He took the time to walk us through many properties virtually and in person - checking all systems and proactively organizing all steps efficiently and making sure we had no unwanted surprises. What a great experience! In late June 2022 I decided to sell my house in Windham and begin a search for a new home at the same time. Derek Goff, of Tomazin Goff Realty, had been by my house several years in a row, leaving behind a market analysis of Windham home sales and every Halloween he left a pumpkin at my doorstep with his business card. Though I had never met Derek, I figured anyone with that kind of perseverance and work ethic is surely going to work hard to sell my house. I met with Derek at my house. We did a tour and we talked about all that he and his office would do to help me sell my house. From a no cost staging consultant, professional photography, professional drone video of my house and neighborhood to 3d scanning of the inside of my house to create a virtual tour. Derek even created a calendar which highlighted important milestones like the open house, home inspection, showings and ultimately the closing date. In less than a week I was under contract at my asking price. Derek kept me ahead of the process every step of the way. He provided me with lists of things I would need to do to prepare for a showing, to prepare for closing and to prepare for moving. Derek was able to minimize the stress in what can be an incredibly stressful process. Derek's knowledge, professionalism and drive were the reasons I also worked with him to find my new home, and he did not disappoint. Derek walked me through the process from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive to questions or concerns I had along the way. As with my home sale, Derek provided me with lists of things I would need to do. He also included contact numbers for each utility company, service provider and reputable home inspectors. A short time after moving in to my new home, Derek called to check in with me. I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had working with Derek. I highly recommend him and his team.

We met Derek at a first time home buyers class and then met with him when we were ready to start looking for a home. He was great to work with and very patient with us as we tried to hone in on homes within our budget in this crazy market. We ended up putting in an offer over Thanksgiving weekend and he was available, quick and on top of everything that was needed to get us under contract. As a first time home buyer, it was very helpful that Derek laid out all of the steps for us on a calendar so we could keep track of everything since it happened very fast and I feel like I was a wreck throughout the process LOL. We have now been in our home a year and he has reached out in different ways during that time, including to remind us of the homestead tax exemption that we are now eligible to file.
