I’ve been renting from Bay Property Management for the last couple of years now and can honestly say I’m extremely satisfied by the Unit and their business. It’s very rare that I have any issues with the property due to the appliances and everything being fairly newer, but my property manager Kristina Mondejar is always quick to respond and makes sure it’s handled to the fullest extent. In correspondence with the property’s open layout and abundance of storage areas, it makes for the ideal rental situation.

I am renting a property under Bay Property Management. They have provided excellent service since I started with them. My property manager Elizabeth Jaimes is always on point. Her response to any problem or question that I may have is very prompt and she gets the issue resolved. Just recently I had a issue with not being able to enter my garage from the outside because there was a problem with the transmitter. I had to always go in through my front door to get to the inside of the garage to be able to open up the garage door. I called Elizabeth to let her know and she was quickly able to get a garage door company to come out and install a new transmitter. They also installed a new control pad for inside and an entry keypad on the outside. Whatever is needed Elizabeth always gets the job done. She is genuinely a nice person and I’m glad to have her as a property manager!

My experience with BMG couldn't be better. It started with how quickly they responded to my first inquiry... Jessica D (my rental agent) was helpful and flexible as I navigated a move from 400 miles away. As soon as I was moved in, I heard from Elizabeth J (my property manager). Elizabeth has been wonderful! Her first question after I sent the move-in report was, "Is there anything from the list that you would like us to look into?" That very day, she arranged it all. Since then, she's been so easy to contact and work out the little things I need to get done to make this rental my home. Highly recommend!

This was my first time renting and the experience so far has been great! Property manager Kandice S. has been amazing. She answers calls and emails in a timely fashion. She always addresses any problems we have as quickly as possible. If something may take a little time she communicates that with us right up front. We are never left worrying about anything not being done regarding the house. My family work schedule is a little crazy but Kandice eases our minds and works with us to get some out when we are home. What I love most is that she remembers little things like the times that work best for us and double checking on a previous problem to make sure things are still okay. The unit has had a couple issues but Elizabeth always responds quickly to our requests and makes sure that problems are resolved in a timely manner. My power was shut off by accident today because of an incorrect meter and Elizabeth had an electrician on site and the problem fixed in less than 3 hours!

My experience with the BMG company has been fantastic, especially because the employee Phillip Gongora gives a show of professionalism. Always attentive to my doubts and does not measure efforts to solve my requirements regarding the house. As soon as I moved in, Phillip promptly introduced himself and made himself available to me. All the maintenance that needed to be done on the house was taken care of quickly. I recommend Phillip's service with a 100% guarantee that the person will be satisfied. Below are photos of the maintenance done in the bathroom (they changed the flush), in the kitchen (they changed the faucet and even upgraded) and the basement door lock was changed. Everything was done quickly and perfectly. Thank you so much for everything you have done so far to make my stay the best it can be.

We had multiple issues with our appliances during the period where our management was changing over to Bay, and Kandice was extremely timely in her email responses and kept us updated on when we would be getting our new washer/dryer combo, and when our toilet and heat would be fixed. So far my experience with this company has been great. Let me start with indicating that this is my first time dealing with a management property company as I was accustomed to dealing directly with the owner, and I was horrified that my experience would be bad just like many others have experienced with other management property companies; but to the contrary all has been great. My first contact person with this company Justin was a great help. He made sure that I was able to get the house that I was interested in and made the whole process clear and easy. He was very patient with all my questions and is a genuinely nice person very clear and upfront. Since I have moved in (2-3 weeks) I have now been dealing directly with my property manager, Kristina Mondejar, and although we have not spoken on the phone or have met in person she has been a great help. She is very responsive to emails and texts and had a couple of things taken care of right away. By far my experience with this company has been great. I love the house that I am in and am grateful for the help that I have received along the way. Hoping that nothing changes during my year lease and all will be great :)

This is my first apartment unit and I must say it has been awesome! My favorite part has been having my own bathroom. I remember my first time here and I fell in love with the bathroom floor design. Another favorite part of the unit is the mantle above the fireplace. I definitely would recommend this property management company. They are professional and the units are beautiful.

I own a property in Philadelphia and Kandice S is my property manager. We’ve come to know each other pretty well because she’s very easy to talk to and extremely personable. She’s also very objective when dealing with both tenants and property owners which is something I can appreciate. I live almost 2000 miles away and having Kandice manage my property has helped me enjoy life without the burden of managing my tenants. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t a fan of this place at first. My property manager wasn’t very responsive or helpful. In January, we got a new property manager and he’s been amazing. Alexander has been very responsive and helpful with any issues that have come up. When our washer stopped working, Alexander we as able to get us a replacement quickly. We’ve renewed our lease for 2 more years. We absolutely love the house but a part is because of how well Alexander has been in helping us.

