Theyre nice. Idk how good the tenants are taking care of them (I worked in a few, and some were, unsanitary!) I have a feeling they will be knocked down soon since Drexel and Penn closed in on them. 40th street movie theater in University City. The theater was clean the floors were not sticky. Went to see Dr. Strange the Multiverse, AWESOME! The theater could increase their concession food and snack choices. I never buy anything.
