in the winter. So much better than Waste Management, in every way. 5 stars!!!

I love this company. Their rates are reasonable, and their operators have been amazing. I am notorious for forgetting to bring my can to the curb. By all rights they should just pass me by. The trash guys always still come and get it and I love them for it.
