The process of going through escrow was made pain-free by him and his escrow staff. He is very easy to talk to, no intimidation tactics and he actually listens to his clients' thoughts and ideas. He was available to me almost all the time for questions and concerns. He checked in with me frequently via phone and email. There was never a moment where I was wondering, "what's going on with my house?" He was always letting me know. I can't recommend Brad Korb enough. You really can't go wrong by choosing him as your realtor.

I got in contact with Erica Pollack from the Brad Korb group when I found a house I was interested a looking at, and she was great over the phone, so I decided to ask her to help us look into buying our first home. We were very happy with the way she wasn't pushy like many other agents, and she was incredibly helpful. She was always very responsive to texts and emails, and made herself available to show us houses on weekends/evenings/etc. As first time home buyers, we were completely lost about how the process should work and what happens when. I think it would have maybe been better to have had a 45 day escrow from the beginning of the process. I believe because of all his prep work the first person that came to look at our home made an offer, when it fell though Brad jump on getting back on the market and the next person bought my home. My only complaint would be that the person that does the paperwork only works Monday thru Friday 8-5, so if you have a question about the paperwork and you work it can be tough. Sunny Narang is hands down an awesome agent. He just helped us into our first home, we closed last Tuesday. We have been looking for a house since January and throughout all these months Sunny has been steadfast and very focused on helping us achieve our goals. Sunny has always made it clear that he is there to help us find our dream home. He's incredibly patient, professional, clear and concise in his communication, and has an amazingly positive-can-do attitude--all of which helped us tremendously in this very very stressful and sometimes seemingly hopeless process of finding the right home. That's what happened with the house we purchased and actually with 2 other prior properties (which we could have purchased, but only backed out because we had second thoughts about those houses). We sold our house with Brad eight years ago, but our relationship with him started years before that. A few years after we bought the house, Brad called and got my wife. He said that the market had improved a bit and asked if we were interested in selling. My wife said no. Brad asked if he could check back with us, and my wife said, "Sure, call in a year." A year later, Brad called and said, "You said to check back in a year, so I'm just checking to see if you're ready to sell." My wife again said no, and to check back in a year. This went on for ten years. It was never a bother, just a quick call. So of course, when we actually did decide to sell, we called Brad. When we met, we knew there were several things that needed to be done around the house: painting, minor repairs, etc. We'd been putting off selling for some time because we hadn't worked up the gumption to get those things done. I said to Brad, "What I'm hoping you'll say is that you can take care of everything, and all we have to do is say, Go." Brad smiled and said, "Geoff, Katerina, I can take care of everything. All you have to do is say, Go." We did, and the process started. We got a call from one of Brad's people. She said, "Brad gave me a list of the things that need to be done. We have people for each of those things. You don't have to use them, but if you want to, they'll call, and all you have to do is say yes and they'll do the work." We even had the option to pay out of the sales revenue, although we didn't. Over the next few weeks, people called. A handyman. A painter. A landscaper. Each said, "I'm with the Brad Korb team," and told us what needed to be done and how much it would cost. We said yes to each, and the work was done. Once it was all done, Brad sold our house, just like that. We wanted everything to be handled, and Brad did exactly that. It was perfect. From start to finish the process took only a month or two, and we got just what Brad had predicted. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and even now we recommend Brad to anyone we know who's selling their house, or even people who just need advice. He's always been available and helpful.

This review is for Priscilla Valdez of Brad Korb. There were quite a few things that we, as new homebuyers, found terrifying. Most pointedly, we had a concern that despite our research, there would still be a multitude of unknowns that we’d need help with, and that we’d ultimately be working with an agent that wanted nothing more than to complete the sale, collect their commission, and leave us with unforeseen and expensive complications. Regardless, we’d still need an agent because there would be no way to be successful without one. We had reached out, prior to meeting to Priscilla, to several referrals from friends and colleagues. Communication from others was terrible (why nobody would get back to us for days on end is beyond me) and some were overly aggressive with one pushing us to buy a home we stated we weren’t interested in (ugh). I don’t recall how we stumbled upon Priscilla’s contact info, but it was literally the luckiest thing that could have happened to us. Priscilla was easy to get along with, is an expert in her field, offered a much appreciated level of honesty and transparency, and kindly educated us through a barrage of questions and omg-moments (most, we learned, really aren’t that bad). I reached out to Megan for my first home purchase. I live over 300 miles from where I would be purchasing so you can imagine the logistical nightmare before even taking covid into account. I set a very clear expectation that I am not in a rush, do not want to be rushed, and have a set budget. Megan met all that expectation. I did my first real estate transaction with Brad almost 10 years ago and have been using him exclusively since. I used to be so intimidated by real estate processes and the technical jargon of the market but Brad walked me through each step making sure I understood what was going on without talking down to me. I also like the fact that he has a wealth of information! He's so well connected with people and resources that he's made himself a valuable asset to me and the community. (I have him on speed dial) I'd definitely recommend him for all your real estate needs.

Brad was great. he was able to get four different offers on our condo within the first week of it being listed. we went with what we thought was the best buyer and brad was able to negotiate a late fee when they had a delay in closing do to a purchase on their credit. (Advice to buyers...do not do anything with your credit until after your house closes. You could screw up the whole deal by affecting your credit.) The only thing they need to improve on is the offices communication. As a first time we were not entirely sure of the process we had been told that we were closing on a Monday and the Friday before found out that we would not be closing due to a mistake on the buyers part. It would have been nice to know the full time frame which would have cleared up expectations.
