A1 appliances is a great small business. It is a business built on godly principles. It's located right next to the train tracks and it's dirty in that old building, but I don't care about that! A1 appliances is a business ministry and we need more of that! I pray for continued business success for A1! And I will definitely be back.

Top Notch customer service! I called looking for guidance since I'm in St. Cloud and wanted a place that sells refurbished refrigerators. Ashley was super helpful! She not only let me know that they deliver even to St. Cloud, the also offered and texted me pictures of the current refrigerators they had along with specs! I appreciated this so much! AMAZING customer service. We looking for a fridge and the size we needed was not the average size. I asked sooo...many questions. Went back a few different times still unable to make a purchase due to life just happening and not slowing down. Ashley went above and beyond. She was so incredibly patient with me, she also measured each fridge that her and I thought even looked close and when we found a couple that we thought would work that poor girl even put up with us coming in a couple more times. She is really good at her job and after working with me being so indecive along with not being around for days due to uncontrollable circumstances she still understood. This would not have been our first purchase through A1+. However, I do have to say if or when we ever have a need to go back, Ashley is the person we will always be asking for. We will also be recommending her highly to anyone we know that is looking for a used appliance. Thank you again Ashley.....there should be more people out there like you these days!

Last March I purchased a washer and dryer for my home. I have been very happy with those two units! This month I purchased another washer and dryer, plus stove and refrigerator for a rental unit. I did all of this over the phone with the help of Amber, one of A1's amazing sales reps. The items arrived in beautiful condition as refurbished items and the price was less than what I would pay shopping on marketplace. The two delivery men were cheerful and ambitious, removing the old appliances (at NO CHARGE) and bringing in the new. Everything was done timely and in a very professional manner. Every encounter I have had with A1, from front desk to service reps, has been positive. I highly highly recommend A1!!

We bought a used double oven stove in January for 1/2 the price of new.. In one month, 2 burners died and the lower oven wasn't working. I made one phone call and they had someone out to repair it in 2 days. Awesome customer service and they really do stand behind their warranty. We're going to buy a refrigerator from them soon with no hesitation.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to pick out appliances for 2 full rental units in about an hour which was awesome! All appliances were used, but in very good condition which was exactly what I was looking for when renovating a duplex to attract a quality tenant. The pricing allowed me to get the appliances for craigslist type pricing without the hassle of spending all my time running all over the place and they warranty them to.

I purchased a "new" washer and dryer last summer. The service was quick and easy. Delivery was too but noticed an extra dent on the top of the dryer. We called and they replaced the top portion of the dryer that was dented, now it's like new again. Good price and customer service. They corrected the problem.

Customer Service is sketchy. Nice in store, nice over phone, but is bad at calling back or being on time to appts. First thing, go into the store and pick something out specific to be sure you get the right product. Everything is of course used, scratch dent, etc... but for the selection its actually very fairly priced. We got an LG Tromm Washer and dryer unit for like $550 total with 10% off. So for less than $500 we walked away with an amazing deal. Although the sensor kept going out on the washer, they were able to arrive next day and repair ir. on the third time they are replacing the whole washer. Delivery and install. Customer service is great.

Staff was friendly and knowledgable. The location was not a show room like you see at Best Buy or other big box stores, but was clean and orgnaized. I bought a gas stove and had a little bit of a problem with the delivery as I could not take time off. But hey, delivery is free and the stove was priced VERY well. After installing the stove, it worked perfect but after pushing it into place, one of the ignitors did not work. They came out less then 24 hours after the call to repair it under warranty. Overall, I would purchase from them again.

The guys just left after delivering, and I have never seen a better working pair of men! They communicated clearly with each other which resulted in them being careful in the house. No dings or scuffs anywhere, even though they had to fit a large fridge in and out of our TINY entryway. The customer service was great from when we first walked into the shop all the way until the guys left our house. We will absolutely be coming back and will recommend their services to anyone who asks.

We bought a fridge from A1. We lived just at the cusp of their free delivery radius. They delivered and turned out the fridge was broken. They sent a maintenance man out to repair and he couldn't fix it so they took it back and gave us a spare until the shop could fix it. They returned ours and within days it was broken again. We had bought a lemon. They stood by their warranty and gave us a newer model of the fridge we had purchased. These people are amazing and will make any mistake right.

Bought a great fridge, and had them haul away the old AVOCADO colored fridge. We waited until after our work day to plug it in and check it out -- only to find out the door doesn't even SEAL. Our last fridge might have been old, but at least the door kept the cold in. The reason we replaced the last on one is more of a power suck than the last one. Now we need to take MORE time off of work, to have it fixed and/or replaced. UPDATE: After a bit of run around on the fridge, and getting mixed messages on getting a repair (one said we were not eligible because we didn’t buy the silver repair warranty), we did get someone out to look at the fridge for free. The delivery people never finished fully installing the shelves, and therefore the door had an interference with closing. Easiest repair call. The fridge continues to work great several months later, but the service we received was atrocious. We’ll not be returning to this store.

I bought a nice stackable washer dryer set from A1, I was very happy with them, but for some reason I went to Optimum Appliance in Ramsey, MN and bought a regular washer to use as a 2nd machine to wash really dirty clothes. we brought it home and it did not work properly. after many calls in 3 days to no avail, they never came to get it and exchange it for another washer as promised on the phone. I called 10 times they wanted to argue instead of treating me like a customer. we had to bring it back, to there new location in Big Lake. they moved in the 5 days we had the washer. we went up and brought back the washer ourselves and brought home another lemon washer that did not work. A1 is working with me about my washer that they DID NOT SELL ME. A1 is true Christians, and care about people.

Bought a washer / dryer and a fridge from them. Sales staff was helpful, delivery guys were great. There were a couple of small problems, they did everything they promised and on time. Even repair guys were on time and very polite. I would go here again. PS NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE SHADETREE APPLIANCE.

Called to find a 24" apartment gas stove to save money vs. new for a property management client. A1 found a rehabbed one and delivered it in like new condition for a total of $250 plus tax. The office communication could be more organized, but if you are looking to save money for rental property appliances--they are a good option.

Fair prices and phenomenal service!! I have bought all my recent major appliances from Ashley at A1 in the last few years. Recently I had an issue with a Kenmore dryer I purchased over a year ago, went into the store expecting to have to buy a new one. Ashley suggested I use they're $169.00 repair service. WHAT A DEAL!! Andre came out 4 times to try and fix the dryer (turned out to be an issue in my breaker box) even threw a lot of new parts in it, and brought it back to their shop for testing, all for $169.00!! He was extremely friendly and helpful, I have definitely recommended A1 to all my friends and family!! Thank you guys!!
