We stayed at the Bahama Breeze for 7 days. We had 7 people in our group (including 3 children and a baby). The condo had plenty of space for everyone. Came with linens and toilet paper but we needed to go by laundry soap (facilities on site), dish soap, paper towels, and all toiletries. Beach was located across the street (5 minute walk) but you have to cross a pretty busy 4 lane street. The beach was very nice and not as crowded as the main strip of VB. The Wyndham is across the street as well so we used the beach shower there and then rinsed off with the garden hose once we got back to the condo. We were traveling with 8 month old and temp were in the 90s so my mom often sat at the Wyndham and watched the older kids from a distance. All and all we enjoyed the condo very much. The price was right and it had the amenities and space that we needed with 4 small children. The condo does need updating (reminded me of college rental houses). We bought all our beach toys at the Dollar General (5 min drive) and umbrella for $10 at Walmart (5 min drive). I recommend this condo for large families and families with children! You get the bang! for your buck! I would return if we visit Virginia Beach again. #SawDolphins #FoundSeaShells

I had a property manager from Anchor Realty Group for the last month of my lease in Newport News. When I was moving out, I never heard from the manager once unless I initiated the conversation (i.e.- when/ how to return the keys and when to do the walk through etc). Besides that, though, it took the manager 45 days on the dot, to return my security deposit to me. I contacted him about it two weeks after moving out, because I hadn't heard a single word about how the walk through went and why I wasn't getting my money back. After several text messages, all of which I got no response, I finally had to call him, which was when I was told the walk through was fine and I could expect all my money back. He let me know, though, that per VA rental laws, he had 45 days to get my deposit back. Ok, fine. A month goes by, and I just want to check in and see how it's coming along, because I didn't want him to forget about me. He said ok, he'd work on it that week. Finally, the next week, after hearing and receiving nothing, I remind him that the holiday weekend is days away, and the 45 day extension would be up the day after the holiday. A couple hours later he responded that he just submitted the check request and finally asked for my forwarding address. Overall he didn't technically do anything wrong, but it was like pulling teeth to get my simple security deposit back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your rental property. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our whole party with space to play cards, watch TV, or just relax. Although we would have liked a better equipped kitchen (hand mixer, coffee maker, etc.) we made it work and enjoyed many meals right there in our "home". It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, the Naval Memorial, and shopping. We will definitely keep you in mind for our next visit to Virginia Beach. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at the 111 Oasis. Was clean and had everything that we needed for cooking our own meals. The 5 burner gas stove and gas grill outside was amazing. The place was beautifully updated and furnished. Hope the owner will consider replacing some of the mattresses and maybe provide a blower to clean the leaves off the deck. It was somewhat bothersome to have to sweep the deck every day. The fenced-in yard was great for the dog. It was a nice short walk to the beach but I would like to warn everyone who reads this to keep your shoes on while walking in the hot sand. We had to have my sister-in-law rescued off of the beach because she got severe 3rd degree burns on her feet and had to spend three days in the burn unit at Norfolk general hospital. The Virginia Beach EMS and fire department Rescuers were wonderful. Please take this warning seriously! All in all we absolutely loved the town home and had the pleasure of meeting the owner who resides in the front of the building. We hope to return for another vacation in the future.

Anchor Realty has been my property manager since 2019, and I could not have been happier about making the choice to make them my property manager in Norfolk, Virginia. I rented a home near the Beach from Anchor Realty for a family reunion last month. All the information provided from Anchor was exact and helpful leading up to the very pleasant week we all spent in Virginia Beach. The home was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed to enjoy the area. The spaciousness of the house was appreciated for rainy days spent indoors with the grandchildren, and the two levels of air conditioning (on the first and second floors) were lifesavers on the hot sunny days and humid nights. I particularly appreciated the kitchen which was equipped with everything I needed as a cook. The suggestions I have for small improvements to the house will be directed specifically to the home owner.

We loved this rental! This was our second family vacation in Virginia Beach in as many years, and Neptune's Nook was by far the winner of the two places we've stayed! The location is amazing - steps away from the beach, from shopping and dining, and from the local grocery store. It's about a 15 minute walk from the pier, or if you have bikes, about a 5 minute ride. The unit is spotless and spacious, and extremely well-equipped. We especially loved the garage for storing our bikes and fishing and beach gear (though there is lots of beach gear there available for use!). We also loved the decks and spent a lot of time on the deck off the kitchen. The upstairs laundry was great, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. This place really felt like home and after two weeks it was hard to leave! We had 4 adults and two kids in the unit and we never felt on top of one another. I highly recommend it!!

Staying in the Pelican's Perch was perfect for our family of 6. And the partial rental option fit our schedule to a tee. The location was great and the short walk to the beach was nice. The condo was in good shape and had everything we needed. I would suggest updated pictures as your website description states one queen and two doubles to sleep six but the pictures show four doubles. We appreciated the linen services for our stay. I had brought some extra sheets just in case the website pics were accurate and was pleasantly surprised that both couches have pull out beds. Therefore, each of our kids had a bed to themselves. Having all the extra pillows and blankets was a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again. Nice decor and the pool was an added benefit. Thank you.

