Madeline was our sales agent who professionally navigated us through the sale process and made the whole process less stressful. Madeline supervised the staging before going on the market, conducted 2 open houses, and all that hard work paid off with the house going under contract for the anticipated price in less than an average time in Delaware. Madeline is an extraordinarily good realtor. Bottom line, she sold our house is Trolley Squre three days before it went on the market, for full price, for cash. Awesome! That’s because she knows her business, she dots all the i’s and crosses her t’s and she has everyone, including us, the owners, do our jobs perfectly in the days and weeks leading up to sale.. (Never worked so hard in my life!) she’s organized, hard-working and energetic. She knows what needs to be done and does it. Selling a house is never fun. But Madeline is the person you want to have as the caption of your ship.

Moving back to our hometown in Wilmington DE we had a lot of friends and family in realty who wanted to help us, but we knew we needed someone with a good reputation who knew their stuff. We sold our previous home in one day and needed to find something fast. Madeline was recommended to us by the agent we used to buy and then sell our previous home in a different area, who we held in high regard and who we knew would make sure we were put into good hands. Madeline surpassed our expectations and then some. She spoke with us on the phone the same night we were introduced to her via email to go over our "must haves", etc. She got us in to see all the homes on our list that same weekend. We liked that she removed some of the homes from that list she knew we would not like, based on her experience, so that we did not waste our time.
