She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the current real estate market, so she was able to give me excellent advice . She listened to my wants and needs and showed me homes that matched my criteria. When I found a home I loved she was quick to draw up and offer and kept me informed with any changes that needed to be made. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Brian Fockler of the Rhyan Finch Real Estate Team was extremely helpful as our Buyer’s Agent. I couldn’t have asked for more from him. He made himself available for viewings, accommodating both mine and my wife’s busy schedules in the Navy. He was willing to meet up late in the evenings, and even on weekends – whatever it took to get the job done! He responded very quickly to our concerns and phone calls/texts/emails. His level of knowledge of the market in the Hampton Roads area around Virginia Beach and Norfolk is very high, especially since he is a Virginia Beach native and also lived in Norfolk for several years. Brian Fockler was an absolutely amazing realtor. We were looking for our first investment property and hadn't been in the Hampton Roads area for very long. Brian went above and beyond when it came to helping us find viable properties, understand what kind of rental income they could bring in, and whether they would increase in equity over the years. He was always willing to show us properties on Saturdays, which was our only available and was very thorough when pointing out good and bad aspects of the property during the walkthrough. My wife and I just move to the Hampton Raods area in late August from Ocean Springs, MS. That's right Mississippi. When we got to the area, we were set close on our new home in the Suffolk, VA area. I'm sure your asking yourself, how in the world did they move from Mississippi to Hampton Roads and be set to close on their new home so fast. Well folks, there is only one way that happens..... You have an AMAZING realtor. Raymond and Shannon went to 3 or 4 different homes in the Suffolk and Chesapeake area for us. Thy took video of the home and sent it to us. Talked to us on the phone during the home visit while we looked at the listings pictures and answered any questions or concerns we had about the home. They listened to what our desires were and hit our MUST HAVES dead on! Couple this with all the home visits being done AFTER Raymond had just worked a 12 hour night shift at the Norfolk Jail. As a result of this type of commitment by Raymond and Shannon, we were confident enough in our information to make an offer and purchase our home without ever setting foot in it before the contract was ratified. In late 2016, my wife and I decided to purchase a rental property. This was a scary process for us because we had not a clue on what we were doing. After a long search to find the right agent, we found Melody Cespedes. Mel as we like to call her, was the right choice for us because she is genuine, honest, straight forward, own rental property, very knowledgeable, patient, and has the heart of a teacher. Above all, Mel became our family’s real estate mentor. Mel took the time to listen to our family’s needs and future goals. Then customized a deal for us to purchase two rental properties. This deal advanced our family’s goals by two years. We received cash at closing and been cash flowing ever since.
