Del Val has provided management services to our HOA for 3 years. We initially made the switch as they were more cost competitive. However we have found their attention and services to be superior to our previous management company. We have interacted with their senior management several times as they helped us work through sticky problems. They were fully engaged and highly insightful. Del Val has a list of proven vendors, from insurance carriers, to storm water pond care and legal specialties. Again we saved money and got better service. The face of the relationship is the community rep and we are extremely pleased with ours: Alex Dusewicz. Alex is available, proactive and responsive. He gives us ideas on what other HOA's have done. I have never heard him say he can't do something we need when we need it. All in all, we are very pleased with Del Val and Alex.

She gives me good advice that helps me down the road with handling my tenants. She handles all the necessary paperwork that needs to be done with renewing leases and reaching out to new tenants. All the staff is nice and gives good customer service. Ms. Jeanne the receptionist answers the phone with a pleasant tone and great attitude. Greg and Jim in maintenance do a good job of notifying me when my tenants have problems and need maintenance assistance. I have been with Del Val from the beginning when Mike first started it. I was one of his first customers who supported him in his new business venture. I am so happy to see that Del Val has grown so much over the years. They are growing because they are good and will continue to grow and get better.

As president of my HOA, we have been using Del Val for a year now and we are more than satisfied with their services. Communication is prompt, repairs are done quickly, their prices are fair, and I cant say enough good things about their staff! We are finally being managed properly by a fabulous company with quick results and a very thorough property manager. As a new member of our HOA Board we recently had our first board meeting. There were various items what were quite important to the new board members and Maureen G. was tasked to handle quite a few. One issue in particular that was important to the new members was to get out of a contract that was already signed for and had a substancial deposit made. Maureen went right to work and within a day she had the contacts cancelled and the deposits refunded. At the same time she handled numerous other request in a completely profession manner, I look forward to working with her in the future and appreciate her help and guidance

I also used them to sell one of the properties recently and they took care of a lot of the loose ends. Always found Mike, Jim, and Mitch to be responsive. They are professional and responsive. Also transparent with the financials through their online portal. Complete difference from our previous experience. I really enjoyed touring the house. The house is 5 bedrooms for a really cheap rent price. The yard us extremely big and had a side porch for those rainy days, you just wanna relax. The basement was a good size also. The living room and dinning room qas an exceptional size and the kitchen pass my test. I love the bathroom and half and separate little part of the laundry part. Someone with a great interior design outlook would make this place fabulous. Iam going to apply to this. The only thing is parking, idk where to park if everyspace is taken. Minor flaw but overall fabulous.

I have 9 units being managed by Del Val and I have been very impressed by their responsiveness, especially when problems have arisen with tenant payments,. I have worked extensively with Harumi and Mary Ann who have been very diligent in communicating with the tenants and myself to get some sticky matters resolved. They have also done a great job staying on top of renewals and maintenance requests. I have had occasion to work with 5 or 6 of the staff and they have all been polite and professional.

In addition to handling all of the financial issues associated with an HOA, our manger, Paul, was able to find us some good contractors who undertook a fairly significant stucco project. Home advisor was unable to provide and reasonable contractors and Del Val came through.

Six years ago my wife and I needed to move away from eastern Pennsylvania for a job opportunity. I had experience trying to manage a rental property that was over a 1000 miles away myself and I knew how much trouble and time it took and that it was not something I wanted to do again. Mike came out to our house, surveyed the property and made some really good suggestions before we left. DelVal handled all the advertising and the screening of prospective tenants. Del Val managed a condominium in Blue Bell for me from 2007 through its sale in December of 2013. I had never intended to be a landlord, but experienced an unanticipated job relocation in the midst of a terrible down market. Mike and his team made the experience as headache free as possible. They were very conscientious about saving me money. They assisted in tenant selection, and found me a new tenant very quickly when my first tenant left. Maintenance responses times were excellent and effective. I have no complaints at all and would recommend them to anyone who has a property that needs to be managed by an out of town landlord.
