The owner, who I had the pleasure to chat with (super nice guy!), went above and beyond to help me (I have a hectic. crazy schedule) and to get my job taken care of. I had a refrigerator not in use that I my Granddaughter ask if she could have. I had used Clean Slate before for a furniture swap between my daughter and myself. The guys were so courteous and careful with the items I immediately thought of this company to move the refrigerator. They showed up on time. We’re very polite, they themselves were cleanly dressed and knowledgeable. Both knew their instructions for pick and delivery. Loaded the refrigerator with care, strapped it so it could not move in the truck. Much care was taken to not damage the refrigerator. Making arrangements for this move was easy with Aaron who is great to work with. This is. 5 star group. Will use them if the need arises. Will also recommend them to everybody I can. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Clean Slate. We moved from a 3900 sqft house to a 3400 sqft house and the guys that moved us (John, Kobe, Dylan, Eshon and Noah) were awesome! They all had a positive attitude the entire time and were extremely hard working. They arrived on time and finished way faster then I thought it would take and took special care of all of our things. Despite the big job, they all continued to work hard with a great attitude to the very end. We have use Clean Slate a total of 3 times now and they never disappoint! We needed to find a place quickly to get rid of some large items that she didn’t want to take to her new home. I'm so glad I used Clean Slate Junk removal! I had a large, full size fridge in the basement. Everything from the initial call to the removal on the agreed upon day/time was super easy and professional! The fridge was heavy and had to go up a flight of stairs but they easily removed this with absolutely no damage to floors or the wall. It was a breeze to set up and I wish I called them sooner! I will definitely be using them in the future for more junk removal.

The gentlemen who arrived were polite, professional and engaging, complying to Covid guidelines. They removed several pieces of furniture that included a treadmill from my basement and super heavy sleeper sofa from my second floor. If I could I would give them a 10 stars out of 5. I suddenly sold my condo right after Thanksgiving and had to move everything out by December 5th. I did not know how I could accomplish this task, it being the holiday season. But the good people of Clean Slate found a way to add me into their busy schedule. They came on December 2 nd with 2 crews and had me completely out in a matter of hours - from the 11 th floor !!! They came punctually and were very professional. Never had such a smooth move! No walls, door jambs,doors or elevator parts were even slightly touched or damaged! They helped me move everything including waste materials such as old paint! They even helped carry things to my car which I wanted to keep. The. Best. Ever !

Pick up was scheduled Wednesday morning. Tuesday night I get a text saying “we can do this evening” which was nice but also threw off my plans which were busy due to moving. So I adjusted only to eventually find out they can’t make it and it’s Rescheduled again to the original Wednesday morning. I sent pictures of the items and they deemed a 24 ft box truck to be big enough. The drivers arrived with a 14 foot and couldn’t fit everything. Drivers/loaders did a perfectly fine job but the management had some issues. Update: Offered to rectify the problem and make another trip to pick up what was left behind.
