Ben was great to work with. I work 12hr shifts and I was not able to see properties at a normal hour, but that didn’t stop Ben from making it happen. He worked with my crazy schedule. I also let him know what I wanted, and I knew going in i would find a house with everything. My top 3 importance were a safe neighborhood, move in ready and a fenced backyard for my dogs, Ben was able to find that for me. I would send him a list of 10 properties and he would tell me yes or no on the houses. I had other wants but I came in open minded.
