I have been visiting Industrial for at least 20 years and have never had a negative experience. If you are kind to the workers who weigh your aluminum cans they are personable and polite. The cashier also is efficient and smiling. Fair prices.

We have had a very positive experience with this company. Michelle was very competent and friendly to work with throughout. We found the estimate and length of time renting a dumpster to be very fair, and better than other competitors. When we had asked for a small extension due to some variables with our remodeling project, they were very flexible. We rented a dumpster for whole house clean out - Michelle was very helpful in determining what size we would need. Set up date for delivery - and it was dropped off a day early. Called for pickup - and it was gone by 8am the day we agreed on. Don't ever want to have to do this again - but if we do, IR will get my business.

Been going here for a few years because of convenient location. They pay 2 different prices on copper (Cu). #1 is pure, shiny, like a freshly minted penny, & #2 is about a third the rate of #1 such as wires from motor armatures because of the varnish. If you burn off the insulation on Cu wire the guy tells me it's #2.

You have to ask the yard guy before you drop your load. The steel price changes depending on the size of the load. Also they stop giving a bonus for cast iron. I brought in a steel trailer and got less per pound because they said they have to cut it up before they can sell it. There are no signs posted that they are going to take less for certain items. I lost $45 today. I would have gone some where else for $45.
