I lived here for just over five years and it was amazing! Lindsay, Hannah, and the rest of the team could run the world, and they have truly made it the best place to live just in the last year alone with remodels and upgrades throughout the building. You are right in the center of it all - transit, grocery, dining, Providence Park, and a 5 minute walk to any downtown neighborhood. It was very bittersweet to leave this gem, but I know the next tenant will love their time here!

Nice recently renovated apt building in inner northwest downtown, across from Civic Stadium (or whatever they call it these days). Great location and reasonable rents. Nice!
