I found two companies registered in BBB. Bay Property Management Group and the other. I tried to contact the latter company first from its web site and email on the web site. There was no response. Then I contacted the Bay Property. I met Wynn Geis. He explained all processes of renting my house. By the way, this is my first experience to do it. He did a very good presentation and conversation with us. I had decided to go with him. It was a bit of out of season for renting an apartment. However, he and his team did a good job to contract with a client.

I have been told though that the day-to-day management of my property will be with someone else so i'll circle back to this review if the quality of service changes. its been my experience the frontdoor staff are usually stellar compared to backroom staff ** Update 9/11 ** After working with Griffin, i was routed to 2 back office folks to handle finding me a tenant & day-to-day property management stuff. Tiffany Thomas, was steller in helping find a new tenant, with weekly communication of the status, ways to improve the listing that got me rented in about 2-3 weeks. The property management side of the house was a train wreck. Rosalin Rangel is the WORST property manager i've ever experience. - No communication on things i should be aware of as a new customer. - Getting her on the phone was a trial and a half, and when i did get her on the phone she never knew who i was, what property i was with and if she was managing it even though we had communicated on email - It is because of her offboarding my old tenant and onboarding the new one was such a headache - deducting 1 start due to this experience alone. She was later replaced by Nelson Oliquino, who has been great with communication. i'm cautiously optimistic that things will get better

Bay Property Management Group via its agent, Sean Donohue, rented my townhouse within three weeks even though we started during the July4th weekend when there was not much activity. I got a weekly summary of leads, visits, and so on so I was kept well up-to-date on the progress of the rental. He moved the prospective tenants through the paperwork and quickly sealed the deal. The tenants have already moved in. Therefore I recommend Bay Management if you need a company to help you with renting your property.

Bay Management took over as property manager for the home I rent in Columbus Heights DC. I must say it's been a relief, the previous company the owner had was impossible to get in touch with! Bay Management has been very responsive. The old company also took forever to come look at the heater in my house, which was infuriating given how cold it's been recently.