Our stay at the Virginia Beach Condo was wonderful. The weather was perfect and the access to the beach was just seconds away. The parking was convenient to the condo and we were pleased that we could just leave our cars during the week and walk to everywhere we wanted to go, from coffee in the morning to brunch a little later, to just about any cuisine for supper, even a super market just blocks away, as well as great activities around the corner for our children, and let's not forget great shopping!! The condo itself was beautifully decorated, with three great bedrooms, large living room adjacent to an open kitchen/bar area, and two great size full bathrooms, along with a nice spacious deck/patio. We definitely felt "right at home". The apartment complex was very quiet and peaceful during the week/weekend. Seemed like we were the only ones there!! We would love to return to this condo in the future and will definitely recommend it to our friends in Richmond, Virginia.

We had a wonderful time in Virginia Beach. The home is absolutely lovely and very comfortable. We went with my son and daughter-in-law and two grandsons. Everything in the home is as shown and stated. The home was very clean and well cared for. The boys loved the beach, going to the boardwalk and watching the jets from nearby Camp Pendleton. Having the outside shower was great to wash off from the beach which was a short walk. Loved having coffee in the morning on the balcony and the views from the rooftop were amazing. We could not have been happier and will definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us and the pool was nice too...the only thing that would have made it better would be an area to actually get all of the sand off of us after being at the beach all day. The "shower" was located in sand/dirt so everyone's feet were still dirty making the pool very sandy. But overall our stay was amazing. The beach is a short walk away and was very nice and not too crowded. We rented corn hole boards and had tournaments everyday with our family and even some of our neighbors. Everyone at Anchor Realty was very kind and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again, even my kids made comments about how much they liked the condo.

This was our second consecutive summer at this property. We love the location, and my mother appreciated having access to an elevator. Ample room for folks to relax and close to all things Virginia Beach. Croatan Beach, just 1 block away is awesome and not particularly crowded. The rental has all the beach stuff you need in the garage and that is a huge bonus. Didn't give 5 stars this time because we did notice that things are a bit dated in the home and could use a refresh. It's annoying that the trashcan in the kitchen area doesn't have a lid. That's a $20 fix. That said, it was a great week and the property is a really solid option.

The unit was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and two dogs. A wonderful time was had by all. We had a minor issue with the gas grill that was quickly rectified. Very satisfied with the service Anchor Realty rendered during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this location or any of the locations managed by them.

Amazing family vacation. Wish we could of stayed longer. I would highly recommend staying at this location. My husband, I and our four children loved it. We had lots of room and it didn't feel like we were on top of each other.I will not rent another hotel ever again. I absolutely loved the kitchen, sun room and the large bathtub. Having a washer and dryer is another major plus very convenient especially with having children. Stayed at this apartment with my boyfriend for a week. Upon arriving, the one AC was very very loud. Turns out there is another AC unit in the apartment to replace the noisy one. We left the noisy one on because it kept the room much cooler than the replacement. The pillows on the bed had weird stains- did not use. Dresser drawers had human and dog hair throughout. The kitchen sink even had human hair on it by the faucet. The apartment supposedly gets cleaned by a service. The inside of the mirror above the bathroom sink also had hair all on the shelves. We were very disappointed that there was no DVD player or outside grill(we were told there was a dcd player and grill). Our wifi did not work for the first 2.5 days of our stay until we called the realty company who sorted it out for us. We had to re-wash several kitchen utensils due to dried particles of food stuck on them. An old crusty dish sponge was left on the kitchen sink. This apartment is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach which is not bad. Neighbors were quiet which was nice. Outside of the apartment could use some landscaping.... There was a lot of litter surrounding apartment also. No outside hose is available so we were constantly sweeping up sand and dirt. Overall, the place could use some help. The realty company who we rented from was very nice and helpful. This apartment is good for someone who is on a budget and wants to go on vacation. I was most disappointed in the cleanliness. We had a good vacation despite of some issues we experienced with our stay.

Anchor Group was very easy to work with to book our beach house rental. Amber was responsive and very helpful! Our house was clean, well maintained and was stocked with a great amount of kitchen utensils/gadgets as well as in plenty of beach items so we didn’t have to rent anything.

Check in and check out were very easy. Condo is less than a 3 block walk to the beach. On a side street with very little traffic. Tight getting the car (Ford Flex) in and out of driveway. Garage smelled bad so we didn’t use it. Place itself is fine. Housekeeping had left dirty rags and hadn’t changed sheets when we checked in. It smelled a bit like a wet dog but it either went away or we got used to it. It wasn’t a great welcome but not a deal killer either. It was fine. Wood floors on main floor are slippery - I almost slipped down the stairs one morning. Be careful and hold the rail! Kitchen is functional and fine. Dining area and living area are comfortably large. Upstairs carpeting is a bit on the older side. Washer/dryer are new and easy to use. My wife and I took the smaller bedroom so the two kids had a little bit more room for their separate sleeping space (bed and sleeping mat). The bathrooms are fine - hot and cold are reversed in the showers so don’t turn the dial too much if you want warm water! We were there a week for my daughter’s dance competition at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. It is walkable if you don’t have a lot of costumes to lug around. Overall, it was far more comfortable for the four of us for a week than a hotel room.

