If I had the option to leave 10 stars, I absolutely would!! Booking a pickup was super easy through the website, and my mattress was out within 60 seconds - no lie! I actually wish I had more junk for Josh to haul away, as he's a fantastic, friendly and upstanding business owner. The whole process couldn't have been easier, and I appreciated the heads-up call beforehand (and most importantly, the timely arrival). Josh and the Sleep Well team know what they're doing. Don't hesitate to book them for your mattress/junk hauling needs!!

Excellent, very courteous communication throughout the whole process! This is a relatively new business that is focused on recycling and keeping items out of the waste stream. Was pleased to know that my used bedding would a part of that focus. I thought the price for pick up was a bit high (especially for senior citizens) but I had no other transportation for my items. Highly recommend.

We sent an email to set up an appointment to drop off our old mattress. They were very timely in their email responses and someone was there and ready to help us when we arrived. It was a bit cheaper than it is to drop a mattress of the same size off at the dump and we felt much better knowing that it would be recycled.

I tried to give away a box spring set on Front Porch Forum. I called ReStore. No one wanted my box spring. I googled, how to dispose of mattress. I got an article from Burlington Free Press describing the services of Sleep Well Recycling and knew these were the people I needed to contact. I went to the website and made an appt. for the next morning. I received a call in the morning from Josh to confirm the details. Josh and a helper came promptly and loaded the box spring on their truck with a smile. They were also able to take some electronics and larger batteries that I had planned to take to CSWD. I am so happy to have these items taken away for a reasonable price! And, knowing they won't just go to a landfill but will be disposed of properly makes me happy, too.
