My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience while buying our first home thanks to Cammie Edvalson and the rest of the people who helped us at The Stern Team!! When I initially reached out to the Stern Team for help finding a buyers agent, I was able to chat with Cammie for the first time within just a few hours about what we were looking for. Everything happened so fast and moved so efficiently with this team! For reference, we first met Cammie on Aug 5th and we closed on our home Aug 31st! When we found some homes we were interested in touring, Cammie was very prompt in scheduling showings asap. She also communicates very quickly and really prioritizes you as a buyer even when it’s not always convenient for her. When we wanted to make an offer on our home, she was out at an event for the evening but still stepped away to start making phone calls and lining things up for us right away instead of waiting till the next morning. She was there every step of the way and even showed up at our home the day we moved in to check on us and bring a house warming gift which was beyond sweet of her. We were a bit nervous about buying a home, but Cammie explained the whole process of what to expect very efficiently which made us feel much more prepared. We thought buying a home was going to be a longgg painful process but with help from her and the others at Stern Team it was the total opposite. We are so happy with our experience and very thankful for their guidance. We definitely recommend her to anyone buying a home! Thank you Cammie!!!

After researching different agents we settled on the Stern team help us find our dream home and help us sell our old house. They definitely earn their commission with the professional photography, 3D virtual tour and marketing plan. Our house sold in 3 weeks while homes of similar quality and price in our area have sat for over 60 days at the time of writing. They held two open houses for us and provided weekly market updates while we were listed. Our agent JP was very attentive throughout the process. She went above and beyond to find us someone who could come out and fix a broken window. When the first company fell through she found us another repair company to do the work.

I am writing this to review Stephanie Grable in particular. She is without a doubt the best realtor available. She made our home buying and then two years later home selling experience, easy and enjoyable. She made things fun by bringing her personality into the situation. We never felt like we were just an income with Stephanie, we became friends. Stephanie has many great qualities, but the one that meant the most to use as new home buyers and then sellers was the fact that Stephanie explained every step of the process. My wife and I were never in the dark about what was to come at any stage of the process. We chanced to meet Stephanie after calling a number on a listing for an agent and we are so glad we did. Even though at the time we were not planning on buying for a few months Stephanie still took her time and explained the home buying process to us. When we were ready to find a house she took it upon herself to understand what we wanted in a home, what we could afford etc. She never pressured us into anything. When it came time to sell our home Stephanie came to our house and explained the process of selling our home, going over what we might expect to sell the home for, what the costs, ie realtor fees she would be getting, and other fees, as well as the amount of time our home may be on the market. Stephanie then took the steps to make sure our home was staged effectively and brought in a professional photographer to take listing photos of the house. We had always thought our home was nice, but wow, the listing pictures were fantastic. We ended up selling our home in 24hours, and Stephanie helped us through the negotiations as we dealt with 8 full offers. The only downside to Stephanie is that she didn't get license in the state we moved to 1500 miles away for us to use her as a realtor there. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone I know in her area that is buying a home. She is beyond fantastic as a person and an even better realtor!
