Paul Pantano is a real gun slinger, he was able to secure the deal with another realtor, on a property with a lot of interest, and multiple offers. Due to his experience and connections, we were able to purchase the property for a very reasonable price. Didn’t have to go through the expense and drama of a bidding war. Erik Bashford is great!!! Don’t hesitate to buy your home and ask him for help finding a good place where you and your family are going to feel happy and comfortable. He cares about his clients and even after the home is sold he will help with any issues that come up. When me and my husband first started looking for a home we didn’t know anything about the process and what areas we should be looking in and Erik took the time to educate us and he didn’t stop until we found a home where we felt happy with our purchase. After the purchase, we had some issues with the home because it was vacant for a while and he was able to help at no cost. His goal is to make sure every client is satisfied with their home! You will not regret doing business with Erik.
