George from brewers edge apartments was AMAZING! He’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and accommodating! We were in a scramble to find a place to live after being lead on by another private landlord. We packed our things expecting to sign a lease and moved 17 hours from everything we knew and loved to chase our dreams. In our scramble I found George advertising apartments for rent. I reached out and he promptly replied and said we could come for a showing. After seeing the apartment, he accurately explained everything to move in. He made the application process quick, easy and painless. He was very knowledgeable with any question he asked him. He was quick and we are grateful for his swiftness as we had no where to live! The apartments are very affordable, pet friendly, and accommodating to your specific needs. I was confused about how they took rent, George took the time to tell me where and how to get a Money order. He even helped me fill it out properly and ensured I understood how to do it. He was very patient with us. If your looking for an affordable, wonderful place to live, I highly recommend going to see George from Brewers Edge apartments!

I have been living at the Euclid-Pine building for a little over a year now, and I must say I’m continually impressed by our property manager, Kyle. He goes above & beyond to take care of any concerns, and anytime I’ve reached out, he has responded within 5-10 minutes! The building itself is a bit older, so there is an occasional need for a maintenance request, but the technicians are always friendly & arrive in a timely manner. Perfect location in the CWE & having a property manager like Kyle really does make all the difference!!

Judging from the other reviews this company seems to have improved a lot. I just renewed my lease for another year. The maintenance team always responds promptly to my requests and Kyle, the property manager is a great to work and communicate with. He returns my emails FAST and fixes any problems.

I was struggling to find a new apartment, but I found a unit from Triumph at the Park listed on Zillow. Jon Braun helped me throughout the entire application process. He was really easy to talk to and answered all my questions — he even helped me connect with a State Farm agent for my renters insurance! And the property manager, Ada! She is so approachable and she offered solutions to my questions and doubts. They turned this nightmare apartment search into a dream. I am so excited to officially move in!

Well i have had probrably the roughest expierience i have ever had at a apartment complex. Finally I can say im comfortable and know what im going to do thanks to Gesler Joya. He has been way more then helpful and very polite. He takes time to not listen but understand what is going on, or the situation at hand and handles things with upmost of care and very efficient. Definelty think this man should be at alot higher position. I just appreciate to finally be understood and listened to and have my issues resolved without arguing and spitefulness i was getting from other staff.

Ada the property manager of Triumph is Amazing. Jordan was my realtor and the two together helped make it such a great experience. I had a few issues going into the lease but with proper communication was able to resolve in a timely manner. Thank you ada and Jordan and I will be getting referrals for you guys to also be able to have a good experience! :)

Kyle the property manager is great. He is communicative and does his best to do what he can. Although many times the solution can be out of his reach he reaches above and beyond consistently. He wants to do everything he can and he is there to support you every step of the way. However, though this review give him 5 stars, this does not mean that the building as a whole is amenable. The top features of this place it is close to the medical campus and does have in unit air conditioning and laundry. If you can handle walking up stairs as the elevator tends to be out then you will be okay, especially when you have Kyle on your side. This is for Hamden Hall or Summit Apartments (past name).

He was extremely easy to talk to and answered every question! He was very informed and well educated on the building and make the process of finding an apartment so much easier for me since I am a first time renter!

Really appreciate my property manager Kyle Rhine! He is so awesome with his kindness and responsibility. The apartment is in a good place. Though it's a bit old and needs maintenance service almost every month, the maintenance group always responds quickly.

I’m staying at Lyndon and have been so impressed with our property manager, Kyle! He’s very responsive even late at night or on weekends. He goes above and beyond to address concerns. He’s a great communicator, regularly sends emails about parking issues to avoid a visitor getting towed. We signed with a previous property manager but it’s been a night and day difference since Kyle took over. Highly recommend staying at a property he manages!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness I received from my recent encounter with STL City Wide. I was preparing to move and could not do all the foot work at the time due to work and one of the reps, Kyle Rhine assisted me. He answered all my questions and even went to the property and took a lot of photos for me at my request. He them emailed me a link and sent them to me on my phone. He was very helpful, patience and courteous. I cannot say enough about my experience with Kyle, as it was really great working with him. He was very knowledgeable about the units in the building I was interested in and offered other options he thought would fit my needs and price range. I feel he went over and beyond to assist me and always responded to my calls or text messages.

