When I first started my home buying process I was told by many about how stressful the process is, especially with how inconsistent some things can be. Throughout my buying process, I can attest to a single constant, being the Amy Stockberger Real Estate team. As soon as I reached out to the team I was in immediate contact with Natalie. Natalie was consistently there to answer my questions/ concerns. She was diligent about setting up showings, multiple of which she was able to do the same day I reached out with interest in the home. Brandyn, Keisha, Morgan, and Trevor where all available to give me detailed and engaging showings. The agents where on time to showings, honest, and prepared. All agents had a great understanding of the home, the area, and the housing market in general. Ashton was incredible with answering questions, giving consistent updates, and carefully helping out with the transaction. When I take the time to write a review and post it in multiple places please know that what you are reading represents my effort to help you have the same amazing experience that my husband and I have had with Amy Stockberger. In trying to convey just how different and wonderful it was to work with Amy, I must say that her team concept really works - freeing her to focus completely on buyers and sellers while invisibly managing her business in the background. Amy and her team set the bar so high that no one else that we have worked with even comes close and we have worked with really good agents in 4 different states over 35 years. Another quality that sets Amy Stockberger apart is her highly developed communication skill – a balanced mix of sincerity, friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency – she really cared that we found the home that was right for us. If she didn’t immediately answer her phone, it didn’t take more than 5 minutes for her to get back to me no matter how busy she was. If she didn’t return my call personally, someone on her team would. She quickly responded to text messages, nights, weekends, and I am sorry to say that I even bothered her on a holiday. Amy did absolutely everything to make our home buying experience enjoyable and low stress. She showed us many homes and immediately compiled our likes and dislikes to filter out showings that she knew were not going to work. We were on a tight timeline and within three days we made an offer on a beautiful home that was perfect for us. It doesn’t stop there. She was calm and helpful during the price negotiations, arranged the inspection, and then since we wanted to be sure about certain aspects, also helped us to set up specialty area inspections – gathered invoices from all of the inspectors and provided them to us – even offed to deliver my checks to them. Her follow-up coordination team was just as amazing in working with us throughout the closing preparations, to the final walk through, right up to closing. And it doesn’t stop there either. Amy has this comprehensive list of “Preferred Partners” – extremely valuable when I need to find just about any kind of service – I carry it in my purse and have used it to find a remodeling contractor, an interior designer, and someone to care for my yard – a valuable resource for years to come.