I recently moved into a unit managed by the Bay Property Management Group Philadelphia earlier this month and I have thoroughly been enjoying my experience with its community of support. From the beginning, Kevin S. has been helpful in the signing of my lease and understanding what I needed to in order to have a successful move-in. While moving in, I had a few issues I ran into such as my window blinds falling down and my door lock not working properly. I reached out to Olga T. and she has been super helpful from beginning to end! She reached out to me to explain the proper steps of making a maintenance request, connected me with a technician, followed up on day of pre-and post- the service. I was able to receive supper within a week's time! Really appreciated her and the service process. Huge shoutout to my technician, Tamir E. He came in and was super polite, respectful, and kind. He fixed my issues in a quick manner and I felt super comfortable with his presence. Photos attached. Huge thank you to BMG! Looking forward to my continued experience.

I want to personally thank Mario Castillo from BMG for being instrumental in getting some long overdue issues that needed to be addressed since I moved in August 2022. Under a former management company, a lot of items were not addressed and unfortunately, my unit was not prepared or cleaned as it should have been. Once BMG acquired management of the property, Mario worked diligently to ensure all the issues were addressed (painting, cleaning, and a number of repairs). I can finally unpack and truly settle in. Mario exhibits stellar leadership and works hard to ensure tenant satisfaction.

She has done the best job by far of the 3 or 4 managers at Bay over the term of our engagement and as we’ve gotten the property brought back up to selling quality she has shepherded the vendors and invoices and work orders through in a timely and careful manner. During our leasing of the van property she has been a strong presence for our tenants in representing our interests as owners and helped us rectify several plumbing and A/C water damage issues and we couldn’t have done without her. I'm writing this review in regards to my experience with Bay Management Group Philadelphia property manager, Alexander Barclay. He started his position as our apartment's property manager a few weeks ago, and I recently discussed a few longstanding issues with him, which had gone ignored by the previous property manager for months. Alex was available, professional, very friendly, and responsive, and was able to resolve my questions issues quite promptly, even though they were fairly minor. It's always good to have an amicable relationship with one's property manager, and I'm very glad that Alex was able to help provide this.

Elizabeth J and Fran D at BMG are awesome! I have been a tenant of bay management property group for 2+ years. Although, I have been assigned a different manager each lease agreement, I can say that the service has remained above average. Elizabeth J does a great job with resolving any issues that come about. Along with the contractor maintenance worker, Fran D. These two really go beyond their job duties to ensure my home is of standard living conditions. Elizabeth sent Fran D out to fix my light fixture. Not only did he fix my light fixture, but, he also insisted on fixing my door handle and the light switches. So its awesome to have a dedicated contractor who go above and beyond their work order. Thanks to them both. I really recommend this property management group if you are renting a unit associated with them.

In August, I was making a big move from Detroit to Philadelphia. Looking for affordable living spaces I stubbled on Bay Property Management Group. Initially, I spoke with a Justin Nattrass and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The main thing that has me so impressed with Justin is how genuine and sincere he is as a human. We spoke on a very personal level and he was still able to keep his professionalism and give sound advise. I came to Bay Property Management Group with less then ideal circumstances and Justin was able to quickly get me moved into a nice apartment in a decent part of town for just the right price that I was looking for. This is SO much more that I can say for a lot of their competitors. It truly has been refreshing working with Justin as he really went above and beyond with a lot of the personal things I asked of him. I've been living in the apartment for almost a complete year and have ZERO complaints. The tenant portal is easy to use and very accommodating. You are able to submit maintenance work orders directly from the app, as well as pay rent and have quick and easy access to all the information regarding your lease and apartment. Summary: Move-in was rough, but they made it right in the end. The good: Everyone we've spoken to at BMG has been helpful. They seem to be passionate about giving the renters the best experience possible. Repair staff was very diligent and solved problems in a timely manner. Our property manager responded to our questions and concerns promptly and effectively. The bad: BMG seems to have some systemic issues that make things difficult for tenants every now and then. I want to emphasize that this seems like flaws in a system, and not flaws in individuals. From what I understand, our property manager was ill during move-in and was unable to initiate contact with us as we were told. Instead of having a different property manager temporarily assist us, we were left working with our only point of contact, who was not a property manager. Due to this, we missed out on a lot of key information such as: - trash/recycling days - communal mailbox number Furthermore, the previous tenants left behind a significant number of belongings. From what I understand, this prevented maintenance staff from addressing many of the issues in the location until after move-in. I suspect this might've also prevented cleaning staff from adequately cleaning the place. Perhaps disposal/donation/storage of left-behind tenant items might be best?
