International student at Temple starting school in Fall’22. Have been in touch with JBMP Group since the beginning of my house hunt. They showed some really nice and affordable properties for students. Their application system is very organised and they mention everything in detail on the email. I was very happy to work with JBMP Group!

Lots of properties, very willing to look within budget. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. Had issues with contactless entry, as key didn't work, and had difficulty getting a human on the line. I think they may need to update business hours, to temper expectations. Issue took about an hour to resolve, and that wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't so hot out. Property itself was painted, but sloppily, and many repairs that seem obvious weren't made, like loose railings and quarter-sized holes in the drywall, etc. A teensy bit more attention to detail would have been appreciated. Overall, a positive experience despite my earlier cranky review.

They made finding an apartment fast and easy! I looked at apartments with other management groups in the area and they either didn’t update their websites, showing “available” apartments that haven’t been available for months or they didn’t get back to you. Only hours after I reached out to jbmp group, expressing my interest in an apartment, someone responded and made me an appointment to tour the apartment the following day. Me and my roommates have had multiple tours with this group and all have been great! Today, one of the employees, Hayden, took us on tours of two places and we ended up finding one we loved. He was helpful and informative, giving us information of the locations and sharing his personal experiences in similar living situations. overall he was very helpful and made us really interested in the locations we viewed.

JBMP was very prompt in communication and providing steps to their application process. They have good video tours for those who can't tour in person. I really appreciated the tour I received Hayden. The only negative experience is the lack of specific information the leasing or touring agent can provide about the building I am interested in. I was getting a lot of general answers without confirmation that the information applies to the building I am interested in. I was able to get the answers I wanted by sending an email to Maria, but would have preferred answers during the tour or prior communications.

Their website is very easy to use and it was very easy to schedule a tour for the properties we wanted to see. The agent who showed us the apartments did not know much about the properties and we could not get into one of the apartments because his keys did not work, which was pretty frustrating. I've had some horrible experiences renting apartments in this city when I completed graduate school here last year, and, I only wish now that I had found them sooner! Everyone in their team was so responsive, prompt and accommodating with my move-in request at such a short notice. Their customer service is unmatched. I was in a different time zone and had to manage everything remotely before my move and JBMP group's team helped facilitate everything in less than 48 hours of my move. It's incredible how responsible and seamless their team is, and I am grateful for all their assistance throughout the leasing process. Mind you, I had one roommate that was also supposed to be joining in from abroad and their team even helped me out with the leasing process even during the thanksgiving holiday. I couldn't be more satisfied! Highly recommend JBMP group!

Originally given this company a five star because the company provided us with a code to save money while doing applications. Really responsive but was disappointed when we found a house through this company and then was sent an email saying that, "From this point on, you will no longer be dealing with JBMP, and only communicating with your property manager." It would have been nice to know the circumstances before putting the deposit down because now we are with a company that has many bad reviews online.

My roommates and I were looking for an affordable house/apartment for the next school year. We were lucky enough to have Maria Pacitti as an agent to help us through the process. Maria is very quick with her responses and always provided the best recourses for our questions. I've also met with Maria via zoom to discuss my living arrangement, and she was very understanding. At first, I was nervous to put down a deposit for a house that I've never seen in person (due to COVID), but JBMP Group does provide a video capturing all the rooms. Overall, the most helpful realtor group so far!

They showed us 16+ unit until yesterday and found the right fit. One of their agents spent a few hours every day for almost a week showing us units until the right fit was found and e be n argued our price $400 below the asking price. When any issue with maintenance arose they addressed it professionally and stated they will go above and beyond to try to settle it as best they can. Only knock is that in the two showings I had through JBMP, my group was shown an incorrect unit both times; happening twice in one showing and once in another. This made me wonder why the people living there let us tour the place despite the fact they probably didn't receive notice that we would be there.
