We recently hired our broker, Susan Lamb at Town and Shore, for the second time because we were so pleased with her knowledge, professionalism, and integrity when we purchased our condo three years ago. We are now ready for a bigger home and we know Susan is the right agent to help us find our perfect house and then guide us through the delicate process of making a successful offer in this competitive market. Susan has years of experience and has given us valuable tours of the local neighborhoods to help educate us. She is punctual and always has water bottles and lots of literature for us when she takes us to a house tour. Finally - and this really matters to us - Susan is lots of fun and she's very intelligent. We always enjoy spending time with her.

It goes without saying, buying a house in this market is a stressful challenge and even more so as a first time buyer. From start to finish Syd Harrison was nothing but professional, kind, informative and always responsive. Syd never showed frustration with our endless questions and went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure we found the home we truly wanted, then getting us to the closing table on a 45 day window. I honestly can't say enough good things to say about Syd, not only is he knowledgeable and well established in the industry, his personal skills made us feel like we were his only client (certainly not the case)! Never did we experience any pressure, or sense that Syd was doing anything other than looking out for our best interest every step of the way. We did also have contact with Derek Theriault who was also very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I would recommend Town&Shore realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Maine, and based off my personal experience I don't see how anyone is doing it better than Syd Harrison!
