Our experience working with Maggie was exceptional. We relocated to Sioux Falls and did not know much about the city; Maggie was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about neighborhoods and home values in an exploding real estate market. She was also very patient with us, showing us what seemed like a million houses, and remained unflappable when we changed our minds and drastically changed direction more than once. This was our first time selling a home without the assistance of a seller’s agent. We were a bit hesitant to go the FSBO route primarily because we were reluctant to encounter a buyer’s agent that might take advantage of our lack of property sales experience.
