My husband and I first met Melanie back in 2008 when we purchased our first home. When we were looking at selling that home, she was there and willing to get us top dollar in 2018. My agent Nate Priest accomplished the impossible: 1) Helped me sell my home located in a not-so-good neighborhood 2) While I'm away traveling for my job. He was flexible around my quirky schedule willing to communicate over phone, text and emails. He found multiple potential buyers and got valuable feedback from buyers on what they thought about my house and neighborhood. From that feedback he suggested some minor changes that resulted in the sale of my house. I really appreciated how he also has reliable contacts with moving and storage companies so I didn't have to spend time on that and focus on my my job. He made the process so easy that I only had to come back to town once and that was to sign closing paperwork. Nate is the definition of an agent: He worked for me in my absence. I highly recommend Nate as an agent.

This was the first time we purchased a home using a agent/broker vs. buying directly from a owner. We had the pleasure to work with Kris Weaver directly as our agent/broker and he is a top notch guy to work with. He is very experienced and knowledgeable of the local area & market conditions. Has a serious passion for what he does and truly listens to his clients wants and needs. We had been browsing around for a while and considering buying a new home for some time now, we looked at a few properties that came available, but didn’t care for the few we had seen. Kris made a recommendation for a property that came to market that we didn’t even have our eyes on. He encouraged us to “just go check it out.” So we did, and needless to say we fell in LOVE with it right away!!! It was as if he knew that was “the one” for us. We left there that day and said let’s do it! Let’s put an offer in and see what happens. Kris got the offer in that evening. I was impressed at how fast and efficient it was. As most people are aware the market right now is on fire for sellers, we knew it might be a long shot that the sellers would accept our offer, BUT thank goodness for Kris’ negotiation skills and real estate sales strategy, because the sellers accepted our offer out of 6 other ones!! I have to also note, that our offer was not the highest out of the 6 either. Clearly the strategy worked. We feel very blessed and fortunate to of had him and his team on our side, especially during these times in the market.
