They treated me like I was family. A lady named Nora, I wasn’t even appointed to work with, even jumped in to help. And they came thru on their promise when other location services turned me down. The very first apartment we went to I was accepted without hesitation or question. As a convicted felon with little to no rental experience they came through for me. The service I received from John at Prestige Realty was exceptional! It was only yesterday that anxiety overwhelmed me. Months of looking for an apartment only to lose yet another $50 to an application fee the day before, caused me to think I would be stuck forever in this weekly motel. My room, which lacked amenities most people took for granted was only 300 square feet, and had the added feature of regular visits from the Mesa police who would use a megaphone to say "Come out with your hands up" to a number of my neighbors. When I came across Prestige Realty's website during a google search for apartment help, I almost didn't fill out the survey form, figuring it wouldn't amount to anything. Nothing could have been further from the truth. As it turns out, the survey was the first anxiety quashing tool in Prestige's arsenal. I filled out the survey, leaving nothing out, even the details of my rental past I wasn't so proud of. When John from Prestige called, I liked him instantly because he did not sugar coat his communication, he "shot from the hip" as they say. John and his no b/s style saved me a lot of time and frustration. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable, plus, he got the job done. He presented to me an apartment that was a perfect fit, and once I confirmed as much, he called ahead to the renal staff at this apartments front office and gave them my information. This took so much stress off of me, knowing in advance that my issues were not a deal breaker. I applied for the apartment I chose, and here I sit, less than 24 hours later, with a lease on its way, ready for me to sign. Using Prestige Realty's apartment finder expertise means I didn't just get an apartment, I also didn't have to settle. I would highly recommend Prestige Realty to everyone!!

This place is a must go if you have bad credit or other issues that could get you denied for a apartment. Aaron is the one who helped us and he was more than fantastic. Prestige was non judgmental and never once did we feel uncomfortable or anything else. This is a little long, you don't understand how grateful my husband and I are that we met Aaron Lawson. At the end of February we traveled here to Phoenix to try and locate an apartment. We were relocating from Kansas because of my job. We had places in mind but they did not turn out to be what we were looking for. So we were at a dead end and really didn't know what to do. It was our last day in town about 4:50 pm and an apartment complex we were at referred us to Aaron. We got to him and we're able to get the process started but unfortunately we were flying out early the next morning heading back to Kansas. At that point we only had a month before we were to head back to Phoenix for good. So not only did we have to trust him to help us out but trust that the place he recommended would be right. He went above and beyond and my husband and I were able to walk the apartment today and we were beyond satisfied. Prestige Realty is ahhmazing! They specialize in not only buying homes but also in helping people find apartments. They work with all types of credit, people with convictions if any...things of that nature. At first, I was a little hesitant because the guy we worked with John seemed a little wacky but in a good way...my husband told me just give him a chance & let's see what he can do. Mind you, we sold our home & were apartment hunting for months. Because of a slight financial hardship that we obviously rectified, our credit wasn't up to par. But, in todays world you have to have a 620 or above to get approved for an apartment. Which, if that's the case, 20 more points & you can buy. We went in, he asked us our situation, he was totally up front about everything. Let's just say, he ended up finding us an apartment up in North Phx near Happy Valley. It's just a 2 bed/2 bath but it's very spacious & beautiful. He said the company works hand in hand with a few apartment complexes & if the clients are approved that's how they're paid. We only had to pay $20 up front for a background & credit check. He said, he wasn't sure what the issue was with other companies because our credit wasn't as bad as we thought. He called spoke to the manager. He asked their availability & told them our situation, gave us a referral, sent us to the complex, we did the tour, filled out the app & we were approved. I was given Aarons contact information by an apartment community that denied my application. I called him about a month in a half before my lease was up, he told me to call him back in about 45 days because the process once started was going to be quick and I needed to be ready. While waiting I applied to a few more apartments that assured me that I would qualify with my credit history….denied!! After paying almost $200 in application fees and 2 weeks before I needed to move I called Aaron. The next day my daughter and I met with Aron’s colleague John, I will be honest I felt uneasy with John. I got their info off of Craigslist. Just like the other companies on there that stated they work with bad credit, rental debt, etc. etc.... I've already worked with 2 other locators on there so my frustration was already maxed out, due to paying one place to run a credit report ( and doing nothing for me ) and another place telling me to go to an apartment complex stating I would be 100% approved , just for me to waste $40 on an application fee for being denied for not meeting the credit score requirement. (even though I told them my score!) I called Serjio off the ad. When I was first looking, I was worried bc someone had written a review saying these reviews were "fake." So I was very skeptical. But I talked to Michelle Shin for a few days until we were able to get into her office on my husbands day off and she literally knew exactly who would be able to work with us with our not so great credit situation. She had us apply for the first place she thought might work with us and we were approved! A week later we moved in. I had been looking for quite a few weeks before reaching out & she helped relieve so much of my stress. I'm super pleased.

They're really helpfull and friendly. Good customer service. But I was hoping to get a three bedroom appartment for around $1700. I have seen them online for that price but I don't want to pay $1700 for the same size apartment i had before. The reason for move was more space for my growing kids.
