I have been living in these apartments for about a year now and I love it! The apartments are spacious with great amenities, and the balconies are good size. There's a workout room and community room for everyone to use. The management of these apartments are so great and helpful, everything is so clean and well taken care of! The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great. Would definitely recommend! :)

Have lived here for one year. Parking is accommodating, you will never be stuck walking a long distance to get inside. Hallways are clean and quiet. You hardly see others but when you do, they have all been kind and neighborly. Management is great at keeping everyone updated in advance to any changes. Cleaning and maintenance staff are friendly and very tentative. Overall, have loved living here.

I chose to live in these apartments because I did a tour and I was shocked at how great of a price was offered to me for a 2 bedroom apartment. Our apartment is very spacious and clean. Any requests that I have made to the landlord have been taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, great place to live for a great price.

Northridge Estates are easily the best apartments I’ve lived in. Landlord & maintenance are extremely responsive & flexible with residents. Our fridge broke on a Sunday once, they were there within in an hour with a new fridge for us. Whenever anything is broken, they are almost always there the same day. It’s reasonably priced & a super quiet area. We’re honestly hardly ever bothered here. The apartments are pet friendly as well! We couldn’t be happier living here :)

Lived here for one full lease. Hardly saw anyone in the hallways, occasionally heard the neighbors but super quiet area. They are very nice apartments. Nice neighborhood. Downfall: I would constantly have bugs in my apartment. Rollie pollies, spiders, ants. I didn't complain about it because i was hardly there but i was always cleaning them up when i would stay there. Was hardly there. Gave my notice of moving out. Whole list of cleaning needed to do upon move out which is understandable but not. Professionally cleaned carpets are required. I could have done it myself with my shampoo vacuum. I cleaned everything except for behind the stove, I have just had surgery not doing that. And the patio had a bunch of spider webs/huge spiders. So no way. Do they not spray? I DID clean the bathroom floors swept and mopped and she said they had to clean them multiple times. Doesnt make sense or add up that it Took 3.5 hours to clean apparently. So instead of just taking 160 for carpets. All I got back was 100. It's whatever. Just know the other reviews aren't lying they will come up with excuses for deposit.

I have lived here just a little over a year and have had a great experience so far. management had also been nice and always helpful. don’t usually hear other people in the building so that also very nice. Great place to live.

I’ve lived here a year and just renewed my lease. Very comfortable place to live, lots of parking, underground parking if you choose, friendly neighbors, exercise room in each building

I've been living here for 4 years! That alone says a lot. But the apartments are great, management has been nothing but accommodating. Can't hear much noise from other tenants. I love the location, really close to town but far enough away from traffic and noise. Rent has been very affordable. Price is great for the space and how current the place is. Underground heated parking is also a plus in the winter months.

I personally can't imagine living anywhere else except a Northridge estate apartment. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed and the amenities in the building are beyond amazing. The maintenance staff keeps the buildings in excellent condition with upkeep and cleanliness! They make sure their residents' needs are met and provide a special sense of community that I appreciate so much. I highly recommend Northridge estates to anyone who is considering moving from their homes to experience the apartment living concept.

We've lived in these apartments for 4 years now and haven't really had any issues. It's for the most part pretty quiet. The apartment itself is pretty nice and spacious. Can't say that we have had any problems really. Management has been very friendly with us as well.

About half way through my fourth year in the building. Everything has been super affordable while living here, as you only pay for electricity and your choice of internet and/or cable TV plus rent. The location is also very nice, as you are right next to the interstate but far enough away where there no noticeable noise from it. The included gym area is also very nice to have. All in all, I can say I have really enjoyed my time here thus far.

Going to be starting my 5th year living here in June and I can say it satisfies my needs. Great location for the future with all the new businesses being built out this way. Cheap electricity bills, I pay anywhere between $16-$40/month all depending on how much I use AC/Heat. Due to how newer the neighborhood is internet never goes out. Didn't need any maintenance until the end of this last year and they literally came to fix it the day I requested. More places are willing to deliver since it's so close to the interstate. Even though it's so close the interstate, don't really have any noise issues related to it.

Living here is great. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of everything. It has been a great place for us to raise our daughter with a short commute to all things fun in the Sioux Falls area.

Apartments are decent sizes for one person, location is right off interstate. Staff gets things done right away. And they’re super friendly as well.

I have been here for 8yrs now, and I really have no complaints. The staff has always been friendly and any issues that have needed repaired and/or replaced have been completed in a timely manner. Also, the location is ideal, as it is easy access to either I-29 or I-90.

I lived here for just under two years and had a good experience. The few maintenance requests that I called about were responded to in a timely manner. I took away one star because it can be kind of loud... the walls are thin, but it depends on your neighbors. You can also hear noise from the parking lot in the apartment. Overall, I enjoyed living here. Move-out process was easy and I had no issues with management... my full deposit was returned.
