They were extremely communicative, knowledgable and helped me out with every step along the way. About 20 yrs ago, I met Jana, I was working as a recruiter and she had come in looking for an Admin position hopefully in the RE industry. After talking with her I had learned she had just got her license and was hoping for a future in that industry. What a GEM! I have never been at ease with anyone who works on commission, but Jana was a game changer. She earned every penny of her commission, and then some with a performance that was well above expectation. When my husband and I were thinking about selling our home, we interviewed a few realtors. When Jana came into our home for the first time, we knew she was the one. She came and presented us with a packet of information about the real estate market and our home value based on her current analysis. We didn't ultimately pull the trigger on selling until about 8 moths after this initial meeting, but when we called she was right on top of getting our home sold. Despite one buyer backing out, and working with an extremely difficult buyer's agent on our second contract, Jana kept poised, advocated for us, and ultimately got our home sold for the price we wanted.
