Probably best of all, he was always willing to help us with our search despite distance. In the beginning, we were searching across the Valley from West Glendale to Mesa, he never declined a viewing once, whereas other realtors we had worked with before him had (at different companies). As a final note, many of the houses we saw were quick flips in the market, so we did not want to purchase them. I had concerns with my current realtor pricing my property way too low. I have a nice home and I was the lowest home in my zip code. I called James to consider switching realtors. He personally answered his own phone. He took my property info and said he would call me back in three hours. When he called back, he agreed it was a bit low, but never bashed my current realtor and said my person had an old school way of looking at the market. He gave me good advise and never tried to “steal” me away from my current realtor. I ended up staying with the realtor I had due to clauses in the agreement.
