As a Board Member I have worked closely with Bobbie Turnbeaugh and can say unequivocally that she is the BEST Property Manager that we have ever had for the Box Factory Lofts. Bobbie has been and continues to be very responsive to our needs and does a phenomenal job in keeping on top of any issues that arise in our community. As well Bobbie does a great job facilitating our monthly Board Meetings. 5 STARS!

My prior experience with other properties I've had have never been handled so quickly and professionally. She is an ace manager, who maintains order in meetings where previously there hadn't been any. She's an asset to Mayfair.

The landscape company with her direction has made every area bloom. Gigi is very hands on and is out walking our Property speaking with residents and the best part is that she listens and makes things happen for the betterment of our community. Condo Associates does a great job for us. They are available basically 24/7. Bobbie T is our account manager and is very responsive to our questions and needs by email, phone and onsite frequently. Since we are not large enough for onsite management, Bobbie T from Condominium Associates provides the backend support as a liaison to the board, reviewing maintenance requests, contracts and assistance with the yearly budgeting process. Bobbie T also provides guidance and knowledge of what our board can and can't do. This provides continuity as the board members change and a wealth of information and access to outside resources as it is needed.

Bobbie Turnbeaugh has been very attentive and responsive since taking over our account a year or more ago. Even to the point of coming to the property to assist owners in clearing walkways after a contractor left them impassible. Glad to be working with her. CA has helped our association dig out of a budget hole and establish a firm financial base. Very attentive to member needs, frequently engaging with outside parties when necessary to resolve an issue. James Clarke, our PM, has been very helpful to the Board, keeping us informed, educating us along the way.

Gigi Kalina rubbed me the wrong way as soon as she started but it was only because she doesn’t play around and that’s exactly what we needed. I was used to Having the “ invisible managers “ Let me just tell you the reason why she rub me the wrong way was because her techniques were rocksolid and effective once she became our manager we literally started to see actual real change it didn’t take long for me to appreciate her I hands-down half to say she’s the real deal Has the experience And the drive She has gone out of her way countless amount of times Gigi Kalina is not one of the best manager we have ever had she IS the best we have had here at Cortez ... PERIOD!!!