It was our first time staying at Playa Rana unit 108, so we did not know what to expect. But it did not take my husband and I long to feel like home away from home. We enjoyed bicycling, people watching, and all the fun stuff the board walk had to offer. This unit was cozy, clean, comfortable and close to everything.

My family spent 2 weeks at Neptune's Nook. What a beautiful place! I have rented a variety of condo/homes in Va Beach and this one by far was the most well equipped and tastefully decorated that we have ever stayed in. The location is ideal and the owners have provided everything you can think of for a relaxing stay at the beach. We will be back for sure!

We stayed at Surf's Up Cabana & had a great time. The beach was close and very clean / quiet (we were there the week after Labor Day). The neighborhood was safe & we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella. I would def go back to the same place again. There are two grocery stores within 15 min (Walmart & Farm Fresh). The boardwalk was just a 5 min bike ride away :)

We had a nice stay at a house we rented through Anchor Realty for our daughter's wedding in Virginia Beach. But the kicker is, we left the cake topper in the freezer! They discovered this before we even got back home and transferred the cake to their own freezer. Long story short, they went out of their way to UPS it back to us! In my experience, the people at Anchor Realty were extremely kind, and went above and beyond to help us out. I feel very comfortable recommending them as decent professionals to do business with.

The Seahorse Shanty we rented was in a convenient location, but a bit hard to find at night. Kitchen has the essentials and the bedding was clean, the shower curtain was moldy though and needs to be replaced. The neighbors smoke so the smell comes through the vents and the only to combat that is to have the vent fan on high, and it sorta works. With some improvements this would be a much better experience.

We had a great time. The location was perfect, one block away from the beach! Everything was clean unpon arrival. Renting beach chairs and umbrellas was a piece of cake. And everytime I had a question they had an answer right away. Will definitely recommend, also next time we stay in Virginia beach we will be using Anchor!!

When we arrived at Pacific Place we were greeted with an older, small condo. We were prepared for this and mainly got it for the proximity to the beach. Once we loaded all of our luggage and supplies into the unit we were dismayed how dirty it was. We were required to put all of the supplied pillowcases and sheets on the bed. While doing this we noticed that all of the beds were covered in sand. The mattress protective cover on the trundle bed had a giant urine stain. The couch was covered in dirt and made an awful sound when you sat on it. What I think might have been the last straw was discovering my daughters feet covered in black dirt from walking around the unit. I acknowledge that some sand would be appropriate due to the close proximity of the beach. In all the place was close to the beach, but we perhaps expected too much for the amount we spent and the amount we paid in a cleaning fee.

Although house seemed neat and organized, it was not clean. Table and floors were left with crumbs as well as the drawers. There was dog hair everywhere. Dirty sponges as well as a disgustingly dirty dish rack were left for our use. We did not use any of the kitchen utensils or dishes, but rather used paper cups, plates and plastic utensils. Th bathrooms were clean and the linen service was good.

The location was quiet, pretty much private, and optimal for having family in the area over pretty much every day. The lawns were kept up, short walk to the beach. Plenty of room indoors, just needed new paint and a couple updates, but cute, quaint. It was exactly the place for two people with a lot of stressors to unwind, relax and be romantic. I love the location! You can leave your car and walk to restaurants; grocery store; beach and just about anything else. 24th St stage is so close and there are beach chairs and coolers available to use. I love being able to keep my car in the garage and off the street. The condo is very well stocked; clean, and spacious. I highly recommend staying at Neptune’s Nook!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Salida Del Sol property in Virginia Beach. The property was oceanfront and the family walked to the beach. The Salida Del Sol stay was pleasant. The feedback from family members regarding Salida Del Sol were: 1. Mattresses were too hard not good quality. 2. Need a sofa with a pull out bed. 3. Need to install window blinds. 4. Sink in bedroom #2 needs unclogged. 5. Need better seating like recliners for comfort. 6. The family preferred a dinner table to share family meals. The family enjoyed our stay at Salida Del Sol and we look forward to another vacation stay with Anchor Realty Group in the future.

Great house, great neighborhood, great beach. The entire family enjoys everyday. However the house really sleeps 8 more than 10, since the mattress of the sofa bed was too old to be used. We had to squeeze a little.

This is a great house and the location can't be beat!! We hope to stay in the same block or nearby next time but do need the second room to have two beds instead of one - our kids are getting too old to share a bed. But this is a great house for two couples or a family with young kids/one kid.

Check in and check out were easy. Pool was warm and clean with good maintenance but less than desirable hours... closed at 8pm and it's still light out. We had some broken class on the patio and mold in one of the bathrooms.

It’s in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The place is very small. Interior is nice but management really needs to maintain and cleanup the exterior of the house and the courtyard area. Overall it’s a great value for your money, especially if you want a vacation by the beach.

Other than the sofa and love seat cushions, which were unattractive and not very functional, everything was very nice. Just as advertised. Couldn't get master bedroom tv to work. Didn't know if it was us or cable or tv itself. Wasn't a big problem but could be for others.
