I have lived in a Portland Maine Rental property for three and a half years. I love my apartment and the location is ideal for walking to all the places that make Portland so special. I can’t say enough about the staff who assure everything runs smoothly. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. Requests for assistance or repairs are responded to quickly. I am continually impressed with the quality of the living experience they provide.

I moved to Portland almost a year ago and I'm reminded every day of how fortunate I feel to be renting through Portland Maine Rentals! The care and maintenance of the properties, parking lots, gardens and tenants is outstanding, with high quality apartment interior features. The amazing property management team always respond immediately to any questions or concerns I may have and provide solutions very promptly. Monica and Chad go above and beyond to make us all feel at home here, especially during the past year of trying times. Also, the location is perfect! Less than a half mile to groceries, coffee shops (best one is CoffeeMeUp!), shopping, restaurants, walking/biking path by the water, and local breweries. I highly recommend that anyone considering a move to or within Portland, or even an extended stay, check availability through Portland Maine Rentals. They're the best.

Excellence))) Living in A Portland Maine Rental Property is luxurious. Everything is spotless, safe, and creates an environment of beauty—-even during winter, even during COVID. Yesterday there was a huge blizzard and the property manager called me at night to ask if I needed help shoveling out my car and safely returning to the plowed parking lot. Really? Who does that in a city apartment?? I see a negative review above from one of my neighbors. I gently say, why didn’t you just call the office to ask for the help you needed? You’d probably have three people there to help. I am a homeowner who hadn’t rented for over twenty three years so maybe I am off but I have never experienced landlords so responsive—from providing wipes and masks for shared hallways, to showing me how to use the remote on my TV (duh), to doing a clothing drive to get kids snow clothes in our own city where playing outside is a poster for privilege (Or not). I am here for two months and it is a total respite! So I am compelled to say this place is excellent. I know this city well and I looked all over for a suitable place before just realizing how easy a beautifully appointed rental would be for me. If you want or need a place in Portland, look no further. Instead, take it easy, let Monica and Chad settle you in, watch the snow fly or sit in the enchanted gardens at Portland Rentals.

I have lived in a Portland Maine Rentals building for over 3 years. I am so grateful for all they do for their property and tenants. The building is always taken care of no matter what. There is a 24/7 number to call if anything happens with utilities (including getting locked out of the building). It is not easy to find parking in Portland, but Portland Maine Rentals provides a very convenient parking lot. One that includes snow plowing, which is extremely helpful. This rental company has been a blessing and continues to get better. Thank you to everyone at PMR.

We stayed at Wilmot Street for 3 months and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for, and had every amenity you need. The surrounding landscaping is very tasteful and they decorated it for the holidays with lots of spirit and lighting - such fun. The team is great and very attentive. Upon retirement, I rented a Portland Maine Rentals apartment on Cumberland Avenue for three months to check out the city and the company. That was in 2012 and I am still here and loving both. My apartment is spacious, filled with charming detail and the management and crew are always gracious and responsive to any and every need. Added bonuses include the wonderful community of neighbors, the beautiful gardens behind the building, and the delightful coffee shop on the corner where we are always warmly welcomed. Having lived in the same NJ community for many years, I never expected to feel so much at home, safe and cared for in my new and robust city. We highly recommend Portland Maine Rentals. My husband and I have rented two different apartments during the fall and winter of 2017 and 2018 (after selling our own home) and really loved both rentals. Their many apartments - in different parts of the city - are carefully furnished and extremely well taken care of. We found the other renters all to be considerate, private and quite folks and we felt quickly "at home". All staff has always been efficient and most helpful. The kind owner of the rental company even welcomed us in person to both apartments. Upon arriving to Portland, I found Portland Maine Rentals and they made my transition so easy and positive! Monica, Chad, Billy, Crandall and the Portland Maine Rentals team is top notch! I first lived in a furnished corporate apartment as I was moving to the area for work. I've done this in other large cities, but hands down the experience in the furnished apartment was awesome. Monica met me on a Sunday to welcome me to Portland & get me settled into the unit. After this I moved into an unfurnished PMR unit on Cumberland, and had the same fantastic experience. Their properties are very well maintained & feature high quality finishes and appliances. Upon moving out this past week Crandall, the property owner, stopped by to ask how my experience had been, and thank me for renting with PMR. In my many years of renting I have never experienced anything like this. If you are moving to Portland- Portland Maine Rentals is the choice for the most comfortable, high quality living!

We love Portland, and were most fortunate to discover the rental team that has always been more than helpful. We initially started with short-term furnished apartments, and finally chose to retire here permanently about 7 years ago. I retired and returned to Maine four years ago. My current apartment with Portland Maine Rentals was the first place I saw; I immediately fell in love with the beautifully renovated space, the landscape and courtyard - as well as the proximity to Old Port and Downtown Portland. But over time I have discovered that the very best aspects about this location are the staff members who mange the office, maintain the gardens and property.