Love living here! Kyle, Austin, and Anthony are all great property managers. I live in the Saum and the building is absolute beautiful. Maintenance is pretty good about responding to maintenance issues. They are renovating the building top to bottom and the building is so unique. Hoping to live here for many years.

My kids & I lived in the Kentmore apartments on McPherson for a year while our home was being built & I must say it was a pleasure safe environment, great atmosphere, summer funners, the kids enjoyed eating out at the top many restaurants on the strip!! Very good Neigbor hood clean apartments awsome cleaning crew!! Beautiful landscape out front!! Kyle was by far the nicest most understanding manager I’ve dealt with hands down!!! Good experience all around thanks Kyle for having us highly recommend this complex

Moving into "The Saum" apartment complex was fairly smooth and have had a reasonable stay over course of my lease. The building is old but the construction and maintanence crews did/do a good job at getting in touch and responding to problems as they're reported. The building manager Austin is responsive, professional, and handles my problems well. For the price of studios in St. Louis, the quality of the Saum studio unit and the location near to SLU/the freeway pairs with reasonable management to make it a good experience. Can recommend if you're looking for a decent apartment in the city.

I used these guys to find a spot in the CWE right after I graduated college. Thanks to Kyle and team, it’s been a really good stay. I’ve been here for three years and am moving out only because i just got a promotion and my job is moving me to Chicago. I was motivated to make this post because i just dropped off my rent check at the office and ran into Kyle. I’ll miss living here in st Louis.

Bernie and Allison helped me out with every issue I was facing with moving in. Allison made sure I had a smooth transition while I was moving in and Bernie gave me a tour of the area and pointed out local restaurants, bars and shops. If you are touring the Bordeaux or any other STL City Wide residents DO NOT TOUR with AARON SPURGEON, everything he says is inaccurate and a lie!

I’ve lived at The Saum now for a little under a year and I will absolutely be signing another year lease. They’ve done so much work since I moved in, renovating and remodeling, to make the place much more upbeat and appealing to the eye. Although an older building, this brings so much character and art in such a cool areas of St. Louis. Parking garage and the lockbox mail package dispensing machine from Amazon in the mail room are two other huge bonuses. They’ve continued to meet my expectations and meet any needs I’ve have with my particular apartment. 5/5

I lived at the Saum for a year. While there was a lot of construction going on, which led to plumbing problems and other issues, the property manager, Kyle Rhine, did a wonderful job of promptly responding to our emails and addressing our concerns as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend leasing from STL City Wide apartments as long as Kyle is working there.

I have been living at the Saum for close to a year now, and I could NOT be happier about living here. Since I first moved in, the Saum and CityWide’s management have worked diligently to improve the living and recreational conditions of the place. To start, I absolutely love my apartment. It was fully renovated when I moved in, and the management team continues to check in to ensure that the living conditions are beyond exceptional. They have installed a brand new package system that is very secure and safe. They have added a coffee station with great variety. They have even installed brand new flooring on the entire first floor, and have added a pool table for the complex’s common area. The staff and management at the Saum are a great presence and make living here the easiest decision. I would again like to thank Anthony Klier from STLCityWide for finding this place for me and working with me to get the place.

I live at Eli Walker Lofts in St Louis Missouri when I first moved in there was some issues but management was able to correct those issues a timely fashion and they're still working on getting things completed. They are very professional and very responsive it's such a beautiful place they just have a few kinks to work out, otherwise it's a joy living there.

So far I have enjoyed living in 1203 hampden hall. All of the residents are very nice and I have had zero complaints for the months I haves lived here. All of the workers and the staff have been nice and more than willing to answer and questions or solve any problems we may have. I hope those continues throughout the remainder of my lease!
