I live in TN and my mom fell ill and was no longer able to take care of herself and unfortunately her home had come into disrepair. I was contacted by Matt immediately after filling out the form online and he went to the house. Same day we reached a very fair price and not much longer after that the house was sold and we had the money to move her to TN and be able to go into assisted living. I saw the photos of the home after they fixed everything and it’s beautiful. It’s going to be an amazing home for the next family to enjoy. This company was so easy to work with and even mailed me family photos that they found in the house. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Hands down, the best and easiest home sale ever. These guys are great to work with, extremely nice and incredibly responsive. The home sale was for my elderly father. He got the price he wanted and was able to pick the closing date. We were able to leave the house as is, no cleaning or removal of unwanted furniture. I recently relocated from Omaha to PA in less than 2 weeks. Let me say the whole process of moving, packing, relocating half way across the country in such a short amount of time has been beyond stressful. However the selling of my house was by far the EASIEST, yes the easiest part of the whole process. Omaha Homes for Cash came on a Tuesday and gave me a quote. I closed the following Tuesday and would probably have closed on Monday but it was a holiday! All I had to do was go sign paperwork at the title office on Friday. I didn't have to do anything else or stress that my house wouldn't sell in time for my short notice move. They were very friendly, professional and responsive to my request. I couldn't have picked a better company to go through. Thank you so much for your hard and quick work. I would recommend to anyone trying to sell their house.
