We inherited a few properties and had zero knowledge about to property ownership. We reached out to Ozzie to pick his brain with hopes of gaining some knowledge of the industry. Even though we had no intent of selling, Ozzie took the time to answer our questions, educate us on terminology and even informed us of some options that we had not begun to explore. 3 years later and we still have our properties, managing them more efficiently thanks to Ozzie. My wife and I worked with Whitney Milligan of the Ask Ozzie team to sell our historical home in Galveston, TX. We connected with Whitney somewhat by chance through a mutual friend. Selling a house can be stressful to say the least, so I decided to vet multiple agents to see who was the best fit for us to work with. After one meeting with Whitney it was clear that she was willing to work hard and advocate for what we wanted as sellers. At the time she hadn't worked in Galveston, but she dove in quick to learn the nuances of selling a house in our particular area. I often worried about her home/life balance, as there was never a time that I called or text and didn't immediately receive a reply. When I asked her how she was able to always be so responsive she simply said that she loved her job and that's just part of it. It honestly might be her super power. Trust me when I say that working with someone who loves what they do makes all the difference in the world. Anyone who has bought or sold a house can attest to the fact that communication with your realtor and their team is key, and I can assure you that Whitney and the Ask Ozzie team are second to none in this department. Everyone was extremely professional and made the whole experience amazing. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that Whitney and the Ask Ozzie team are awesome and I highly recommend working with a team that is dedicated to working for you.
