I’ve had an incredible experience working with Donald. I live in North Carolina, but was looking to purchase an investment property in Missouri. Making a purchase on a property out of state comes with more complications than purchasing a property in the state you live in. However, with Donald, the process was very easy. I had made an inquiry of purchasing an investment property in Missouri. From there, Donald introduced himself, as well as a few properties he thought would be of interest to me. I ended up pursuing one that he brought to me, that I would not have located on my own. Donald’s integrity was clear from the very start. He certainly had my best interest at heart. He was incredibly thorough in all of his analysis, and all of his suggestions was backed up heavily by solid data, in which he presented to me in a very organized and clear manner. In addition to the acquisition of this property, Donald went above and beyond in many ways. He not only handled all expected duties of a realtor, but additional tasks, that were not required of him. These favors have been of great help to me, well after the purchase. He connected me to several contractors that could help with the property after the purchase. While I was out of state, Donald’s feet on the ground in the area of the property was extremely valuable to me.
