So grateful that we found Professional Home Buyers. After signing a contract to purchase a home in Florida, we called Professional Home Buyers. They came over the next day and we signed a contract. They made a fair offer and all was good. Sadly days before the sale, my husband had a major heart event that kept him in the ICU for 3 weeks, with months of medical rehab. PHB extended our contract and let us rent back. PHB sent a notary to the hospital so my husband could sign the final sale papers. During this process our sewer collapsed. PHB repaired the sewer so we were able to live in the house while my husband recovered. Thank you to Professional Home Buyers and Tina, who made our Florida move possible.
