Brennen is an incredible broker! I wasn't completely sure what I wanted in a home and Brennen and his team (thanks Taylor!) helped us really refine the neighborhoods, styles, and value-to-dollar we were looking for, over a few months. I also was traveling a ton during the search process and he provided comprehensive video walkthroughs when I needed it. This was my first home buying experience and Brennen made it super approachable and easy to understand - it can be overwhelming and I am prone to getting into the weeds so having an advocate like Brennen with his experience was so reassuring. He has a strong network in the broker space to get quick answers back on any questions, as well as recommendations for lenders and other services as well. We ended up finding an amazing luxury home in the perfect time in the market, and he suggested terms that helped us win the negotiation. We wouldn't have been able to land this amazing home in Madison Park at the price point without his guidance and help. Brennen is a true professional. We moved from Seattle to Kirkland by first buying a home in Kirkland and then selling our home in Seattle. It was a short timeline and Brennen helped us get the house we wanted and sell our house. Brennen’s expertise in packaging a solid offer allowed us to get the home we wanted. He walked us through several options, explained the different strategies and offered his recommendation. There was no pressure on his end as he wanted us to feel comfortable with the decision. It was close and the little things we put into the offer helped us beat multiple offers. What makes it more impressive was that we listed the home a week after the Governor issued the stay home order. I wish I could give Brennen 10 stars! We first met Brennen after he gave my brother-in-law a great real estate experience when he purchased his home and we knew exactly who to call when it was our time to buy a home. Brennen was so patient with my wife and I and did not hesitate to answer any of our questions even though I’m sure many had obvious answers since we were first time home buyers. He explained the whole real estate process in great detail from start to finish. We did lose out on the first home we bid on but Brennen did his best to help us get the home inspected and a bid submitted as soon as possible. After losing out in the first house Brennen immediately sent us a new list of houses to see, one of which turned out to be our future home! The house we ended up buying needed some work but Brennen helped us negotiate to get some credit from the sellers towards our closing costs. Some real estate agents might say goodbye as soon as you close on the house but Brennen kept in touch with us after closing to help us with any questions and recommended some great contractors to help us out with some work the house needed. Not only that, but even advised us how to get in touch with our landlord and how the explain that we needed to break our lease early. I could go on and on! I first connected with Brennen through a virtual webinar he offered on home and condo-buying in the Seattle area, and gained a lot of knowledge that led me to decide the time was right to begin a condo search. I went into this process expecting to spend months on the hunt for the right place, and I appreciated the reassurance I received from Brennen about being able to find a place in my price range that fit the parameters we decided upon within that timetable. As it turned out, we found a place that was just right way sooner than expected, and Brennen’s advice on how to proceed with an offer was spot on, resulting in a contract below the initial asking price. Brennen was recommended to us by a friend because he is very well-versed in the downtown Seattle condo market. Brennen proved his expertise the first time we met when he knew all of the new development projects downtown and the pros and cons of each. We worked with Brennen to compare a yet-to-be-built new condo project to what we ultimately ended up buying, which was a lightly lived in condo.
